Hunter Biden to Plead Guilty in Deal: 2 Tax Counts, 1 Gun Charge
Hunter Biden, 53, son of President Joe Biden, has agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, per reports Tuesday morning.
Biden will plead guilty to willful failure to pay federal income tax — most likely on his foreign earnings — and will enter a “pretrial diversion program” regarding his gun crime, indicating that he will face no jail time.
Biden’s dubious business exploits came to light during the Obama administration, after he was discharged from the Navy for drug use and immediately found employment on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
Reporters briefly questioned the White House about Hunter Biden’s role, given that his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, had been placed in charge of Ukraine policy under President Barack Obama. State Department officials complained about the conflict of interest, but were told that the Vice President was grieving for his other son, Beau Biden, who died after a battle with brain cancer. The issue was never resolved. — Breitbart
Our Take: “Here come the charges that will equate to less than a slap on the wrist, but will be used as a talking point to say ‘Oh, looky here, guess it's not a two-tiered justice system after all.’
I'm curious, what would the average person's punishment be for these charges? There are more than 150 Suspicious Activity Reports filed for the Bidens; if your family had even one SAR, you can bet your britches that you'd be investigated.
Here is the proof that we have a two-tier justice system:
Hunter Biden has agreed to enter a pretrial diversion agreement in connection with a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is a user/or addict of illegal drugs, which is a $250,000 fine and 5 years ‘mandatory’ sentence in prison.
The U.S. Attorney for Delaware, David Weiss agreed to recommend Hunter receive a sentence of probation for the IRS felony tax crimes.
Millions of dollars? Concealed income? Influence peddling? 2 years probation.
Wow!” —

Another Take: “
predicted this exact scenario playing out with Hunter Biden on last week's episode of DEFECTED.He's your man on the Actual, but let's try to zoom out for a 40k-foot view of the Narrative.
The son of the sitting DEMOCRATIC 'President' of the United States is going to plead guilty to both Tax & Gun crimes.
Read that again.
At the same time, the Biden Crime Family is in the news on a daily basis for totally unrelated (and MUCH larger) allegations.
Additionally, the War of Stories framing of the Hunter & Trump news items, with some Net Effects seasoning for flavor:
Hunter's plea deal is both a literal scandal, while his 'Slap on the wrist' is blowing up into an even bigger scandal.
News of Trump's trial date drops the same morning.
Both stories highlight the very two-tier justice system Trump and patriots have been pushing as THE storyline of 2023, firmly framing the Bidens as Establishment and Trump as the opposite.
All the World's a Stage, and this story is just beginning.” —
Tucker Carlson Savages Bidens Over Hunter's 'Slap On The Wrist' For Tax, Gun Crimes
Tucker Carlson savaged the Biden family on Tuesday, hours after it was announced that Hunter Biden would receive a slap on the wrist - and would only be required to plead guilty to simple tax crimes and a gun charge, despite what many would say is obvious evidence that he's been acting as a foreign agent.
Carlson noted how none of the charges have to do with influence peddling - including Hunter's alleged role as an international bag man for the Biden family (alleged, of course), which included a $10 million payment from Burisma to Hunter and Joe Biden, according to an FBI source.
"Investigators had 'identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies, while Joe Biden served as Vice President and after he left public office.'"
"So actually there was something there. It was a scandal," Carlson said. "Racketeering, money laundering, wire fraud. Those are some of the crimes the Bidens seem to have committed." — ZeroHedge

Our Take: “It's clear why less than two weeks ago, Fox News sent Tucker Carlson a cease-and-desist letter over his new show 'Tucker on Twitter.' After just five episodes, Tucker has made clear that he intends to speak the truth rather than peddle the propaganda of the state. In Episode 5, Tucker takes on the Biden Crime Family and Hunter Biden's laughable plea deal announced Tuesday. Tucker agrees with widespread public sentiment that the DOJ's performance art with Hunter Biden is little more than narrative cover for a wholly corrupt administration.
Hunter's plea deal allows the corrupticrats and their mockingbirds to say, 'See! We prosecuted Hunter Biden!' without addressing even one out of 459 documented violations of the U.S. Code on Hunter Biden's laptop.’
According to Mike Davis, former Chief Counsel for Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, 'Derek Hines is one of the federal prosecutors on Hunter Biden's sweetheart deal. Derek Hines served as special counsel to former FBI director Louis Freeh from 2013 through February 2015. In April 2016, Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to 2 of then-VP Joe Biden's grandkids' trust.'
That is, one of the federal prosecutors going after Hunter Biden was the Special Counsel for a long-time Biden ally who reportedly was pouring money into Biden's grandkids' trust funds. Not campaign donations — six figure gifts to Biden's grandkids. But this is totally an unbiased investigation and represents the rule of law.
'This morning, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to pretty much nothing, and plead to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges then entered a diversion on a federal gun charge. That's it,' Tucker said. 'As far as Merrick Garland's Justice Department is concerned, Hunter Biden is done.'
It's a deal that no ordinary American could ever hope to secure for cheating on their taxes and tossing an illegally possessed firearm in a dumpster near a school. It is a mockery of both the justice system itself and of the American people who are required to abide by its subjectively applied rules.
'There was no predawn raid carried live, simultaneously on CNN. There was no perp walk, no handcuffs, no press conference. Above all, there was no felony ... it was as secular miracle.'
Every day, more and more Americans are awakening to the fact that the US under Biden has all the classic earmarks of a wholly corrupted banana republic. Finally, a major voice from the legacy media is saying that out loud." —
Pentagon accounting error provides extra $6.2 billion for Ukraine military aid
The Pentagon said Tuesday that it overestimated the value of the weapons it has sent to Ukraine by $6.2 billion over the past two years — about double early estimates — resulting in a surplus that will be used for future security packages.
Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said a detailed review of the accounting error found that the military services used replacement costs rather than the book value of equipment that was pulled from Pentagon stocks and sent to Ukraine. She said final calculations show there was an error of $3.6 billion in the current fiscal year and $2.6 billion in the 2022 fiscal year, which ended last Sept. 30.
As a result, the department now has additional money in its coffers to use to support Ukraine as it pursues its counteroffensive against Russia. And it come as the fiscal year is wrapping up and congressional funding was beginning to dwindle. — The Associated Press
Our Take: “Whoops. When you're running a massive, decade-long money laundering operation for the military industrial complex, sometimes you forget to carry the one.
Then there's this:
‘AP provides the 'silver lining';
As a result, the department now has additional money in its coffers to use to support Ukraine as it pursues its counteroffensive against Russia. And it come as the fiscal year is wrapping up and congressional funding was beginning to dwindle.’
Well, isn't that special. The error freed up even more money for Ukraine!
Gee. I wonder if anyone in the DS is going to benefit from this ‘mistake.’
What other accounting errors have managed to slip through the cracks?
If we needed any more reason, as citizens, to become more politically active, this is it.
As citizens, we possess the greatest power to rein in out of control government. But to do so, we need to educate, organize, and moblize. One day, I contend, we will realize the dream of the founding fathers, to have a truly competent citizenry that, through their collective oversight, defend and protect the rights of all citizens.” —
Donald Trump trial: Classified documents hearing set one week before first GOP debate
Judge Aileen Cannon has set the first court date for former President Donald Trump's classified documents trial, a little over a week before the first GOP primary debate.
The case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida will begin Aug. 14, 2023, per a court filing on Tuesday.
Cannon also said in the filing that the deadline for both parties to submit pretrial motions and motions in limine, meaning in the beginning, is July 24, 2023.
Trump was arraigned on the charges and made his first appearance in federal court in Miami last week, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents.
The former president was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, one count of withholding a document or record, one count of corruptly concealing a document or record, one count of concealing a document in a federal investigation, one count for a scheme to conceal, and one count related to alleged false statements. — The Washington Examiner
Our Take: “As we reported yesterday, a new Harvard/Harris poll reports that 55% of likely US voters believe the indictment of President Trump is politically motivated, and 56% believe the indictment rises to the level of 2024 election interference.
I hypothesized that these numbers are suppressed given the intersectional weighting, the absence of margin of error information, and based on other answer sets within the same poll. In a new CNN poll, 71% of likely voters believe the indictment is, at least partly, politically motivated.
Of course, it IS politically motivated.
President Trump's ability to retain and declassify records is governed by the Presidential Records Act. This was litigated in the 'Clinton Sock Drawer Case,' and Trump is well within the law and established precedent in his treatment of these documents. He did nothing wrong. That is why the DOJ is charging President Trump under the Espionage Act.
Anything to get Trump, even blowing up long established precedents.
President Trump leads the Republican field by double digits. The Biden Administration wants to ensure that President Trump—Biden's top political opponent in 2024—is prohibited from being on the Presidential ballot. They want to ensure that voters cannot vote for Trump because they know Trump will win a free and fair election.
Now that President Trump's trial is set for one week before the first Republican primary debate, expect the percentage of American voters who view 'DocumentGate' as politically-motivated to only increase.” —
All COVID-Infected At Health Conference Were Vaccinated: Study
Every person known to be infected with COVID-19 after attending a health conference in Germany was vaccinated, according to a new study.
All people who reported testing positive for COVID-19 said they had received at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Approximately 4,462 people attended the conference in Berlin in the fall of 2022 but just 1,355 filled out a survey and only about half of those were tested after the conference, researchers said in the new paper, published on June 13 by JAMA Network Open, a journal from the American Medical Association.
Of the people who filled out the survey and were tested after the conference, 109, or 14 percent, tested positive for COVID-19.
All 109 were vaccinated.
Just 19 had evidence of prior COVID-19 infection.
In comparison, of the people who filled out the survey and tested negative after the conference, 98 percent were vaccinated and 62.5 percent had proven prior COVID-19. — The Epoch Times
Our Take: “To the great shock of only those who bought into the vaccine propaganda, yet another study has emerged confirming the long-standing theory that the pandemic is of the vaccinated.
The mRNA vaccines genetically modify the cells of the body to manufacture spike proteins, which then spread about the body, causing a host of major health issues. As a bonus for this non-improvement to your health, you can also receive a positive response in a ‘COVID Test.’ We can debate whether or not these tests actually test for the alleged virus, but what we know for sure is that people who get vaccinated end up having more positive signals of alleged COVID infection. And these same people, who’ve already demonstrated a capacity to gleefully drink down the snake oil will likely look to the snake oil salesman for yet another ‘fix’ to whatever new health problem they now have as a result of their unacknowledged vaccine injury.
One would think that this news hurts the vaccine industry, and it does, to a certain extent. But the propagandized masses are so thoroughly invested in the narrative, it will likely take multiple disillusionment-provoking events to lose the yoke fastened around their necks.
One would hope another pandemic is not on the horizon, but that would be a fool's hope. The wizards of health and technology—the same men who prophesied the coming of COVID—are prophesying the coming of another pandemic that will be much worse. And, despite ample evidence that branch Covidians were duped, badly duped, they will likely buy into yet another bogus health intervention during the next pandemic, like the good, loyal customers that they are.
This highlights a critically important facet of human nature that we must understand if we want to end the tradition of tyranny on this planet:
There are two kinds of people in this world, the intrinsically and extrinsically minded.
Intrinsically-minded people vet and question everything they are reasonably able to discern, and as such, they are much less likely to buy into a snake oil scam like COVID and COVID vaccines. They question authority courageously—hence they are reviled by bureaucrats and tyrants. They break paradigms, violate norms, slaughter sacred cows, and upturn applecarts. They are often attacked by established authorities, brutally, for their heresy, only to be embraced later by these same authorities, who twist and distort their paradigm-challenging insights to shore up the cult-like dogma of officialdom.
Many religions are centered around these courageous men and women.
Extrinsically-minded people don't question much of anything, except when someone like an intrinsically-minded person questions the official narrative, for which the extrinsically-minded person is totally dependent. The extrinsically-minded are the cult members of the world, who dutifully imbibe whatever is placed before them, discomforted by questioning authority, and who are the first to cast stones or lob tomatoes in support of the emperor with no clothes. They are the footsoldiers of tyranny and authoritarianism—our brothers, sisters, friends, fellow citizens, and academic colleagues.
In a way, the battle on earth, in the past, and present, is a battle between the shadow men who gain sway over the extrinsically-minded masses—the herd—and those truly righteous men who fight the shadow men in and through their battle to control the minds of the extrinsic herd. Both shadow men and righteous men are extremely small populations, each working to minister and gain sway over the vast majority of undirectionalized people—the ‘unbegun,’ according to former Satanist priest-turned freedom fighter Mark Passio.
Until the righteous expand their ways into the herd, the shadow men will continue to befuddle, confuse, and castrate the minds of the masses, who will be weaponized against freedom as they have in the past.
This has always been the dynamic on Earth. But it was harder to see. Now, not so much.” —

Thanks for your takes on these articles. Tucker seems to have moved into a bigger role of spreading the truth and that is good for Normieville.
I choose to follow BB's train of thought and refused to deeply engage with any MSM story (they LIE, constantly). Like BB I believe it is all staged to boomerang back on the DS Rat Bastards once the BOOMs begin.
In the mean time I refuse to play ANY DS PC games. Fuggem! And I happily go about my life with a prayerful heart.
Keep it coming.
