Daily Wire And The Federalist Sue Biden State Department Over Censorship Effort
The Daily Wire, The Federalist, and the state of Texas joined on Tuesday in a lawsuit against the U.S. State Department, alleging that the government agency funded censorship technology designed to bankrupt domestic media outlets with disfavored political opinions.
The State Department is tasked with foreign relations and has no authority over domestic affairs, yet it took a government office designed for countering foreign terrorist propaganda, the Global Engagement Center (GEC), and unleashed it against Americans engaged in what it claimed was “disinformation,” according to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday night by the New Civil Liberties Alliance.
It was “one of the most audacious, manipulative, secretive, and gravest abuses of power and infringements of First Amendment rights by the federal government in American history,” said the suit, which also names Secretary of State Antony Blinken and five other officials as defendants.
The lawsuit asks a judge to declare the State Department’s attempt to interfere with domestic speech illegal and to permanently bar it from developing, promoting, or encouraging others to use technology to de-amplify, shadow ban, or restrict “the lawful speech of the American press and Americans.” — The Daily Wire
Our Take: “This story is a good reminder that the law takes its time.
The global engagement center is a centralized control mechanism within the censorship industrial complex, and independent researchers within the truth community have been exposing it for over a year. Now that it’s an election year, the re-runs (h/t
) are in marathon mode.Censorship is coming into sharp focus in recent weeks, which brings two considerations to mind:
First, we need to look around, and figure out what we’re being distracted from. There’s so many possibilities, it hurts my mind. Second, censorship is a tactic. What is the intended outcome of deploying the tactic?
In other words, if we are going to talk about censorship, we need to talk about intent. Government colluding with corporations and nongovernmental entities to censor Americans is itself a crime. But ‘the why’ is more important.
In my opinion, it’s the managed decline of America with the intent of removing the remaining barrier obstructing the Great Reset to the New World Order. It’s treason. And that’s what needs to be argued in this case.” —
"They're Saying The Quiet Part Out Loud": Tucker And Massie Slam Additional Ukraine Funds For 'War They Cannot Win'
With the Biden administration pushing a $106 billion aid package to primarily fund war in Ukraine and Israel, Tucker Carlson sat down with Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) on Tuesday, where they discussed the push by establishment lawmakers for more Ukraine funding despite it being a 'war they cannot win.'
When asked why, Massie explained that the military-industrial complex thrives on the sale of "deadly munitions," which enriches shareholders, "some of whom are congressmen."
"But you gotta wonder like, why is the leadership of your party, the Republican party, in favor of this? Why the new speaker — seems like a nice guy but also like a child — why would his first act as speaker be to endorse this? I’m confused," said Carlson.
To which Massie replied: "Well, I hope he doesn’t. But you know, Biden’s budget director, the head of the OMB sent a letter yesterday to Speaker Mike Johnson, imploring him to spend more money in Ukraine. And what they said is they want to revitalize our defense industrial base."
"And they sent a list of states that would get money when we spend, you know, money on deadly munitions because they have to be manufactured in Alabama or Ohio or Texas," Massie continued. "And so, you know, they’re saying the quiet part out loud that congressmen tend to vote for this stuff because a lot of this federal spending that goes to Ukraine is actually laundered back to the military-industrial complex. And in some ways, not very efficiently, but in some ways, it enriches people in their districts and the stockholders, some of whom are congressmen." — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Tucker and Massie aren’t wrong when they point out that the enemy matrix is “saying the quiet part out loud” when it comes to the disintegration of the Ukraine Proxy War, but I think it takes on added significance (and gets more encouraging) when taken in concert with the Pentagon’s recent warning to Israel that continuing down the kinetic path in Gaza is unwise, and could result in an untenable position.
It took the Media Machine more than 18 months to begin deploying Overton’s Goalpost with respect to Ukraine. By contrast, it’s taken them less than two months to do so with the Israel situation.
On an Actual level, this signals a loss of control over an international game board that seems to be rejecting globalism and reorienting around multi-polarity.
On a Narrative level, it suggests whatever metrics they have at their disposal regarding mass psychological impact have inverted, and have now gone parabolic in service of the Great Awakening.

Republicans block Ukraine funding over US-Mexico border despite Biden pleas
Republican senators in the United States have blocked $106bn in new funding for Ukraine and Israel, rejecting appeals from President Joe Biden amid anger over the exclusion of immigration reforms they had demanded as part of the package.
Biden had earlier warned of dire consequences for Kyiv – and a “gift” to Russia’s Vladimir Putin – if Congress failed to pass the measure, which includes about $61bn to help Ukraine keep up pressure on Russia during the freezing winter months, as well as help for Israel and Gaza.
“They’re willing to literally kneecap Ukraine on the battlefield and damage our national security in the process,” Biden said.
[…]
Biden has earlier pleaded with Republicans over the package, warning that a victory for Russia over Ukraine would leave Moscow in a position to attack NATO allies and draw US troops into a war.
“If Putin takes Ukraine, he won’t stop there,” Biden said. Putin will attack a NATO ally, he predicted, and then “we’ll have something that we don’t seek and that we don’t have today: American troops fighting Russian troops”, Biden said.

Putin Trots Around Middle East, All Smiles With MbS, While US Can't Secure Ukraine Funding
It was no mere awkward fist bump, but instead Russian President Vladimir Putin's reception in Riyadh Wednesday was clearly very warm and enthusiastic.
From the moment Putin walked out onto a royal purple carpet-bedecked airport tarmac to later being officially greeted by crown prince Mohammed bin Salman (MbS), it was chummy handshakes, back slaps and smiles all the way around.
"Nothing can prevent the development of our friendly relations," Putin told MbS, and invited him to visit Moscow in return.
"It is very important for all of us to exchange information and assessments with you on what is happening in the region. Our meeting is certainly timely," Putin said.
Below is the moment of Putin's being received and welcomed by a glowing MbS, ironically at the very moment President Biden gave a White House speech bemoaning the inability of Congress to pass Ukraine defense funding, which runs out in three weeks... — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “On the one hand, the US Deep State Department (and now, even the Department of Justice,) has taken some precious time away from their continued persecution of Donald Trump in order to advance parallel narratives that:
A) Russia should be charged with war crimes and has never been more isolated on the world stage.
B) Ukraine requires more funding (and will NOT receive it, allegedly,) in order to keep Russia from doing something Russia has no designs on doing ... namely to push further westward into Europe, and the heart of western globalism.
All the while, Russia is posturing at the head of a new, emerging multi-polar world order with another stop in a world tour that includes the surging Saudis, who are themselves carving out a new place in the anti-globalist hegemon as cooperative independence (also known as sovereignty,) takes more mass psychological and actual ground by the day.
The Sovereign Alliance was always real, and was always going to win.
The rest is a matter of timing.” —
Colorado Supreme Court weighs 14th Amendment challenge to Trump's eligibility for GOP primary ballot
The Colorado Supreme Court on Wednesday weighed whether former President Donald Trump should be kept off the state's ballot under a rarely invoked provision of the 14th Amendment in a closely watched legal fight that is likely to land before the U.S. Supreme Court.
The challenge to Trump's candidacy in Colorado is just one in a nationwide fight underway in courts across more than a dozen states. Those arguing against Trump say he is disqualified from holding federal office again under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment because of his conduct surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The provision says those who engaged in insurrection against the Constitution after swearing an oath to support it cannot hold federal or state office. While enacted after the Civil War and designed to exclude former Confederate civil and military officials from future office, the so-called disqualification clause has now been invoked to target Trump's candidacy. — CBS News
Our Take: “The Colorado Supreme Court appeal in Anderson v. Griswold was argued Wednesday, and brace yourself for the very real possibility that the court that keeps sending Baker Jack Phillips to SCOTUS may overturn the District Court's ruling that President Trump may be on the ballot in the Centennial State.
The first matter before the court is, ‘does Section 3 of the 14th Amendment apply to the President, as an ‘Officer’ per the text of Section 3.’
There was extension discussion about Confederate President Jefferson Davis and the parallels between the Civil War and the Capitol chaos on January 6. The justices raised questions about the potential unequal treatment of Colorado's Republican voters if they are denied the opportunity to vote for President Trump. Eric Olsen passionately argued that President Trump's inclusion on the ballot would dilute the votes for ‘qualified’ candidates.
The second matter was whether January 6 was an insurrection at all. Olsen declared that Judge Wallace, in her civil court domain, had delivered a criminal finding that Trump intentionally incited insurrection, and that the improper ruling should stand. Scott Gessler, on the other hand, argued that January 6 must be viewed as more of a ‘riot.’ To be honest, the arguments on both sides were weak.
The potential outcomes include the court:
Upholding the District Court's Findings on both the 14th Amendment and the Insurrection.
Overturning the District Court's Findings on both the 14th Amendment and the Insurrection.
Upholding the District Court's Findings on the 14th Amendment and overturning the ruling on the Insurrection. This is the right call.
Overturning the District Court's Findings on the 14th Amendment, and upholding the ruling on the Insurrection. This removes Trump from the ballot.
This case has implications on the 22 other Section 3 challenges across the country, and regardless of the decision, it is expected to be appealed to SCOTUS.
A decision from the state high court is expected early next week, and the entire matter has to be concluded before the statutory deadline of December 29, 2023.” —
Hunter Biden's lawyer says again that president's son will only testify publicly
Hunter Biden, the president's son, is reiterating that his testimony before Congress will only be public.
In a letter to Rep. James Comer, the Kentucky Republican who chairs the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, Biden's lawyer, Abbe Lowell, said the offer to testify publicly was in response to Comer's own remarks on at least three occasions. Comer previously rejected Biden's Nov. 28 offer to publicly testify before his panel, saying any testimony would have to be behind closed doors.
"As indicated in my November 28, 2023, letter, Mr. Biden has offered to appear at a hearing on the December 13, 2023, date you have reserved, or another date this month, to answer any question pertinent and relevant to the subject matter stated in your November 8, 2023, letter," Lowell wrote. "He is making this choice because the Committee has demonstrated time and again it uses closed-door sessions to manipulate, even distort, the facts and misinform the American public—a hearing would ensure transparency and truth in these proceedings."
The development comes as House Republicans inch closer to a vote to officially begin an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. Last month, Comer sent subpoenas to Hunter Biden, the president's brother James Biden and other family members and business associates, directing them to appear for depositions and transcribed interviews – one more sign the impeachment inquiry into the president was entering a new phase.

Our Take: “In this week’s episode of ‘The Biden’s:’
James Biden fails to show for an interview with the House impeachment inquiry panel, Hunter Biden attempts to duck a subpoena from House investigators requiring him to sit for a closed door, transcribed deposition as House Ways and Means interviews IRS Whistleblowers (again), Special Counsel Weiss argues to judge that Hunter SHOULD NOT be permitted to subpoena documents and records from Trump, Barr, Rosen and Donoghue, and recently released emails prove Joe Biden used aliases to contact Hunter’s business partners.” —
…
Another Take: “The Biden Administration (and family,) has objectively had a more profound effect on the acceleration of the Great Awakening than any patriot-engineered disclosures and exposures up to that point.
Of course, when you reframe the Biden Admin (and Hunter's moves,) as patriot engineered in and of themselves, things make even more sense, and get even comfier.
Trump told us we were in the middle of his 'second term,' but that he didn't want the results of it.
It's not a conspiracy theory, anymore. It's observable.
We're going to survive it, even if the Normie Layers of the Collective Mind begin to doubt it as we enter the 2024 election swing.
Take on the mindset of patriots, who are infinite players in a finite game, and you'll better be able to leave reaction to the side and see the way broadly.
This is what we were trained for, and while the 'frame and support' mission has yet to begin in earnest, it's coming, and will show Anons that none of this has been in vain.” —

Judge Denies Jack Smith's Request To Conceal Documents In Trump Classified Materials Case
A federal judge has denied special counsel Jack Smith's request to keep some documents hidden in former President Donald Trump's classified documents case.
Judge Aileen Cannon, who's overseeing the trial in former President Donald Trump's classified documents case, has rejected a motion by special counsel Jack Smith to keep some documents hidden from President Trump's defense.
In an order signed on Dec. 4, Judge Cannon directed a court clerk to unseal multiple documents that Mr. Smith's team sought to keep sealed in the case that accuses the former president of retaining sensitive government materials, including some that were marked top secret, at his Mar-a-Lago home.
President Trump has said he used presidential powers to declassify the materials, insisting that he isn't guilty and calling the case an attempt by his political foes to hamper his 2024 presidential run.
The former president's longtime aide Walt Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira have been named as co-defendants in the case; both also have pleaded not guilty.
President Trump's defense team and Mr. Smith's prosecutors have been litigating over what portion of classified materials the defendants are allowed to view, with the judge's latest decision delivering a win of sorts for the co-defendants.
"In light of the Special Counsel's Response to Defendants Motion to Unseal 230, and mindful of the strong presumption in favor of public access to judicial documents, the Clerk is directed to unseal docket entries 223, 224, and 230," Judge Cannon's Dec. 4 order reads. — The Epoch Times
Kevin McCarthy to resign from Congress after being ousted as House speaker
Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., announced Wednesday that he will resign from his congressional seat after being ousted as House speaker.
McCarthy made the announcement in an opinion piece for The Wall Street Journal.
"No matter the odds, or personal cost, we did the right thing. That may seem out of fashion in Washington these days, but delivering results for the American people is still celebrated across the country. It is in this spirit that I have decided to depart the House at the end of this year to serve America in new ways. I know my work is only getting started," McCarthy wrote. "I will continue to recruit our country’s best and brightest to run for elected office. The Republican Party is expanding every day, and I am committed to lending my experience to support the next generation of leaders."
McCarthy surmised, "It often seems that the more Washington does, the worse America gets. I started my career as a small-business owner, and I look forward to helping entrepreneurs and risk-takers reach their full potential. The challenges we face are more likely to be solved by innovation than legislation." — FOX News
RFK Jr Admits To Flying On Epstein's 'Lolita Express' Jet
Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. admitted Tuesday that he twice flew on the private jet of pedophile fixer to the global elite Jeffrey Epstein.
Kennedy also revealed that his ex-wife was friends with Epstein’s ‘madam’ Ghislaine Maxwell.
During the interview, RFK Jr. was asked by Jesse Watters if he’s ever flew on Epstein’s notorious ‘Lolita Express’, to which he responded “I was on Jeffrey Epstein’s jet two times,” adding “I was on it in 1993, and I was on it in– and I went to Florida with my wife and two children to visit my mom over Easter.”
Kennedy also stated that at some point he hung out with Epstein and went “fossil hunting” in South Dakota.
“My wife had some kind of relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and they offered us a ride to Palm Beach,” Kennedy continued, adding “I went then, and another occasion, I flew again with my family with, I think, four of my children.”
RFK Jr.’s ex-wife, Mary Richardson Kennedy, committed suicide in New York in 2012.
Kennedy urged that all of this “was before anybody knew about Jeffrey Epstein’s, you know nefarious issues. And I agree with you that all of this information should be released.”
“We should get real answers on what happened to Jeffrey Epstein and any of the high-level political people that he was involved with. All of that should be open to the public,” Kennedy asserted.
Flight manifests do not list RFK Jr. as ever visiting the infamous ‘Epstein island’, neither do they list Donald Trump as stopping there, who also flew on the jet in 1997. — Modernity News

Each and every day, the minions twist and turn in the wind of the patriots’s exposures via court actions, congressional ineptitude, lone wolf shootings in ‘gun-free’ areas, and the ongoing headlines regarding the two proxy wars. They absolutely have no idea how to respond except via their standard plan; one that is very well known by the world leaders (think Trump, Putin, MbS, Africa, South America, etc). and millions of patriots for sovereignty! Whereas, the patriots around the world have been, are, and will be employing countless countermeasures to their known plan.....and, although they will try, they are unable to twist free from the traps or the consequences.
The three main powers are the banking, defense industrial complex and the media industrial complex! Each are extremely worried and are weakening hourly as the awakening people are in the majority. We must remember that they must prevent truth from obtaining the presidency and, now essentially cornered, they will become extremely dangerous and I believe the fear mongering is a distraction from what? (as Ashe pointed out). They must have their war, and unfortunately for them, that’s not going to succeed. That doesn’t mean there won’t be more attacks.... We are, and the planners are, fully aware of the consequences of the open border, as the MSM is shouting to the world about the military age Chinese, etc., in addition to those same military age men from all other parts of the world, too.
Cornered people are dangerous, but so is a freedom loving population awakening to the reality that there IS an evil global system that wants 90% of the population dead, while profiting from it. I’m betting God’s not on the side of the ones who are planning to destroy His creation....made in His image.

First I say I put all my faith in God.
In this earthly realm the two pillars I take most comfort in are:
1) Trump's often repeated mantra of "Never Give Up"
2) PANIC (Patriots Are Now In Control)
When you look at the absolute clown show that is Biden's World it is hilariously absurd. No sane, objective person can look at what the DS Rat Bastard's MSM is putting out and not call BULLSHIT!!! (ever play that card game :-))
I remain ComfyAF. Keep it coming.
God Wins!
God Bless!!!
