Although the substance and commentary are always excellent, this particular news brief very timely and well contrasted. The response to the "right" to bear arms for pot users is one of the most accurate reviews relative to the overall reality that NO ONE gives rights to man or woman. And EVERYTHING that pretends otherwise is by consent. Thank you and please keep sharing these basic Common Law tenants. Slowly the masses will begin to realize how all (including myself for decades) have been non-taught what is true about Law of mankind. I plan to do a post this week to articulate this idea with some case examples and the breakdown of the opinions that are primarily prior to Lincoln's War. The slow conversion of local jural, county, and state courts to maritime and admiralty legal courts is what has allowed the belief system to arise around rights being given. Excess procedure and rules have put up invisible walls that the public are intimidated to push through because we have been taught a false sense of authority about elected officials and their appointees. Clerks and administrators at the court houses actually think they are not public servants these days. Everyone needs to learn the Black's Law Definition of "Trespass on the Case". Then use it.

Rights are anything a man or woman has or does without causing harm to another of mankind or their property. This is not theoretical harm like not wearing masks and taking jabs. It must be proven and verifiable trespass or harm that also does not cause harm to the individual by acquiescence to the act of compliance. I.E.) prove wearing a mask does not cause harm and has benefit. All data shows no real tangible benefit, but may cause harm. Same is true for the bio weapon jab. If it does not cause harm by not accepting it and it cannot be unequivocally proven it harms others by NOT doing it, there is no enforceable action. The actual enforceable action is on those of mankind who do attempt to force their will upon another of mankind and commit trespass to that unique sentient being. The burden of proof is on the those attempting to enforce legal codes, rules, acts and statutes that trespass on the rights of mankind.

Oh darn, I missed the devil show, I mean Grammys. The blatant display of devil worshipping reveals their desperation. There is a need to amp up the brainwashing program, just as media noise has been amplified. A recipe of exposure, confusion and false flags is on the menu, the awakened numbers are growing and the questions are mounting. We were told [they] would fight, we were told 2023 would be rollercoaster.

Great recap today all! Many THANKS! My one big take-away from the conglomerate of stories: the battle is real and it is Spiritual; always has been.

The sooner we can embrace the spiritual aspect of our created nature and accept that the Babylon of today is no more or less spiritual than the city founded by Nimrod and epitomized by Nebuchadnezzar was, the more prepared we will be to clothe ourselves in all of God's defensive and offensive weaponry so that we can take our stand against the methods of the one who casts thoughts of accusations our way. Unalienable rights are just so because they were granted by our Creator. Just so, our struggle is not with people as flesh and blood creations, but against an organized army of wickedness that reside in the unseen, spiritual realms.

The good news: God Wins. The better news: He wants us to be a part of His Glorious Victory!!

We'll be getting deeper into the spiritual aspect in future SubStacks, but it what you see here is G-rated by comparison. The truth won't be for everyone, but we will be providing it here on Badlands regardless. Thankfully, God always wins!

I look forward to it! And, as Jesus Himself experienced - the Truth has not been accepted by everyone for all of time!

Good versus evil. Ancient battle, but we know God has this exactly where it needs to be at this point in time. He wins in His time!🙏

Excellent work with news on quite a variety of topics. Didn’t even know about the Satanic worship service (masquerading as the Grammys), but it is so obvious. Have never watched the Pedowood junk. It does seem the ‘awakening’ is excruciatingly slowly moving forward on all fronts and that is a very good thing. Big Pharma’s legal strangulation is progressing, Constitutional rulings increasing and all the time people are beginning to notice and question! Thanks to the team for covering the issues that count! God bless you all!🙏

Also... labels for the vaccines? Won’t matter because we’ll never touch their products again. I think it’s a little late for Moderna and Pfizer to start acting like they care about safety. Thanks for the laugh though. We must not live on the same planet as these companies. Embarrassed for them.

I think the satanic performance tells us where we are and it also is that no one really watches anymore so they need to cause a stir. They’re literal irrelevant to us and our lives. They looked ridiculous. We’ve been done with them for a long time. And now they’ve proven us right in that.

Scamdemic: Nuremberg 2.0 will happen because humanity still doesn’t know a fraction of the scale of harm that was done. Patience.

And by patience I don’t mean the activists and researchers - they must push even harder to increase public awareness and outrage.

I mean we the observers and stakeholders need to be both vigilant and patient.

To Justin Deschamps,

The word in the original Constitution was "unalienable" not "inalienable." That can readily be checked out and proven. Inalienable was put in place of unalienable in 1871. any good US History Book printed between 1875 and 1892 will tell you that also.

There is a big difference; inalienable has the root word "alien" a foreigner who can become naturalized as a US citizen. Aliens are given "privileges and immunities" not rights.

"Unalienable" has the root word "lien". A lien is where someone has a higher claim to what you call yours than you have. Example: a mortgage on your home or a lien on your car. If you don't believe this, try kipping say 3 house or car payments and see what happens.

When rights are "unalienable" nothing and no one has a higher claim to those rights than you do because they came from God.

When rights are "inalienable" they come from government. what government has given, government can take away.

If you are a freedom fighter, patriot or even care about your writing being correct, why not do a little research?

Thank you Bitterroot, I knew of the word change in the first sentence of the Constitution due to the Act of 1871, but I was unaware of unalienable. Is there any others word changes within the Construction we are unaware of? I a big fan of David Barton of Wall Builders and the work done at Mercury One Museum that both David and Glenn Beck are doing in preserving America true history good or bad by collecting original documents, books & artifacts. They run classes at Mercury One re-educating high school and college kids on America correct history and word changes within all documents showing what our Founding Father's original intent was with these items they have collected. What the true meaning & definition of there words at that moment in time in which they were written, along with the history of that definition of a word. Few know how the writers of our history these days like to change the story by changing definitions of the meanings of words. Our Congress like to do these things in there midnight sessions under the cover of darkness like the Act of 1871 & much worse to the American people without their knowledge or consent. David tell a story how they tried to destroy all copies of the original Constitution by burning down the buildings in which they were housed all in one night but they missed one in Kentucky. At that time they we're trying to get rid of the part in which I'm paraphrasing here because it's been a while since I heard the story, but it was about lawyers, attorneys and how the British Bar Association could not practice Law in America due the Construction. Basically no one with ties & titles with or of Nobility, Princess, Kings or foreign States can hold office of profit or trust under them. That was the gist of the story I'm sure I messed up some of the details. Again thank you. Do you know what the hottest ticket on eBay is these days is getting a hold of the oldest copies of Dictionaries, Bibles, Historical books on Law and Our History. I personally I went out and bought an original copy of American Dictionary of the English Language First Edition by Noah Webster of 1828 the Foundation for American, Christian, Education and a copy of the original Oxford English Dictionary for the first time the English Language had a Dictionary A to Z on the root, origins & meanings of a word, the real work started in 1878, but it's history go back to 1857 & the last page went to the printer in April 1928. I love history and the Oxford dictionaries historical story is amazingly one. Mel Gibson created a Docu Movie about this amazing story.

You can verify the word “unalienable” as I did back in January 2008 when I visited the “Declaration House” on the corner of 6th and Market St. in Philadelphia.

It is a replica of the original house Thomas Jefferson rented the upstairs/attic and that is where he wrote the Declaration of Independence. I noticed that they had several different styles and copies for sale and some said “inalienable” and some said “unalienable”. I asked them if they had a copy of the original and if they did what was this word pointing to “inalienable” on one copy and “unalienable” on another. They showed me a copy of what they claimed was the original and the word was “unalienable”!

I had read several old American History books about 10 years before that experience. Those books were printed between about 1875 and 1892 and each told the story of the change where a “u” was removed and replaced by an “i” and that one letter of one word completely changed the meaning of the entire Declaration of Independence. It was done in 1871. the books also told of congress forming a Corporation called the UNITED STATES on Feb. 21, 1871 and that Corporation having ownership of plot of land we know as Washington D.C.

Also, in the fall of 2004 we stopped by Mt. Rushmore. They had a video shown on a big screen below the faces after dark. Part of that video was a reading of the Declaration of Independence and they read “unalienable” pronounced “un-a-lien-able” which matched the story in the old history books and as stated above was verified by my January 2008 visit to the Declaration House.

I have not had the pleasure of comparing the Constitution as we see it today with a copy of the Original. Maybe I will get the chance to do so someday.

You are correct on your story of the “no titles of nobility” such as “Esquire” the English title for an Attorney. In England a “Squire” was a Banker and his “hatchet” man, an “Esquire” was an attorney. The word BAR as in the American Bar Association stands for British Accreditation Registry. Something I did not learn when I went to Law School. There are some of us Law School Graduates that do know a little more of the changes and history of the founding documents of this country. Law School does not teach those things.
