When we are winning is an especially appropriate, and important, time to pray. Indeed there are many things for which to give thanks today, and many things as yet unseen for which to ask God's help. 🙏
Like the saying goes, “Everything woke, goes broke”. From political shenanigans, to covert military debacles and yes, the adage of the new “woke” philosophy of the corporate sport world...these all shall implode and bring us back to sanity.
Hey Badlanders.....remember a while back when we wondered why America is not present in the Biblical end-times scenario? We thought maybe WW3? Maybe an attack by Russia? Maybe the Rapture? Maybe an EMP? Maybe a plague?
Would you ever have believed the USA was lost because of a stolen election and that the perps simply gave our country away? Nah! Too impossible to contemplate.
My long-departed Dad would say, "Wohda thunk it?!"
Thank you! As "comfy" as we all may be, it is unwise to assume the weakness/impotence of an enemy - especially when they are (and recognize that they are) trapped in the very pit they have dug. I continue to remind myself that as tactical and strategic as President Trump is - he pales in comparison to the Lord of Armies! I have drawn confidence also in the promise from Isa. 54:17 (NASB) "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper (advance) and every tongue that accuses you in judgment (court, legal proceedings), you will condemn (reveal their wickedness). This is the heritage (inheritance) of the servants of the LORD (Jehovah), and their vindication (rightness, justice) is from Me," declares the LORD.
The evil one has a bag of nasty tricks - and they are twisted and horribly, disgustingly despicable indeed - but the bag is limited, tired, predictable and stale.
OTOH, the Creator of creation is omniscient. Those who know, love and serve him are his army. Most are not in the vanguard, or on the battleground. Rather, they are the prayer warriors, and these prayers lift the faltering arms of the field combat troops. Our prayers sharpen the arrows in their quivers. Let us never tire; let us never cease our prayers, fasting, almsgiving and good works; it is us who will make the difference, quietly and faithfully beseeching the heavens for justice, for freedom, for the rule of law, for eyes and hearts to be opened to the God of love, mercy, and justice.
So many examples of the blatant two-tiered corrupted system of justice, sheer incompetence of the Biden administration, the CIA’s total corruption involving the government-ordered Nord Stream hit and the subsequent planned coverup, and the indictment of Trump. One has to imagine the road ahead for DC as the corrupt players eventually become the victims of the precedent established today. No wonder the cabal is accelerating their multi-pronged efforts to destroy the country (world’s last bastion) and save themselves. When the world finally sees the true evil behind the cabal and what they do to the children; they’ll have no place to hide. God bless you for your service to our country.
Indeed it is now 'all or nothing' for [them]. So they are throwing everything they have against the good guys. In an ultimately losing effort, but that does not mean they are not still dangerous, until they are ultimately vanquished and exposed.
And most importantly to remember...our prayers are prayers of personal repentance and requests for mercy on this most hostile nation that rejects him in the social actions and religious expressions of our national leaders and peoples. We cannot remain meekly insipid in our response to evil.
For instance, the Ford Pinto, it was discovered, could explode into flames if rear ended. Ford decided, in its infinite wisdom, to not fix the problem with a recall—which would have cost reputation and massive losses in profits. Instead, Ford decided to let the defect remain, and simply pay off anyone who filed the correct suits. Many people who were harmed weren't able to file lawsuits, as such, many suffered without justice.
I owned a Pinto Station wagon during a long trip from Tx to Ohio, i had to go to a car repair shop b/c my 2 daughters were complaining that the floor was HOT. The mechanic found that the exhaust manifold, i think it was, was heating up the area. HE WAS WORRIED for our safety and managed to fix. I think the car came this way b/c it had never had exhaust system/muffler replaced.
