Behind the Curtain: Trump's new 2024 plan
Former President Trump is adjusting his agenda, the GOP platform, his vice-presidential plans — even his debate style — to win over more than a half-dozen persuadable voter groups in seven states, advisers tell us.
Why it matters: Starting with the debate, every Trump move — from personally editing the Republican platform to lying low while President Biden's debate debacle sucked up attention — has been designed to nudge double-haters and truly undecided voters.
State of play: The Trump campaign sees a clearer map emerging, with these swing states being hardest to easiest to win, in this order: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona. (You could flip the first two, but the campaign puts Pennsylvania first because it's the biggest swing state, and because Biden desperately needs it.)
Job 1 for the V.P. nominee, besides raising money, will be to park in Pennsylvania to try to deny Biden the biggest of his Blue Wall states. The Rust Belt appeal of Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) helped rocket him to one of the finalist slots to be Trump's running mate.
The Trump-orchestrated platform adopted this week by the Republican National Committee targets very specific groups in these states — most notably Rust Belt, working-class, white voters ... plus security-focused moms who are skeptical of Trump's style but care about the border and crime ... Biden's incredible shrinking path to victory
President Biden appears, for now, to have stalled the Democratic coup triggered by his disastrous debate performance — but at a potentially massive cost.
Why it matters: If Biden remains the nominee and loses to former President Trump in November, as many Democrats privately and publicly believe he will, the failed rebellion will haunt the party for years.
Driving the news: Cook Political Report moved six states toward Trump in its Electoral College ratings Tuesday, citing Biden's decline in national and private battleground polls shared by both Democratic and GOP sources.
The big picture: Heading into the debate, Biden was already a historically unpopular incumbent with a narrow path to winning 270 electoral votes.
It was the Biden campaign that requested the debate in June — the earliest in U.S. history — in a strategic bid to reset the race and draw national attention to Trump's flaws.
The gamble backfired in spectacular fashion, redirecting scrutiny to Biden's biggest vulnerability — his age — and setting off widespread calls for him to drop out for the first time all campaign.
Zoom in: Two weeks into the post-debate meltdown, Democrats have found themselves in arguably the worst of all scenarios. — Axios
Our Take: The legacy media relies on their audience’s gullibility and institutional trust, but as people awaken to the deception by their trusted sources, the power of those outlets diminishes, audiences dwindle.
Take Axios, for example. Since Biden’s debate disaster, the outlet appeared to be firmly on Team Replacement, publishing borderline disparagement that relied solely on ‘anonymous sources close to the matter.’
It seems that now they realize Biden isn’t going anywhere.
In the two articles before us here, we see Axios being critical of both candidates, but not in equal ways. While the outlet’s Biden critiques focus on his age and feebleness, their approach to Trump is to repeat the ‘convicted felon’ lines and screech about abortion. This tactic is directly in line with the Democrat Politicians and NGOs, who have spent the last couple weeks declaring that Heritage’s Project 2025 is the much anticipated sequel to the Handmaid’s Tale.
Like I said, their audiences aren’t that bright.
Taking these articles together, the outlet will say, ‘Look at us being so balanced, being so critical of both sides.’
But they’re not actually.
In each of these articles, when you cut through the nonsense and noise, you get to Axios’ key takeaway, where the outlet confidently, and repeatedly, asserts that, despite all these ‘new’ and ‘urgent’ revelations about the President having dementia, the candidates are still ‘neck and neck.’
They have to protect the 50/50 country lie with everything they have. It’s one of their biggest lies of all, responsible for perceived national division and solidified through ceremonial and theatrical ‘elections.’ As long as we are a 50/50 country, they can claim a tiny majority and do whatever they want.

Biden's dual NATO mission: Reassure America and the world
President Biden wants to use this week's NATO summit in Washington to reassert his leadership over two anxious audiences: the Democratic Party, and Western allies unsure what to make of the unfolding political crisis.
Why it matters: The summit, which kicked off Tuesday and commemorates 75 years since the alliance was established, is Biden's first major international event since last month's debate raised doubts about his capacity to lead NATO's most important ally.
More than 30 leaders have descended on D.C. to discuss critical issues like Ukraine's roadmap to NATO membership, air defenses against Russian missile and drone attacks, and the joint challenges posed by China.
Many NATO leaders and diplomats are also privately eager to see Biden up close, having tracked the fallout from his debate fiasco from afar.

Hungary’s Orban Will Visit Trump in Florida After NATO Summit
Former President Donald Trump will meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Florida on Thursday, according to people familiar with the matter, less than a week after he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
The visit is likely to fan concerns that the Hungarian leader is working as an intermediary between Putin and Trump.
Trump and Putin professed a fondness for one another during the US president’s first term - often garnering bipartisan criticism. More recently, the Republican leader has said he believed he could convince Putin to end his war in Ukraine and release Americans detained in Russia if he were elected to a second term.
Orban will travel to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort after the conclusion of the NATO summit in Washington. His visit to Moscow became a central point of discussion at the gathering, where other allies pledged additional air defenses for Ukraine in its continuing campaign against the full-scale Russian invasion that began in 2022.
Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, has not asked the Hungarian leader to lay the groundwork for some sort of Ukraine-Russia peace deal, according to one of the people familiar with the Orban visit, who was granted anonymity to discuss the Trump-Orban meeting. — Bloomberg
Our Take: Yesterday, we covered Viktor Orban's "surprise" world tour, and now we have NATO limping into their annual meeting, licking their wounds.
But they need to rebound quickly, as China just released footage yesterday of Chinese troops drilling in Belarus, preparing to fight NATO in defense of Russia. This comes just weeks after Kim Jong Un pledged to send his guys to Ukraine to crack some skulls.
And don't forget: Trump is lurking, and will soon return.
Speaking of Trump and Orban, the two are meeting today at Mar-a-Lago to discuss... world peace, most likely. Just days after Orban met with Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin in their respective countries. Boy do I wonder what notes Viktor is passing between them.

House committee subpoenas top White House aides over concerns about Biden's mental fitness
The GOP-led House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed three senior White House aides, demanding that they sit for depositions concerning President Biden’s mental state.
Fox News confirmed that the subpoena includes first lady Jill Biden’s top aide, Anthony Bernal, deputy chief of staff Annie Tomasini and senior adviser Ashley Williams.
In a press release, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., called for accountability within the White House.
"The White House has shielded three key aides from testifying about President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, and now we’ve learned through reporting these same aides are also seeking to cover up President Biden’s declining cognitive state inside the White House," Comer said.
"President Biden is clearly unfit for office, yet his staff are trying to hide the truth from the American people," he said. — FOX News
Our Take: #OurBoyBlue has been fun. But, as the battlefield has changed, so too has my admiration for what a fine job Joe Biden is doing at destroying his own cabal from the inside.
That's right, we're now adding #OrangeManBlue to the mix, as the Media Industrial Complex is devolving from a Deep State Archipelago into a death spiral of epic, and entertaining proportions.
Aside from continuing to hit a rotten and decrepit campaign trail that the very establishment that propped it up has now almost fully abandoned with allusions to Trump's successful moves re: NATO, Biden has also sucked up almost half a billion dollars in Deep State support that can ONLY be transferred to the one presidential candidate in Kamala Harris [they] want nothing to do with.
Along the way, he has exposed Senate Dems who are answerable to the Aspen and Davos elite to normieville while attempting to smoke the Clintons and Obamas out of their political fox holes too early for them.

Trump Challenges Biden to Debate, Golf Match, Offers to Donate $1 Million to ‘Any Charity’ if Biden Wins
Former President Donald Trump challenged President Joe Biden to take part in a debate this week, along with a golf match, where the former president would donate $1 million to “any charity” if Biden won.
During the rally from Doral, Florida, Trump told the crowd that he was “offering” Biden the opportunity to “redeem himself” after his lackluster performance at the presidential debate on June 27.
In the aftermath of Biden’s debate performance, the president has faced calls from Democrats, donors, and voters to “step aside” and withdraw from the race.
“Tonight, I’m officially offering Joe the chance to redeem himself in front of the entire world,” Trump told the crowd. “So, Marco, and Byron and everybody, here’s what we’re going to do. You guys can be referees if you like, let’s do another debate this week so that Sleepy Joe Biden can prove to everyone all over the world that he has what it takes to be president. But, this time it will be man to man, no moderators.” — Breitbart
Our Take: During President Trump’s rally in Doral Tuesday, he was confident, relaxed, and hilarious. The funniest bits were his challenges to the so called ruler of the US.
45 challenged scrotus to another debate, but it is the golf challenge that most excited the thousands in Doral most.
Readers will recall that, during the debate, Biden said he’d take Trump up on his golf challenge, if 45 could carry his own bag, hoarsely jeering, ‘Think you can do it?’
So, that was a lie. Late Tuesday, Biden issued a statement side-stepping Trump’s Tuesday golf challenge. He ignored the additional second debate challenge entirely. They did, however, take the opportunity to mention Project 2025, the left’s new super scary boogie man.

IDF denies Episcopal Church claim it ordered evacuation of Gaza City hospital
The Israel Defense Forces on Tuesday rejected an accusation by Anglican Church authorities that it had ordered the closure of a Gaza City hospital, insisting that it had made it clear there was no need to close hospitals or medical centers in an area where it ordered evacuations due to military operations against terror groups.
The Episcopal Church of Jerusalem and the Middle East said it was protesting the closure of Al-Ahli Arab Anglican Hospital in Gaza City as a result of the evacuation of several residential districts ordered by the military.
The medical center’s director said patients fled of their own accord while others were moved to alternative hospitals.
A statement issued in the name of the Diocese of Jerusalem said the hospital has been “compelled to close by the Israeli army.”
On Sunday evening, a large amount of drone fire took place in the immediate vicinity of the hospital, it said. — Times of Israel
Our Take: According to their website, the Diocese of Jerusalem has been around since 1841—meaning it is over 100 years older than the modern State of Israel. You would think that seniority would mean something, but the Zionist war machine is indifferent to all opposing ideologies—be it Muslim, Christian, or even Orthodox Judaism.
This is also not the first time the IDF has hit Christian targets, as a Greek Orthodox church in Gaza was struck back in October. The priest gave an interview that you can listen to here.
I wrote the other day about how a very radical Messianic Movement created by Meir Kahane has emerged in Tel Aviv, and out of political desperation, Netanyahu has been forced to appoint several of them to his inner circle—the Security Cabinet. I also shared that Kahane and his followers have identified Christians as their mortal enemy, along with Muslims. But they have also demonstrated aggression in the past against fellow Jews who did not conform to their worldview.

Whether or not Netanyahu actually agrees with the Kahanists, he really has no choice but to submit to their will. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir have consistently threatened Netanyahu with dissolving his government—forcing new elections—which would likely result in Netanyahu being challenged by Benny Gantz, to whom Bibi would likely lose.

Leading Sephardic rabbis ban yeshiva students from reporting at IDF recruitment centers
Senior Sephardic rabbis in Israel have instructed yeshiva students to ignore any IDF recruitment orders that they receive in the coming weeks, and ban them from reporting at recruitment offices, even if it is to seek an exemption, according to Hebrew media reports.
The decision taken by the Sephardic rabbinical leadership stems from anger over the decision to start issuing recruitment orders to ultra-Orthodox men starting next month, as well as over the proposed law being discussed by the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, which seeks to introduce recruitment targets.
In their letter, the rabbis claim that the recruitment targets will bring about “the destruction of the Torah” and the “souls of a holy people.” — Times of Israel
Our Take: So I've been digging into the Jewish history for weeks now, and I've learned a bit about exactly why the Jews habitually were expelled from European towns and kingdoms over the centuries.
Revisionists will claim it was purely antisemitism, but I've learned that it's actually a far more simple explanation: Rabbinical Courts.
What would happen is that Jewish communities would form their own parallel court system to enforce Jewish laws, and when those laws came into conflict with laws from the local authorities, the rabbis would instruct their communities to ignore the secular laws and only observe the Jewish laws. You could see how this dynamic could quickly become subversive and lead to real problems—hence, the expulsions.
(In western Europe, Jews learned that if they simply assimilated to some extent, and not establish those courts, they didn't get expelled. While that may not have solved all prejudices, it does explain how there were so many prominent Jewish banking families in Prussia, Holland, Venice, Switzerland, and London, such as the Rothschilds, Wallenbergs, and Warburgs, among others.)
It was this problem that led to Catherine the Great of Russia creating the Pale of Settlement political region, where Jewish communities were permitted to settle and establish these Rabbinic Courts, which became very powerful and corrupt authorities. This corruption is what led to the creation and rise of Orthodox Judaism in the late 1700s, which was a parallel Jewish community within the larger [parallel] Jewish community.
So now we see this exact same dynamic is playing out in the Jewish State, against the Jewish State, where Orthodox Rabbinic authorities are telling their community to defy the state authorities—which happen to also be Jewish—now that those authorities have ruled that the Orthodox exemption from IDF service is invalid. It's both an ironic twist, but also a rerun of what happened in the Pale, since the rise of Orthodox Judaism inspired the rise of the Revisionist movement, which became the Zionist movement. (The Zionists and the Orthodox have always been rivals of sorts.)
As this is happening, there are reports of potential mutinies materializing within the IDF, as the brass believes that Netanyahu has put them in an impossible position to declare a military victory, and want to seek a truce no matter the cost. There are also former IDF leaders speaking out publicly against Bibi, claiming he was baited by Hamas to invade Gaza. (Ya think?)

Our Take: Biden and Trump now share the distinction of having lost the support of Hollywood multi-millionaires, Big Tech billionaires, political octogenarians, the self-branded elites of Davos and Aspen, the Media and Military Industrial Complexes and the Globalist empire of NATO.

CIA director holds Gaza talks with Qatari, Egyptian and Israeli officials
CIA director Bill Burns is meeting senior Qatari, Egyptian and Israeli officials in Doha on Wednesday in hopes of closing remaining gaps in the framework of the Gaza hostage and ceasefire deal and moving to detailed negotiations, sources with direct knowledge of the issue told Axios.
Why it matters: Israeli and U.S. officials are more optimistic than ever before about the potential of reaching a deal.
The White House is pressing all relevant parties to close the deal, which could secure the release of 120 hostages and end the nine-month war in Gaza — or at least lead to a 42-day pause in the fighting and the release of some hostages, including American citizens.
The long-sought deal would deliver a huge foreign policy win for President Biden, who is fighting to restore trust in his leadership inside the Democratic Party and around the world.

The Russian government has launched a “whole-of-government” effort to influence the outcome of the U.S. presidential election and favors Republican candidate Donald Trump in the race, senior U.S. intelligence officials said Tuesday.
The officials didn’t mention Trump by name, but said that Russia’s current activity—described as covert social-media use and other online propaganda efforts—mirrored the 2020 and 2016 election cycles, when Moscow also favored Trump and sought to undermine Democratic candidates, according to U.S. intelligence agencies. — WSJ

Ashe your comments on the fake 50/50 split in the USA could not be more on point. This has been going for as long as I have been paying attention back to Bush v Gore. Almost every election was 51/49. Once? Maybe. But every single time? Bullshit.
Unfortunately, my parents in their late 70s now are obviously still watching the news EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. so they are truly unable to see or beleive that they are being lied to by American news. There is still a contingent of avid TV watchers out there that needs to turn off their God damned TVs but they absolutely won't. Those people will be asleep unto the bitter end.
That's yet another thing that Project Mahem got right in Fight Club. I actually wanted to do that, but people thought I was crazy. I'm like, guys - we literally do need to destroy media and banking!
