I think the Distract Court judge mentioned insurrection in her decision to set this up. Because he couldn’t be charged with insurrection at the State level but it had to be argued in trial to justify keeping off the ballot then by mentioning it in the decision sets it up for the Supreme Court to rule the way they did.
