Trump immunity ruling set to loom over Biden debate
A Supreme Court ruling on former President Trump’s claims of immunity from criminal prosecution is looming over his debate this week with President Biden.
The question of whether Trump is immune from prosecution for certain acts while president could upend his criminal trials, and more immediately could throw a wrinkle into Thursday’s prime-time showdown on CNN, where his legal troubles are likely to be a key point of discussion.
“If there’s a decision before then, whoever that decision favors is going to be wanting to draw attention to it,” said Grant Reeher, director of the Campbell Public Affairs Institute at Syracuse University. “I would definitely expect that to get worked into the conversation or even the moderators to pose a question on it.”
There will be two opportunities for the Supreme Court to issue its immunity decision right before the debate, with the high court scheduled to announce its opinions Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
If the immunity decision does not come on either of those days, it could be released Friday morning, the third and final opinion day of this week. — The Hill
Our Take: It might happen today.
I have no instinct which way this ruling goes — and the Wednesday opinions were depressing, so I’m bracing for disappointment.
That being said, if immunity is off the table, the Biden Crime Family is most definitely on, smack dab right in the middle, of the table.
Either way this immunity ruling could happen today, on debate day.
If it does happen today, please let Clarence Thomas deliver the opinion, if only for the social reaction.
Buckle up. —
Judges Rebel Against the Supreme Court
There is a growing chorus of Supreme Court critics coming from within the judiciary. Judges on both sides of the ideological spectrum and across various levels have become increasingly willing to speak out, warning America about the future of democracy.
Among those critics are retired Judge David S. Tatel. A Clinton appointee who served for nearly 30 years on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Tatel recently revealed in a new memoir, Vision: A Memoir of Blindness and Justice, that part of the reason he stepped down from the court in January was because he grew tired of the Supreme Court's "low regard" for judicial principles.
He's not alone. Tatel is one of at least three judges who offered a strong rebuke of the Supreme Court recently. In a May Slate interview, Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Todd Eddins, who was appointed by former Democratic Governor David Ige, slammed the justices for being "incredibly dishonest about how law and facts are cherry-picked." The same month, U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves, an Obama appointee, also hit the court for its qualified immunity doctrine: In a ruling on a false accusation case in Mississippi, he wrote that the doctrine, established by the Supreme Court and which protects state and local officials from individual liability, was "an unconstitutional error." Both Eddins and Reeves are sitting judges.
"My views, I think, are widely shared throughout the judicial system," Tatel told Newsweek. "Obviously, there are people who don't agree with them, but there are, I can assure you, a large number of judges who will not find anything I've said in this book surprising." — Newsweek
Our Take: There's going to be a lot of FUD about the Supreme Court from now until ... probably 2025, and that's not because I expect all of their opinions this week to be duds.
Rather, some still have a pretty zoomed-in, Micro lens applied to an asymmetric Info and Shadow war that spans the physical, political, legal and narrative realms.
While paying attention to the actual decisions is important, it's usually best to consider the overall posture of the narrative setters within the machine, as doing so allows one to escape an informational present and separate signal from noise.
To wit, while doomers and fear merchants (and yes, actual patriots,) will use narrative to further the argument that the System of Systems is aligned against us, look at the three federal judges most recently quoted as being aligned AGAINST the Supreme Court:
David S. Tatel (Clinton Appointee)
Todd Eddins (David Ige Appointee)
Carlton Reeves (Obama Appointee)
Seeing a pattern? Relax. —
Elon Musk's X has replaced the Israeli-based company AU10TIX
Our Take: Back on June 5th, I wrote about the exchange on X between Elon and anons, when the latter raised the alarm that the third-party contracted with X to verify users' identities for payment processing was created and owned by Israeli intelligence officers.
This was particularly concerning for those who have been criticizing Israel on the platform, being that the verification process required a government issued photo ID and the user's home address. The concern being that Mossad has been known to target political dissidents who create problems for the government of Israel—just further evidence of the history I provided on Tuesday's Brief, and on Badlands Daily, which suggests that Israel is and has always been a fascist form of government. ("National Socialist," according to Avraham Stern.)
As I detailed on Daily a few weeks back, the entire premise for this company, Au10X to exist is to provide the necessary compliance with Section 326 of the Patriot Act, which "requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record identifying information for customers who open accounts or make changes to existing accounts."
I also detailed how it was Au10X's parent company, I-SEC—another Israeli cybersecurity company founded by Mossad agents—which was both responsible for the security failures on 9/11, which created the public mandate to legislate the Patriot Act, but also directly benefitted financially from the passage of the Act, since I-SEC and its subsidiaries specialize exclusively in all aspects of airport security.
So Elon promised to "look into it," and fortunately, he appears to have ended the relationship between X and I-SEC/Au10X. One must wonder what Elon discovered during his investigation.
Now, users will still be required to submit a photo ID to satisfy the Patriot Act (thanks GOP!) but that verification is now being conducted by Stripe—the payment processing platform—which was involved in processing the bank wire transfers and therefore already has all of the information from the government-issued ID's, making the verification redundant.
It's not ideal, but it's better than working with Mossad, and the fact that it's a redundancy alleviates some of the anxiety of potential foul play.
Congress will need to repeal the Patriot Act and all ancillary legislation that stemmed from it. —
SCOTUS Watch: The First Amendment Was Just Dealt a Major Blow
The Supreme Court on Wednesday threw out a lawsuit from state attorneys in Missouri and Louisiana to curtail the Biden administration’s efforts to coerce social media companies to remove content officials said was misinformation.
In a 6-3 ruling, the court found the group of social media users and states lacked standing to bring such claims.
“We begin—and end—with standing," the majority opinion in Murthy v. Missouri reads. "At this stage, neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established standing to seek an injunction against any defendant. We therefore lack jurisdiction to reach the merits of the dispute." — TownHall
Our Take: SCOTUS released two opinions Wednesday, both appearing to weigh in favor of corruption.
Before we get to Murthy, in Snyder vs. United States, the court held that, ‘Section 666 prescribes bribes to public officials but does not make it a crime for those officials to accept gratuities for their past acts.’
Of course it’s Section 666.
I’m a bit uncomfortable to be on the side of Jackson, Kagan, and Sotomayor, but the majority’s decision seems to say, ‘You can’t bribe public officials, but you can tip them.’
Now for Murthy v. Missouri, and the decision that neither impacted individuals nor the States have standing to challenge the Censorship Industrial Complex. Essentially, the court kicked the can down the road, refusing to reach the merits of the case and, thus, allowing the behavior to continue.
As Justice Alito said in the dissent, ‘It was blatantly unconstitutional, and the country may come to regret the courts failure to say so.’ (Dissent, page 38 at paragraph 2).
We’re going to have a repeat of 2020 on censorship. It never really went away for most of us — freedom of speech but not freedom of reach and all that — but I won’t be surprised if they start deleting accounts again.
Speaking of, independent journalist Sarah Fields posted on X Wednesday, ‘I lost 1100 followers since yesterday evening. This was not caused by a bot cleanup. It is because their accounts were suspended…The doctor who wrote the policy to ban these surgeries being performed on little girls, Dr. Travis Morrel, was suspended without warning yesterday.’
It’s happening. Who has standing to stop them?
As the election draws near, the majority has emboldened the government to leverage private companies to silence dissenting voices — a brazen violation of the Constitution.
And the country will likely regret it. —
NATO appoints Dutch PM as next chief as global challenges mount for alliance
The outgoing Dutch prime minister, Mark Rutte, has been formally selected as the next NATO secretary general, the military alliance announced Wednesday, coming at a pivotal time as it grapples with boosting its own security while also supporting Ukraine in its grinding war against Russia.
His appointment comes after Romanian President Klaus Iohannis – his only rival for the position – announced last week that he had withdrawn from the running.
“It is a tremendous honour to be appointed Secretary-General of NATO. The Alliance is and will remain the cornerstone of our collective security,” Rutte said in a post on X Wednesday.
The Dutch leader, 57, said he was grateful to the NATO allies for placing their trust in him. “Leading this organization is a responsibility I do not take lightly,” he said.
Rutte is set to start his new position on October 1 when incumbent NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg’s 10-year tenure comes to an end, according to a statement from the alliance.
Stoltenberg said Wednesday that he “warmly welcomes” the appointment of his successor. — CNN
Our Take: This one is a little concerning. A new boss has been appointed for NATO, and though Rutte and others tout his positive record of working well with President Trump during Trump's first term, something tells me that Trump himself doesn't think too highly of NATO. (And frankly, Trump gets along with everybody, especially when he has a specific goal to accomplish.)
As for Rutte, I have concerns about him. While he refrained from implementing full lockdowns in the Netherlands during COVID, take a look at this clip, where a spicy young lad takes some shots at Rutte in the Dutch Parliament.
That's very concerning. (Good on that young man. We need more like him.)
I also noticed Bibi Netanyahu put out this ominous post on X.
Looking into the history between Bibi and Butte, it appears that Butte is an IDF apologist and overall simp for the Zionist agenda. So I can't help but wonder how soon we will be seeing NATO fighting alongside the IDF in Lebanon, the invasion of which appears imminent.
To add a little more spice to the recipe, the man, the myth, the legend—Kim Jong Un—has announced that he will be sending North Korean troops to fight alongside the Russians in Ukraine. I jokingly said yesterday on Breaking History that this gesture must be symbolic, since North Korean troops (I humbly propose that we abbreviate it with "NorKs") can't be more effective than battle-hardened Russian troops.
Then I saw this post on X. Boy was I wrong. (My apologies, Mr. Supreme Leader.)
So how soon will we see this woke WW2 remake, which will feature NATO Nazis and Jewish Nazis launching a literal blitzkrieg in the Holy Land against a coalition of Arabs, Russians, and NorKs in what they will likely bill [on pay-per-view] as the Biblical Battle of Armageddon from the Book of Revelation. —
Leader of National Anti-Trump Operation Arrested for Allegedly Soliciting Boy, 15
Over and over and over again, leftists and anti-Trumpers have chastised the country for electing and supporting former President Donald Trump in spite of numerous shaky allegations of sexual misconduct.
At the very same time, those same people ally themselves with alleged child predators.
You can’t make this stuff up.
According to WCJB-TV in Gainesville, Florida, Joel Searby, a NeverTrump political consultant, was arrested Thursday on various charges related to allegedly attempting to meet up with and molest a 15-year-old boy. — Western Journal
Our Take: So the ‘Christians Against Trumpism’ are actually accused pedophiles? Like the Lincoln Project… Is that supposed to be a coincidence?
MAGA opposes child predators. Full stop. The demonization of MAGA makes more sense when you consider the ‘secret sins’ of those most opposed to Donald J. Trump.
‘Joel Bruce Searby, 43, was arrested this morning and charged with lewd/lascivious conduct, two counts of obscene communication related to luring a minor to meet him for sex, and using a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony.’ - Alachua Chronicle
Grooming conditions children to protect their abusers. “I’ll be your family!”
Young boys, and especially young gay boys, are the some of the most vulnerable members of society, and the system, it seems, wants to keep them that way.
Normalization to eliminate the age of consent.
If the system is protecting pedophiles at the expense of children, then the system needs a revolution. —
US expanding bioweapons research in Africa – Russia
The US is expanding its biological military presence across Africa, Russian Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov claimed on Tuesday. According to the head of Russia’s Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces, the move comes after Russia halted the implementation of similar programs in former Ukrainian territories.
“Because Russia has managed to halt the implementation of biological warfare programs in Ukraine’s liberated territories, the Pentagon is forced to transfer incomplete research under Ukrainian projects to other regions,” Kirillov alleged.
He highlighted Africa as a new zone of interest for the US Defense Department and related agencies. The general mentioned the presence of Pentagon contractors in several African countries, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Uganda, and South Africa. — RT
Our Take: This one is pretty wild.
The African Autism in which I have indulged lately has yielded a web of corruption and organized crime that ties Mossad, the film Blood Diamond, the Israeli diamond cartel, Netanyahu and Israeli oligarchs to President Trump's Executive Order 13818 and the Sovereign Alliance, which appear to be working in concert to clean up the entire mess. The two main countries involved were South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with Sierra Leone being implicitly connected through the family of Dan Gertler—the scion of the Israeli diamond cartel.
Now we have the head of Russia’s Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, publicly disclosing that the US State Department and Department of Defense have shifted their illegal bioweapons operations to Africa, specifically the three countries named above—plus Cameroon and Uganda—and tied to those operations are MetaBiota and EkoHealth Alliance (along with 20 other Big Pharma companies,) meaning it all connects to Hunter Biden and Ukraine.
Maybe I've spent too much time lingering in these rabbit holes, but this feels like a very notable development.
To make things even more interesting, last week I covered the Financial Times of London story reporting that Biden's State Department was looking to lift the sanctions against Dan Gertler, who was included as one of the original thirteen individuals targeted in Executive Order 13818. Doing so would free up at least $300 million worth of assets that Gertler would be allowed to sell, but also transfer highly valuable mineral rights that have been frozen as part of the seizure, and are estimated to potentially be worth billions, if not trillions of dollars. So Gertler would be empowered to transfer or sell those rights to a buyer, which the Biden regime is arguing is good for all parties involved, including the African public. (Why can't the State Department just sell them at auction?)
The recent string of reported coups—most recently in Kenya—are now starting to make a lot of sense.
Looks like we are going to get an Operation Gladio vs The Sovereign Alliance plot device, with a little sprinkle of Hunter Biden's crack, a dash of Ukraine, and maybe a minor case of Monkeypox—not because it's Africa, but because it's all so gay. —

"DMCA Does Not Apply": Musk Says X Will Not Remove CNN Debate Streams, Footage
X owner Elon Musk has clarified that the platform will not block or remove live streams and footage of the Presidential debate on Thursday, despite apparent demands by CNN that social media companies do not allow creators to use their feed.
Podcaster Tim Pool claimed that he’d been told by CNN that he would not be legally allowed to simulcast the debate and provide his own commentary and fact checks on it.
The Post Millenial then highlighted an email they received from CNN, in which the network stated that “CNN’s debates are exclusive to CNN and may not be streamed or streamed with verbal or digital commentary on any platform or social media site by another party, other than the embeddable YouTube player via the CNN YouTube channel.”
The email also stated “Podcast Use: Similar to broadcast rules, news organizations may use audio clips (up to 3:00 minutes at a time) on their shows after the debate conclude and must credit the ‘CNN Presidential Debate’ verbally in introducing the clip.”
Pool then asked Elon Musk for his input on the situation and Musk provided a clear response:

Attempted coup in Bolivia fails after president calls on country to mobilize in defense of democracy
Bolivian President Luis Arce stared down a short-lived attempted coup on Wednesday, after calling on the public to “organize and mobilize” in defense of democracy as soldiers and armored military vehicles withdrew from surrounding government buildings in La Paz.
Bolivia has a long history of political instability, including military coups, and the failed takeover comes as the landlocked South American country of about 12 million people struggles with a spiraling economic crisis that has sparked street protests.
“We cannot allow coup attempts to take Bolivian lives once again,” Arce said from the presidential residence, Casa Grande, as the attempted coup got underway. “We want to urge everyone to defend democracy.”
In dramatic scenes broadcast on Bolivian television, Arce could be seen confronting the former army chief Gen. Juan José Zuniga, who was leading the coup attempt, as he stormed into the presidential palace hallway.
“I am your captain, and I order you to withdraw your soldiers, and I will not allow this insubordination,” Arce told Zuniga, according to the Associated Press.
Zuniga, who was dismissed as commander of the Bolivian army just the day before, was later detained and seen being forced into a police vehicle, according to local media. His current whereabouts are unknown. — CNN
Extreme-Right and Radical Islamic Groups Banned in France
The French government has ordered the dissolution of four far-Right groups and an Islamic association.
This includes GUD, a group known for violence and antisemitism.
The move comes just days before the first round of the snap legislative election called by President Emannuel Macron after far-Right parties made gains in several countries in European elections. An expert told Newsweek at the time that the results signaled a pronounced rightward shift.
Other groups banned include Lyon-based "Les Remparts", La Traboule and Top Sport Rhône. Islamist association Jonas Paris was also dissolved.
"Hatred of extremes must be fought by the Republic," Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin wrote on X.
Marine Le Pen's party National Rally (RN) is leading all polls whilst Macron's Centrist alliance is lagging, but the outcome remains highly uncertain due to the two-stage voting system and potential alliances.
This is the first time since the Nazi occupation that France could elect a far-Right government. — Newsweek

Repeal the “Surveillance Act!” (Formerly known at the Patriot Act)
Thanks guys for my morning fix. 😊
Repeal the Patriot Act…Absolutely!
Mossad and the CIA - two sides of the same coin (and that coin isn’t real gold; it is fools gold)
NATO…the new boss is the same as the old boss because NATO itself is a failed system of Nazi infiltration.

Africa: Operation Gladio vs The Sovereign Alliance. Thank you,Ghost, for putting it into the clearest context and for your article(s) keeping us informed…all eyes on the real enemy of humanity.
And finally…Tucker’s talk to an audience of Australians - not mentioned here - but highly recommended to watch. Link below if you missed it (scroll down for the full interview)..I mention it because Tucker made 2 comments that I found important because I hadn’t heard it yet: One, that Mike Pence on MSM has taken the position that freeing Assange is a ‘miscarriage of Justice’. (What?!)
and then Second, a statement by Tucker that “Pompeo is a murderer” since while he was CIA Director, he plotted to kill Assange. Tucker stated that this was a fact.
