The "too old" excuse is irrelevant - although it's more visible now, Biden's mental lapses can be found throughout his career; in fact, "That's just Joe" has been used repeatedly to excuse him for decades (a form of that is highlighted in the Hur Report). But more insidiously, by pointing to age instead of fitness for office the Left / DS is setting up a roadblock against Trump.

The point is Biden took Classified documents when he was VP and shared with who? That is a crime, probably Treason!

Trump took documents while President which is not a crime but he gets charged.

The whole situation with Trump being brought up on charge after charge is an effort by the criminal Democrats to remove their most feared oponent who will bring them all down if elected. Pray for President Trump!

Now they are starting to attack RFK jr as he is also dangerous to the deep state!

Yes, it is clear that [they] are engaged in Narrative Seeding -- 'it's his age, stupid' -- in an attempt to develop a rear-guard attack against Trump. Time was, it might have worked.

Even the Normies today are getting suspicious of the ever-louder cacophony of dissonance blasting their ears. Anyone with a half a brain and even moderately Awake can see the differences between Trump and Biden -- which have nothing to do with age.

This is actually a win for our side -- [they] have been forced into making what inevitably will be a losing argument against Trump, and the more effort they expend in that argument, the less effort (and time) they have to try to develop a policy attack that might be far more effective.

Putin knows Marxist Communism failed in Russia. He also knows that communists in the USA are ripping American culture to shreds. That whole NATO thing is a featherbedding boondoggle carryover from when Stalin and Khrushchev really WERE trying to take over the world. Putin ain't playing those games. I would like to say one thing about the evil in, and done by, the elites in DC. Actually they are nothing but puppets of the true elites (in their minds). The true Americans reside outside the bastions of control in the democrat run cities. The entire nation of the US is no more evil than the populations of any other country.

Russia has been the source of genius in many areas and the same can be said about the US and China. We are all working to destroy the interconnected web of tyranny that would rule us. This is why I believe that these three leaders, Putin, Xi and Trump can join together in a common cause. The interview last week only solidified that belief in my opinion.

Thank you again BNB team for the insights and your dedication to sharing them!

The "whack-a-mole" game has worked so well for the system (what John, in 96 AD called out as "Babylon" - as did Isaiah some 700 years before) that there is no rational reason for it to stop. The real (though spiritual) leadership behind it is finite in every way - forcing a certain degree of "economy" on it - meaning "limited resources require prioritization". (BTW C.S. Lewis' book "The Screwtape Letters" is a wonderful primer on the topic.) As long as we keep chasing after their puppets, whacking at their "moles" and expending our limited energy and time trying to tear them down - or replacing them or whatever other temporal strategy we devise - the system will continue to facilitate our expenditures!

Please do not read that as me suggesting that we should not be informed - a lack of information is - by definition - not wisdom (though "information" by itself does not ensure wisdom). For me, it is how I respond to the information - namely being strategic on the ways and means of response - that I am sharing, in my attempt to encourage this community.

OK, let’s assume all four legal cases against Trump crumble and Joe Biden steps aside, what have conservatives accomplished? Where are we in the big scheme of things? We have lost 100% in my opinion. We have allowed the evil ones to completely change the subject in such a way that we think we have won while we just allowed them to win.

Nowhere in any of todays articles is the main point even discussed. What happened to the 2020 stolen election? Who is thinking about getting that truth out, and more importantly, what is being done to stop it in 2024?

I hope we can see the real problem. January 6th was only needed to stop the evidence of the steal from coming into the public record. That is it! Period! All of the protestors wanted to “Stop the Steal”. Have we forgotten that simple fact? Not only did we not stop the steal but we are now letting the steal continue. What in the heck is wrong with us? Have we lost our minds?

Winning all of these bogus suits or getting rid of Biden achieves nothing. Am I the only one who sees what is being done to us? Was the 2020 really not stolen as the Democrats say and have pulled out all of their legal tricks to prove? They are winning that battle even as their cases fail. No one is working to absolutely prove the election was absolutely stolen and showing how. I can do it, but I am not an expert. The experts do it but no one is listening because it never makes the news…anywhere. Trump says it at every rally and the crowds cheer so some of us know the truth, but the average person isn’t being shown the proof. Meanwhile the cases just keep being delayed or collapse without allowing the defense to show the facts. So, if we get the total win and Biden steps aside the truth just gets buried. The Democrats just find new ways to cheat because we never put them away with a total victory. The silly game just continues. I am sick of that game.

I never thought these cases would get to the point of evidentiary hearings, for the reasons you describe. It's all a sh!t show. And it's not working, except to make [them] look stupid.

You say "No one is working to absolutely prove the election was absolutely stolen and showing how." No one is doing it in public, not now anyway. But do you remember Trump saying "We caught them all" and "if I released what we know, it would cause a civil war" (2021) and "we won't let them do to the 2024 elections what they did in 2020" (this was at his most recent rally)?

The longer this plays out, with Brandon's senility and Harris's inanity and the RINOs' general incompetence, the more the stage is set for the next act in this play. When you only get one chance to do it right, you have to make sure the scene is properly set first before the curtain goes up.

Hmm…. It’s obvious the narrative of Biden’s decline, covered up by the media and the administration for over 3 years, has changed to use the narrative against Trump, as the court cases implode due to incompetence and corruption. We know the 25th Amendment could still be used, but there’s a universal distaste for Harris. Looks like Alvin Bragg’s next. Ashe, thanks for your analysis!!

I’m still not convinced that Biden’s cognitive decline is an actual….it might be the act used to escape justice…good actors and all.

Simon stated a key point; “However, it also covers the deeper darker truth: that Biden’s cognitive incapacity implies that there has been a takeover of the US presidency. It hides the dangerous idea that someone unknown to the people of America has control of it.” This is in addition to the crumbling of the deep state’s attacks on the rule of law, Trump up front and center.

Biden’s (or the guy in the basement) promoting Kirby certainly shows the supreme lack of trust in the VP. Maybe to better handle the questions about the 2-tier justice regarding the classified documents….BTW: why is Austin taking classified communications systems with him to the ICU when the reins have been turned over to the deputy? Are they taking Austin out?

ALtab, that is a very interesting thought concerning the “actors”. If the clown with the funky ear playing Biden is an actor, why is he acting senile? Maybe they know he needs to exit stage right before he is exposed as a fraud. They need to substitute someone else to continue their Marxism. That actually makes sense in a bizarre way.

He could just as easily act as if Biden is a rocket scientist and mentally on the level of genius. Nope, for some reason the Biden role has performed its useful life and it is time for a shift to win in 2024 with a new face and another change of subject to distract us.

That raises another great question. Will the Democrats actually get away with getting a fake Joe Biden into and then out of the White House without getting caught? That is even more impressive that stealing the 2020 election and never getting caught! I am getting more and more impressed with their abilities. These folks are really good at being evil!

Historic Numbers: U.S. Economy Enters Scary Territory – The Breadwinner

The staggering surge in credit card debt to a record-shattering $1.13 trillion is a dire warning sign of the economic mismanagement plaguing our nation under the current administration. The $50 billion leap in credit card debt in the last quarter alone, a shocking 4.6% increase, is a clear indicator that American families are struggling to keep their heads above water.

You didn't even examine the argument that Kamala is not qualified under the Constitutional definition of who can serve as President based on her immigration status or her parents. I do not know the exact details, but some say she cannot be placed into that position.

Expand full comment

It is an ongoing debate, never settled by the courts. Some have raised similar questions about Nikki Haley, as they did about McCain and Obama.

Is she qualified? Perhaps the courts will weigh in; however, in practice the courts have given great deference to the choice of the voters (whether legitimate or not). So it may be some time before the courts ever do address the issue.

Expand full comment

Do you know the details of the argument? Or the clause of the Constitution that applies?

Expand full comment

As I understand, it has to do with the requirement in the Constitution (from Article II, Section 1):

"No Person except a natural born Citizen ... shall be eligible to the office of President..."

The meaning of the term 'natural born citizen' has never been adjudicated. Possible interpretations include consideration of where that person was born (Amendment XIV, section 1) or the citizenship status of the person's parents, and include:

-- Anyone born on US soil (does that include US bases overseas -- the issue with McCain)

-- Anyone born with at least one US citizen parent -- which makes challenges to Obama moot since his mother was undeniably a US citizen at the time of his birth

-- Must be born on US soil with two citizen parents

-- and likely others.

The Constitution does not speak to this, and there are differing opinions on the term based on analysis of contemporaneous sources. Such issues must be decided in the courts, and for this one almost certainly by the Supreme Court -- if it ever gets to that point.

Interestingly SCOTUS, which has been averse to taking up election cases even including Texas vs. Pennsylvania, a case for which (being a dispute between two states) SCOTUS has original jurisdiction, has now taken up the Colorado case regarding keeping Trump off of the ballot. This will not resolve the 'natural born citizen' issue, but it does indicate that the Courts may now start looking more closely at election-related issues.

Biden is not "too old" to serve another term...he is too mentally incompetent to serve another term. Age has nothing to do with it and to suggest otherwise is discriminitory. Trump is not quite as old as Biden but he definitely is mentally competent.
