Feds inform Trump he is target likely to be indicted as DOJ rebuffs prosecutorial misconduct claim
Federal prosecutors have notified Donald Trump that he is a criminal target and likely to be indicted imminently in a probe into alleged classified documents – even as the Justice Department declined to delay charges to give time to investigate allegations of witness tampering submitted by the former president’s legal team, according to multiple people on Wednesday familiar with the case.
The sources directly familiar with the case told Just the News that DOJ declined to delay the planned indictment of Trump to investigate allegations that a senior prosecutor working on the case tried to influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship with the witness’ lawyer.
That allegation is still pending in a secret case before Chief U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg, the jurist who oversees the federal court in Washington, D.C., and the grand juries that convene in that courthouse, the sources said.
An historic federal indictment crafted by Special Counsel Jack Smith could be handed up by a federal grand jury against the 45th president as early as this week, the sources said. — Just the News
Our Take: “ANOTHER Trump indictment =
1) Continued exposure of Con Inc., who will seize the (seeming) opportunity to move in for the kill.
2) Codifies Trump v. Establishment as THE Narrative heading into 2024.
3) Provides Narrative Shielding to DOJ for indictments of former Heads of State, while setting legal/psychological templates. (h/t

Cheese Pizza? Meta's Instagram Facilitated Massive Pedophile Network
A comprehensive investigation by the Wall Street Journal and the Stanford Internet Observatory reveals that Meta-owned Instagram has been home to an organized and massive network of pedophiles.
But what separates this case from most is that Instagram's own algorithms were promoting pedophile content to other pedophiles, while the pedos themselves used coded emojis, such as a picture of a map, or a slice of cheese pizza.
Instagram connects pedophiles and guides them to content sellers via recommendation systems that excel at linking those who share niche interests, the Journal and the academic researchers found.
...
The pedophilic accounts on Instagram mix brazenness with superficial efforts to veil their activity, researchers found. Certain emojis function as a kind of code, such as an image of a map—shorthand for “minor-attracted person”—or one of “cheese pizza,” which shares its initials with “child pornography,” according to Levine of UMass. Many declare themselves “lovers of the little things in life.” -WSJ
According to the researchers, Instagram allowed pedophiles to search for content with explicit hashtags such as #pedowhore and #preteensex, which were then used to connect them to accounts that advertise child-sex material for sale from users going under names such as "little slut for you."
Sellers of child porn often convey the child's purported age, saying they are "on chapter 14," or "age 31," with an emoji of a reverse arrow. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Meta's Instagram has been fair to those in the freedom movement, never banning accounts for vague reasons, and always clamping down on pro-pedo content ... Yeah, right.
That is precisely the opposite of what's been happening.
Like other platforms, such as YouTube's Elsagate fiasco, Meta has been in the hot seat for, (whoops!) promoting and supporting pedophile networks. Gosh, how did this happen!
While truther's accounts were banned without any specific reason cited, usually for posting content that is anti-mainstream narrative, it let child predators run rampant on the platform.
What might be the most shocking and confirming is that these networks were using Pizza slice emojis, a symbol that was associated with elite pedophilia during the Comet Ping Pong scandal known as Pizzagate.
Despite the vehement refusal to acknowledge valid connections with pedophilia, the DC swamp, and related networks that often use technology in the modern age, it turns out the Pizza association wasn't invalid after all. Does that mean that every wild theory associated involving child sex and trafficking is 100% true? Not likely. But it does demonstrate that, below a well-manicured Potemkin village facade exists a shockingly sophisticated and effective network servicing pedophiles.
We can send billions to Ukraine but we can’t manage to stop pedophiles at home?
Moral to the story: Pedos be pedos.
It turns out, pedophiles, whether the elite variety or the average type, are a major problem that doesn't get as much funding, support, or attention from the DoJ and Congress as, you know, the January 6th non-insurrection, or parents lawfully and legally attending school board meetings for their local jurisdictions, or Trump’s non-existent criminal behavior.” —
Signed Letter by President Trump Reveals He Declassified Docs on Obama Regime Spying on Him the Day Before He Left Office – Explains Why They Raided Mar-a-Lago
DC Draino on Wednesday morning tweeted out a signed letter by President Trump dated January 19, 2021. This was the day before President Trump left office. The presidential letter declassifies all of the Crossfire Hurricane documents that prove Barack Obama, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, the FBI, CIA, State Department and Deep State spied on him and knew the Trump-Russia collusion hoax was a scam. — The Gateway Pundit
Our Take: “The ‘Trump hoarded classified documents!’ narrative took a hit on Wednesday when it was revealed the 45th President took the formal step of declassifying documents in writing the day before he left office.
For months, since the unprecedented August 2022 raid on Mar-a-Lago, the establishment has engaged in a whole-of-institution effort to further demonize the President and fabricate crimes against him. Pundits on all sides spent hours debating the rights of the President in handling classified material. The establishment — without any legal reference or precedent — adopted the position that President Trump acted unlawfully.
Then Biden had documents. And Pence had documents. And Obama had documents. But the narrative never wavered that Trump, uniquely, acted unlawfully. The media dutifully parroted the claims and paid influencers, bots, and brainwashed useful idiots propagated those talking points far and wide. Key to this narrative was the assertion that there existed no formal documentation of declassification. Now, for the record and based on the law and established precedent, a formal, signed letter is not a requirement for a president to declassify. But the absence of such a letter is central to the narrative that Trump acted improperly. Central and now debunked.
The January 19, 2021 letter, signed by President Trump provides new insight into the Mar-a-Lago raid, and the improvisational actions of the Department of Justice since.
As @DC_Draino put it on Twitter when the news broke: ‘Now you know why they raided Mar a Lago. To steal back evidence of their crimes.’” —
Russia Says It Put Down Major Ukrainian Offensive Hours After It Began
Did Ukraine forces just attempt to kick off their much anticipated major counteroffensive, only to have it put down immediately after it began?
That's what the Russian Defense Ministry (MoD) suggested early Monday in announcing that Ukraine began a "large-scale offensive" in mounting attacks along five sections of the frontlines in the eastern Donbas region. But Russia said it thwarted the major attack and that some 250 Ukrainian troops were killed, which included Ukraine sending six mechanized and two tank battalions to Russian-controlled southern Donetsk.
"On the morning of June 4, the enemy launched a large-scale offensive in five sectors of the front in the South Donetsk direction," the MoD statement began. "The enemy has failed to reach its goals and was unsuccessful."
It added that in total the attacking forces lost six tanks, three infantry vehicles, and 21 armored vehicles in what would mark a significant defeat if confirmed. "The enemy’s goal was to breach our defenses in what they assumed was the most vulnerable section of the frontline," the Russian military statement continued. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Ukraine has become both a figurative and literal charnel house. All the hype regarding the spring offensive, much like all of the western reporting on this war, proved to have been dramatically skewed.
We were told that that Ukraine's big ‘spring offensive’ would somehow push back Russia to its original border, instead, Ukraine lost 3,715 troops, 52 tanks, 207 armored vehicles, 143 motor vehicles, 5 aircraft, 2 helicopters, and 48 pieces of field artillery; and the losses, it is believed, will only get worse from here. That's 3,715 families who have been forever changed by this ‘offensive’ on the Ukrainian side alone.
Donald Trump is the only person speaking sensibly about this war; it needs to end.” —
Trump invites children's choir stopped from singing national anthem by Capitol Police to perform at SC rally
Former President Donald Trump invited the Rushingbrook Children's Choir to sing for him and all the attendees at his upcoming South Carolina rally. The choir, out of Greenville, was recently stopped from singing beautiful a capella renditions of our country's most patriotic anthems, including the national anthem, at the Capitol Building in Washington, DC.
Trump called the prohibition against the children's choir "a shame." And he's not wrong, the entire display from Capitol Police and the staffer who shut the performance down was a stain on our national character and the people's House. — Human Events
Our Take: “Patriotism was likened to terrorism for young kids who just wanted to show respect for our Country.
President Donald Trump denounced this as an abomination, and rightly so. That is what a real President looks like.
The story reported from Capitol Police is absurd and loaded with contradictions. Clearly, the prohibition was contrived over political viewpoints. There was no mistake made here. The children’s choir was not going to be allowed to perform …that much was predetermined. The excuse given to Rasbach, the director of the choir, sounds incomprehensible.
Rasbach says he was told that the performance of our national songs was a ‘demonstration’ and was, therefore, not allowed in the Capitol. The performance of national songs. Let that one sink in.
To be sure, not an eyelid would have batted had the songs been about gender equality or transexual rights. Anyone brave enough to dare question those woke ideologies would have been politically tarred-and-feathered as racist, bigot or homophobic extremists.
Heaven forbid our children show patriotic enthusiasm in this country!” — Johnny Q
The Oversight Committee is introducing legislation to protect our elections
We are facing a crisis of voter confidence in this county. As recent polls demonstrated, 37% of Democratic-leaning voters and 71% of Republican-leaning voters shared concerns about the election system accurately reflecting the will of the voters. 1 I commend the committee for holding this hearing to discuss such an important issue.
I want to be very clear: Free, fair, secure, well-run, and transparent elections are a cornerstone of – and certainly not a "threat to” – democracy. Laws that create safeguards to ensure every legal vote is counted and increase transparency are not, to quote President Biden’s inflammatory rhetoric, "Jim Crow 2.0." Free, fair, secure, and transparent elections that ensure that every eligible voting-age American has the right to vote and is able to have confidence in our elections process are the foundation of our constitutional republic.
It is important to understand that effective election integrity efforts not only increase confidence in our electoral process, but also result in increased voter participation. We need not look further than Georgia and Florida, who recently passed common sense reforms – similar to the Ace Act here – and the result has been more participation and more confidence in the outcome of their elections.
Despite repeated claims to the contrary, we can have a secure voting process that doesn't infringe on voters' right to access to the ballot box. The Ace Act does this by implementing common sense election reforms. Importantly, the Ace Act does this while respecting States’ rights to manage their election processes. The ACE Act acknowledges Congress' oversight responsibilities for D.C and has the potential to turn D.C. into a model for free, fair, secure, and transparent elections. — House Oversight Committee
Our Take: “The Oversight Committee is introducing legislation to protect our elections.
The ACE Act will require Voter ID, restrict ballot harvesting, make sure the public can observe the election process, security of mail-in-ballots, clean voter rolls, no non-US citizen can vote …
While this is specifically for DC, Comer says “the reforms of the ACE Act will hopefully create a system that other states will look to as a model for a secure election system.”
This is what we need in every state (and more.)” — TheStormHasArrived

Another Take: “If our election systems get a mass overhaul nationwide (or near nationwide) just prior to the 2024 election, further energizing MAGA to get out and vote, it will be even more tacit confirmation that the 'Biden Administration' is just the second Trump Admin, and is and has acted as a Mass Disclosure Op.
The System of Systems is more exposed than ever before.
And Patriots are in control.
Not hopium.
Cold, hard, observable logic.
Stay comfy, and try to enjoy the ride.” —

Brannon Howse covered a issue on the carbon capture pipeline running through the Midwest, disrupting multi generational farming operations claiming eminent domain. No one is covering this. Very disturbing. Trying to raise awareness and hope Badlands can expose these totalitarianism land grabs
re Trump indictment: Presidential Records Act allows the Pres to declassify ANYTHING. Smith and the DOJ know this; it is a sign of their abject terror of Trump and the truth that they are proceeding with a phony indictment anyway. Next comes the bought-off media Clown Show and the repeating of lies over and over again; the hallmark of the Biden regime and UniParty stooges like Kevin McCarthy. It would be funny if it weren't so serious.
