Although I personally know 2 young married couples in my very conservative church who are trying to have children, and unable. I know they are not vaxed and they seem healthy. That seems odd to me in a fairly small congregation.
Our (quite conservative and fairly small) church has seen one or two babies per month on average over the past year. My wife and I are heading out in a few days to welcome our 15th grandchild, our daughter and son-in-law's sixth baby. But adoption is a wonderful option for couples who haven't been able to birth their own - and I can cite LOTS of times the adoptive parents have soon thereafter been blessed with a pregnancy of their own.
