Now, onto the news from Wednesday, March 1 …
Ukraine may ‘strategically pull back’ from embattled Bakhmut: Zelensky adviser
A Ukrainian presidential adviser on Tuesday said troops may “strategically pull back” from the town of Bakhmut, the focus of intense and brutal fighting for the past few months.
Alexander Rodnyansky told CNN the Ukrainian army has not yet pulled out of the city, but Kyiv may soon decide the cost of holding Bakhmut “outweighs the benefits.”
“Our military is obviously going to weigh all of the options,” said Rodnyansky, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “So far they’ve held the city, but if need be, they will strategically pull back because we’re not going to sacrifice all of our people just for nothing.”
Russian forces have assaulted Bakhmut for months in an attempt to capture the city and gain a foothold in Ukraine’s eastern Donetsk region. — The Hill
Our Take: “Don’t be fooled into confusing a ‘strategic pull-back’ by Ukrainian forces to Russia’s well-known war strategy of Maneuver Defense, wherein they will voluntarily cede territory to an advancing force in order to encircle and then blitz that advancing force.
Take this messaging coming out of Ukraine and Zelensky—and their Media Industrial Complex cheerleaders—to signal one thing: they are losing.
More importantly … they are being forced to admit that they are losing, and that NATO (ie: the Deep State Globalists’) proxy war in Prussian Ukraine has not quite gone according to plan.
What other admissions is the backpedaling Globalist machine ready to cop to in the coming months?” — Burning Bright
Ghislaine Maxwell Reportedly Thrown Into Solitary Confinement After Saying Epstein Was Murdered
Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell was reportedly punished by authorities at the Federal Correctional Institute Tallahassee over a recorded jailhouse interview that aired in January.
The onetime British socialite, who was accused of procuring underage girls for convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, “was handcuffed and slung into solitary confinement for 48 hours after prison authorities accused her of profiting from a media interview,” the Daily Mail reported Monday.
“She protested her innocence but was marched off to the Special Housing Unit (SHU) — a ‘prison within a prison’ comprising tiny, grim cells where inmates are locked up for 23 hours at a time and fed through slits in the door.”
The news outlet quoted unnamed “insiders” as saying that the inmate they know as “Max” “was just minding her own business when they came in, turned her around and handcuffed her.” — The Western Journal
Our Take: “‘I believe that he was murdered,’ Maxwell said—a line she likely wishes she never uttered.
Maxwell is hardly someone who garners sympathy. While she should pay her debt to society, causing people to suffer unusually for crimes committed comes at a price to society at large that is often not well understood.
Redemption is the ability to be forgiven for debts paid. If a civilization truly has a pathway for full and complete redemption, not only of debts paid to society but within social circles, then an offending criminal will all the more commit themselves to change for the better.
But if a civilization does not possess true redemption—if there is no way to restore one's self-image and reputation for a wholehearted effort to pay a debt to society—then such a civilization indirectly fosters and encourages greater antisocial behavior. Some of the worst criminals in history felt they were irredeemable, such as the Columbine High School shooters and others who commit murder suicide.
For Maxwell, she hasn't really fully embraced remorse. Perhaps she can't, given the fact she is likely just a pawn in a much bigger criminal enterprise. Perhaps she's as evil as some think.
As patriots seeking to break the yoke of deep state oppression, we should ask ourselves: what does a free world look like?
Many of our systems of justice have been tainted by malevolent forces and ideologies. If we are to keep whatever freedoms we gain through the so-called Great Awakening, a far bigger challenge looms on the horizon.
In 100 years, when the memory of this time has faded into the hopefully correctly written history books, our children's children may be tempted to feed the fires of vengeance in their hearts for whatever evils they must contend with. They will look to history to inform them how we—those who helped in the Great Awakening—dealt with the evils of our time.
What will we tell them?” — Justin Deschamps
Florida lawmaker’s bill would get rid of the Democratic Party
Florida Democrats took on tremendous losses last election cycle, and now a Republican state lawmaker wants to eliminate the party entirely with a bill filed Tuesday.
“The Ultimate Cancel Act” (SB 1248), sponsored by state Sen. Blaise Ingoglia (R-Spring Hill), would cancel the filings of any political party that supported slavery during the Civil War.
“The Democrat party adopted pro-slavery stances in their party platforms and this bill says that if you have done that in the past, then the Secretary of State shall de-certify and get rid of the party,” Ingoglia said.
If the controversial bill were approved, voters registered with any “canceled” party would become non-party-affiliated voters. — The Hill
Our Take: “This is how to play the game.
The inescapable element of this, whether or not it passes or takes effect, is that it’s forcing a national awareness that the Democrats are indeed the party of slavery.
It will also put Democrats in the unenviable position of having to explain how they’ve ‘changed.’” — Chris Paul
Pentagon Investigates, Gives All Clear over Ukraine Fraud Allegations
There is no evidence any of the billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars spent on weapons and aid sent to Ukraine has been lost to corruption or diverted into criminal hands, the Pentagon’s inspector general said Tuesday, before adding investigations are still at an early stage.
The assurance came after members of Congress persistently questioned how closely the U.S. is tracking its aid to ensure it is not subject to fraud.
AP reports Robert P. Storch was pressed by House members several times about any fraud findings. He said a number of tips and allegations have come in to a new hotline, but there have been “limited findings” to date, with many reports pending.
Storch, who was testifying with other Pentagon leaders before the House Armed Services Committee, repeatedly qualified his remarks by saying he did not want to talk about investigations that have not yet been completed. — Breitbart
Our Take: “In this week's edition of ‘Fox Guarding the Hen House,’ we have the Pentagon assuring us that all the money pouring into Ukraine is 100% accounted for, contrary to other reports.
This scenario reminds me of when Hillary Clinton's own State Department was tasked with investigating her missing emails. Remember, this is the same agency famous for "misplacing" how many TRILLIONS of dollars in the last 30 years?
I'm old enough to remember them buying toilet seats at $5,200 a pop.
It could be that there is a lot to hide in Ukraine. Maybe that is the reason the war in Ukraine is being prolonged; after all, it takes time to destroy evidence, establish plausible deniability, and pay off all the holdouts.
The Afghanistan war took 20 years for all of the corruption to be concluded. These wars, whether they start organically or not, inevitably end up as the grifts that keep on giving.” — Ryan DeLarme
'God Was Watching': Hero School Bus Driver Saves Student from Oncoming Car
Most drivers know to be extra cautious when a school bus stops — which is often. But sometimes people either aren’t paying attention, don’t know the rules, or don’t care about the rules and end up endangering children’s lives.
Thankfully for all parties involved in this particular incident, bus driver April Wise was alert and watching out for her student passengers. If she hadn’t been, this story from New Carlisle, Ohio, would have ended very differently.
The Tecumseh Local Schools Facebook page originally shared the story of Wise’s heroism on Thursday.
“We are feeling very grateful this evening for the alertness and quick actions of one of our amazing bus drivers,” the post read.
“The video shows a car passing on the right as the bus was stopping to drop off a student. We did seek permission from the student’s parent prior to sharing in order to spread bus safety awareness and celebrate the driver’s actions. This is a reminder, please be cognizant of our buses on the road and never pass them. — The Western Journal
Our Take: “Our brothers keep—a concept that was so well understood in antiquity, it would be almost inconceivable for the people of the past to comprehend what life has become today.
Whether it was a husband protecting his wife, friends holding back a bully in the schoolyard, or a town gathering together to defend itself from wandering brigands, the need for community defense has been an ever present human need. But in the neo-feudal world of the post-industrial revolution era, the pillars of freedom that were intimately linked with fellowship and community were broken.
The child who was saved from harm needed the bus driver, not only to save the young man, but to steadfastly discharge her duty to transport him to school. She did so everyday, likely without thanks or acclaim.
How can we rediscover the joys of dedication to serving and ministering to our fellows? How can we make citizen-led stewardship and trust popular again?
There are those who see beyond the tip of their own noses. There are those who plant seedlings that become trees for the enjoyment of those in the future. And there are those who are willing to take on a greater share of work to keep the light of truth and freedom lit for all to enjoy.
Patriots are those people.
One day, the current trend of abandoning responsibility to one's community will be replaced by a passion to defend and protect.” — Justin Deschamps

Did anyone hear Zelensky say that the US needs to send our troops to Ukraine and help them fight. Yes, your troops will die too...this is not our war!!!
