It’s curious that Wray is so comfortable committing perjury in a Congressional hearing. It’s almost like he knows he’ll never be held accountable.

Maybe it's because all we've had for 7 years is talk? Not much is a secret anymore and yet not one arrest has happened. Maybe it's because he knows this is just a horse and pony show and he has no real threat of being prosecuted. Start arresting these career criminals and start seeing some justice. That's the only way to MAGA.

It would be nice to see some of these people hung or beheaded... just to keep them honest. A tongue lashing, while they just shake off the words, whistle to the bank. Become rewarded for their fuckery by their corporate masters. Father of all lies is soo proud of these political scum bags.

This guy is smug in knowing a tongue bath is all he will get. Got to make these people sweat bullets,

And put the fear of true consequences into their arrogant cold hearts.

Justin,

Your comments about the Sotomayor story reminded me of some thoughts I had the other day about the Missouri/Louisiana lawsuit and the first amendment...

Wouldn't the US Constitution be a contract between the collection of individual states and the federal government? And, that contract gives the federal government the authority to conduct the business of government required to meet the government's obligations under the contract (in effect brings the federal government into existence). If a party to the contract defaults on part of the contract, doesn't that nullify the contract? If any department of the federal government default on the contract wouldn't that nullify the contract and leave the federal government with no authority? It seems the decision in this case could have major impact -- maybe even leaving the individual states only to perform governance for their citizenry.

I am not a lawyer (obviously from what I typed above). So what happens when the agreement is broken by one of the parties?

Expand full comment

I think you are right, The US Constitution is a pact between two parties. In addition to that, there are essentially two sides to the so called Federal Government. There is a public side we like to believe is our 'Representative Republic' and I think that is the specific one you are thinking of; the other side of this is the Federal Corporation -- in terms of contract, that aspect of the system has had a contract with the city of London since 1789. The way to see this is; all systems of Power Hierarchies follow a pattern of dual tantra, they are constructed with the Heraldry of the Double Headed Eagle. One side is for the public to 'believe' and the other side is 'Occulted,' or hidden in order to exert the real authority. Those who actually own the corporate structure and create laws that govern it, use a rule called the corporate 'Veil.'

Now just exactly what contract do we as Individuals have with the Federal Corporation? All we have is "An Agreement" which is what all laws actually are. We "hold" citizenship which is only a paper fiction; we are asked to believe that as our "Identity," with the presumption that it confers "Rights." It's just a type of 'license;' to exercise your "natural rights." (God Given)

The Covid scamdemic was a direct act of war committed against the citizens of this country; I consider that a very grievous 'breach of contract,' once that has happened, there should be no further expectation for people to 'Obey' these agreements.

I for one, view myself as an Individual Sovereign; I consciously agree to follow what I see as 'Natural Law,' and Common Law. Arbitrary Legal structures are null and void.

Most contracts include what is called a 'separation clause' which holds that if one part of the contract is broken, the rest remains in place.

https://www.lawinsider.com/clause/separation-clause

Since the US Constitution is an implied contract, a reasonable interpretation of it would be that common contract provisions like this would be implied by inference, and breach would only nullify that specific part of the contract, if it in fact nullified anything. It is also common that a breach does not nullify (i.e. the provision remains in place and governs future behavior) although the offending party may be subject to sanctions as a consequence of their breach.

Of course, a 'reasonable interpretation' requires a reasonable arbiter, and one could argue that it will be a cold day in Hell before any provision of the US Constitution is heard by such a person.

Expand full comment

I think a separation clause would only apply if a provision of the contract is found to be unallowable/unenforceable because it violates governing laws. In the case I am talking about one of the parties has failed to meet the provisions of the contract.

Something like I pay you $2000 to paint my shed, but you don't paint my shed. You are in default, contract is void and you best be giving me my money back real soon. Sounds like what you are saying with the separation clause makes this situation ok.

No, separation clause does not mean the clause is nullified; it depends on the nature of the clause and breach. The separation clause only says that even in the event a clause is found unenforceable (which might happen in certain cases of breach), the rest of the contract remains in force.

I have not watched any of the Marvel movies, however, when we consider that Trump appointed Ballard in 2019; Disney apparently bought Fox to prevent the release and (in my opinion) Disney was initially created to glorify propaganda (and MKULTRA programming) to the youngest in our society; then, all of a sudden the Sound of Freedom is released to the public? Then the only president who has openly worked to protect the children is hosting a showing. This tells me that 1) protecting our children will be an extremely important part of his campaign, and 2) you nailed it! The white hats are definitely making significant progress behind the scenes!

Just a thought, Wray might be comfortable with everything because he is a part of the reverse sting operation to bring down the FBI?

Zelenskiy is just a selected leader of a pitiful so called "nation." He has not the brains nor the ability to be a head of any kind of government. He is like a petulant little kid. "Do things my way our I'll say something bad about you!" The more he opens his mouth, the more it is apparent that he is way out of his league trying to push NATO and trying to fight Russia.

SCOTUS Justice Sotomayor should know better than to act like a third world judge, but again, she is a liberal and graduated from Yale Law School. So she seems to feel that whatever she does is OK because she is a Larino, female, liberal, Yale Law School Grad and an "untouchable" SCOTUS Associate Justice. Even SCOTUS Justices can be impeached. Maybe she should think twice?

Another useless Harvard Poll. It is about time Americans realize that Harvard Polls aren't worth the paper they are written on, or the electronic devices they are recorded on either!

How do you flush out the best hidden creatures in the swamp? You let them bring Criminal Charges against Trump! Don't ever forget, Trump is a master at 5 level Chess and the Swamp creatures are still learning checkers. All the efforts to "get Trump" will end up backfiring on those going after him!

re Wray testimony: The entire hearing was a joke, including the Republicans on the committee. Wray has refused to comply with SIX Congressional subpoenas for withholding documents demanded by Congress. These weak-a$$ Republicans never even bothered to ask him about that. Why hasn't the Congress applied the Holman rule to deny funding to the FBI? Why haven't the Republican controlled committees subpoenaed Wray? Because they are all controlled opposition. Congress is too weak and stupid to effectively expose the massive corruption in DC. It's been EIGHT MONTHS now, what have the Republicans done? NOTHING except hold ineffective hearings and get their mugs on the news for their next political campaigns. IMHO the Republican Party is a JOKE.

Sorry for the rant, I always enjoy reading the Badlands news briefings.

Fascinating to watch Wray repeatedly deny he had 'any knowledge' whatsoever about some of the FBI's biggest scandals, never heard of them, didn't get the memo, etc. The Bureau is just too big for him to be up on 'everything', you know. And yet! he is 100% certain not one single agent was moved from one specific field (sex trafficking) to another (parents who go to school board meetings). Now on that he is absolutely positively certain. For that alone he should be fired (unless, of course, he is a white hat). At some point, we will find out about all these 'double agents'! I'm not saying I think he is one, just pointing out the fact that we don't yet know all that is going on!
