Besides the obvious insanity of it all, the very notion that USA gives another country "permission" to commit murder against any other nation is peak arrogance. "Thou shalt not murder.... Unless thy government permits." Truly the whole idea is reprehensible.
Well, considering how many millions of babies that have been murdered, are we really surprised? Youโre right! Itโs ALL reprehensible! Blessings, Gregory.๐
Pretty much everything we are against, as moral upright people, has been funded by our tax dollars. I say this in past-tense because I personally believe the stop-cock is fully engaged at this point. Even our โcharitableโ contributions have quite possibly been spent on efforts to which we are DIAMETRICALLY opposed. Our fake money is still being moved around in various ways to โfundโ fake narratives that continue to drain the swamp of their assets (material and โreputationalโ) A good sound collection of currencies appears to be shaping up to take itโs place. The coming โfeature attractionโ should be worth the price of admission (one that we have all pre-paid)
There's almost too much chicanery here in the U.S. and there in the rest of the world to sum up the situation in a short and sweet comment. Western marxists are again pulling out all the stops to thwart The Donald, even tempting WW Three. They are psychopaths. They are sociopaths. They are crazy. They eat paint chips. They sniff glue. They count among them Raman Noodle Head! Hahahahaha. This all would be funny if we weren't on the eve of destruction.
Amidst the incessant negative signal generated by the enemies of humanity, permission to strike deep into Russian territory using Atacms missiles being a good example, I must take a breath and remind myself that the Blob is not as powerful as it wants me to believe. Then I pray to He who holds all of the power. The Blob doesn't stand a chance.
Oh my goodnessโฆhard to pick my favorite Take on the news buzz today. I enjoyed them all!!
The DeepState thinks they can poke the Bear into yet another hopeful escalation of the Russia/Ukraine warโฆwhich Russia has already won.

The desperation of the DeepState, oh they donโt like the America First mandate!๐ฟ The days of the DeepState portraying Russia and Iran as the empires of evil are over. The Great Awakening must boggle [their] minds! Enjoying the show!
Okay, maybe I do have a favorite - law enforcement clearly seeing the woman accusing Hegseth as the aggressor, using her charms to entrap a guy having a little too much to drink. F**k the #metoo movement (sincere apologies to you, Margot ๐โค๏ธ) The days of women getting away with this are hopefully coming to an end. Awhile back (I donโt know if itโs still going on) this trend was rampant on university campuses. The week is off to a great start in The Great Awakening ๐โค๏ธ๐ฆ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฟ
On the way home from GART, we stopped at a very nice large gas station. Everyone was super friendly, there was even a young woman outside polishing the pump islands. The womenโs room was being refurbished and was not โopenโ since there were workmen adjusting the door. They did not want to let me in at all but I just barged right past and said โI DONโT CARE ABOUT PRIVACY, JUST RELIEF.โ Another woman came in as well. We came, we peed, we got the heck out. I had to wait and wait on my husband because there were a bunch of women using the MENโS room. I commented as we made our way back on to the interstate that I felt sorry for the workmen because men today live in fear of false accusations. We both hoped that problems like that will be going by the wayside very soon. But again, somebody cleaning the gas nozzles!!!! What?
My husband was the victim of false accusations twice, one from his ex-wife who wanted to punish him, and the other from our friendโs daughter. (I had suspected she had a crush on him.). It was terrible for him in both cases and we lost these โfriendsโ we had known for 25 years and travelled thousands of miles withโฆ.๐
I've never received an apology post flagrant accusation. They knew they were lying, and they're scared of consequences so of course they'll never admit being wrong which might invite follow-up questions leading to the obvious source of the issue - it was a lie.
Women live by a totally different standard in USA knowing it or not. I'll be glad when true justice is restored.
The hits keep coming! Thank you BNB team! After all the time you spent this weekend sharing your insights (and listening to ours), to still have fuel in the tanks for today's takes is appreciated!
PS - My quick thoughts, having now seen a representation of this group in person:
I loved that those associated with Badlands Media are far from being in lock-step with each other's perspectives!
And that those discrepancies can even rise to a level of red-faced frustration; but did not deteriorate into pettiness or name-calling (okay there was this one time when...).
And that they respect the insights that we all hold, showing that respect by not only listening to them but delving into the rationales and reasons for them (I know that sounds a bit odd - as in "well, of course they do" - but if you are familiar with most communities you will grasp the value of the distinction I am pointing out). These were not lectures (okay there was this one time when...), these were panel-led forums requiring only slightly more oversight than this forum here.
In all: my experience relieved me of the concern that my (and your) opinions were unnecessary, unappreciated, or even unwelcome. And that dynamic was as effectual with the people around the tables at which I sat as it was by those panel members who introduced the various topics.
PPS - thanks to all the commenters here for listening!
Youโve pointed out the rational approach this group demonstrated in contrast with the emotionally-driven petulant childrenโs approach we see all over our culture. The key thing here, as important as the rest of your comment, is that this is the next generation!! God is truly good and we see the evidence that the next generation will carry on!๐๐
Just this morning I was thinking about how intolerance replaced respectful debate. Intolerance became an epidemic and pushed extreme censorship as the โcureโ. The Censorship Cartel vs the First Amendment. Hopefully the Awakening is restoring common sense and seeing the utter fallacy of the leftists wanting the โrightโ while denying the same โrightโ to anyone who disagreed.
IMO i first noted this will Bill O'Reilly's horrible arrogance back in the 90s. I'm sure he wasn't the only one or first one who platformed on disrespect, but it definitely left the door wide open. In fact all of it may have been inspired by Geraldo and Jerry Springer shows. Just this gross appeal to the basest forms of discussion...
I never liked Bill OโReilly for the same reasons. And Geraldo, same category. I havenโt missed Fox at all since the election was stolen in 2020. Yay for the alternative media growing more mainstream every day. Just downloaded Truth+ for my phone and tv. Caught a documentary on Elon Musk, and a short 12 min movie rendition of Elvis when he was 11 yrs old and discovered he liked the guitar better than his cowboy guns and holsters. True story. Iโll be checking it out more in the evenings ahead

The subject of the Act of 1871 seems to have disappeared. But, I am fascinated by what can be learned about that period in our history and how it affects what we are witnessing right now.
Did you know the price of Gold actually dropped below the price of Silver as the glut from the discoveries in California hit our markets? But then, following the Civil War Gold sold for a 25 to 45% premium over the price you could get an ounce of Gold at the bank? A double-eagle coin was worth $20.67 because our government set the price of Gold. But, people were actually paying up to $1.45 for a Gold backed dollar! Why? That is what is important.
The $1.45 was being offered in greenback dollars, not Gold backed dollars. Greenback dollars were fiat dollars created during the Civil War to finance the North. They were backed by nothing but debtโฆjust like our dollars today. The Civil War created an entirely new concept of just printing paper dollars without Gold backing. Republicans did it to win the war because there was no Gold left to fund the war, and California was minting their own Gold in San Francisco. The South was still mining itโs own Gold, but the North had no Gold mines that I know of.
In 1869 there was a Gold panic that was created by the greenback depreciationโฆwhich was actually the inflation of the value of Gold based on the Greenback. The bankers who helped create the greenback decided to corner the Gold market by manipulating the price. And it worked because our government was using our Gold reserves to control the price. If Gold dropped, the Treasury bought and as Gold went too high they sold. But, as citizens took Gold out of their banks using Gold backed dollars, the Treasury had to give more Gold to the banks and the Treasury stopped doing that. They refused to deplete the reserves any farther and President Grant informed the banks.
The banks, knowing their Gold supply was limited, began to demand more greenbacks for every Gold dollar and the price kept going higher and higher. The bankers quickly drove the price to $1.62 and the stock market crashed! That was the first Black Friday no one hears about. It was September 24, 1869.
The Treasury changed their mind at the instruction of U. S. Grant and they released enough Gold to stop the collapse, but it left our Treasury very short of any backing for any dollar, fiat or Gold backed.
This event is what I believe led America to agree to the 1871 Treaty that bailed us out of Bankruptcy. But, I also believe the rationale behind our fiat currency today came from what was learned from our bankers in 1861. The lesson was, Gold is not as versatile as greenbacks which may just be printed and backed by debt. The key is to get America to buy the story! So, over time they must just make Gold disappear. And they did.
I think we are witnessing a reversal of the Act of 1871 as Dr. Jan reported. But, the bigger story is right there in our history two years earlier and I do not think anyone is being told the background. I am trying to help by refusing to stop looking back to understand the truth. And our future!
