"Control Your Client!" Fireworks Erupt As Trump, Judge And Lawyer Have Courtroom Spat During Civil Fraud Trial
The virulent anti-Trump judge overseeing the former President's New York real estate case popped a gasket during Monday testimony - for which no cameras were allowed.
The trial concerns claims that Trump inappropriately inflated the value of his real-estate holdings in order to obtain commercial loans and insurance policies.
The prosecution began with Attorney General Kevin Wallace asking Trump to confirm that he was head of the Trump organization between May 1, 1981 and Jan. 19, 2017, to which Trump replied that Wallace was among "every Democratic district attorney, attorney general and US Attorney who were coming after me from fifteen sides, all different cases, all Trump haters, all cases that are not good. Weaponization."
Trump then testified that banks didn't actually care about his statements of financial condition.
"They just weren’t a very important element in banks’ decision-making process. and we’ll explain that as this trial goes along, as this crazy trial goes along," he said, drawing a rebuke from Judge Arthur Engoron - who told the former president to "just answer the questions, no speeches."
Trump's lawyer spoke up, saying that Wallace is asking "questions that call for narratives."
"Can you control your client?"
Trump then claimed that he added millions in value due to his brand.
"I became president because of my brand," he said, to which Engoron asked defense lawyer Christopher Kise, "Can you control your client?" — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “It’s become almost comically difficult to keep track of WHICH Trump Trial we’re discussing when parsing the latest headline to come out of each.
But therein lies the brilliance of Trump’s Narrative mastery, in my view.
No cameras have been allowed in Trump’s Civil Fraud trial, and yet, the headlines the trial is generating rival any of the public appearances, rallies and memetic moments Trump has made his calling cards in the Info War.
I can’t pretend to know where each trial is headed, and I think the one we’re all paying attention to most closely is the Jack Smith trial, since it COULD provide the defense the opportunity to, you know … prove that the 2020 election was stolen from the American people … but ‘Trump Trial’ is going to be one of the most common terms in headlines for the next 4+ months.
As I’ve said many times, the Trial(s) of Donald Trump isn’t interfering with his campaign.
It IS his campaign.” —
Pro-Palestinian protesters oppose Biden war policy in Washington
Thousands of protesters gathered in Washington on Saturday to demand a ceasefire in Gaza where thousands have been killed in an Israeli offensive since an attack by Palestinian Islamists Hamas, and to denounce President Joe Biden's policy towards the war.
Protesters carried placards with slogans such as "Palestinian Lives Matter," "Let Gaza Live" and "Their blood is in on your hands," as the U.S. government continued to reject demands to add its voice to calls for a blanket ceasefire.
Activists called the planned protest a "National March on Washington: Free Palestine" and organized buses to the U.S. capital from across the country for demonstrators to attend, said coalition group ANSWER, an acronym for "Act Now to Stop War and End Racism."
"What we want and what we demand is a ceasefire now," said Mahdi Bray, national director of the American Muslim Alliance.
The demonstration was among the largest pro-Palestinian gatherings in the United States and among the biggest for any cause in Washington in recent years.
Crowds began gathering at Freedom Plaza near the White House in the afternoon before the protest started with a moment of silence as demonstrators held up a large poster with names of Palestinians killed since Israel's massive retaliation began. — Reuters
Our Take: “I learned of the latest insurrection from Kari Lake as she was taking the stage at the CO GOP Centennial Dinner Saturday night. The regime’s brownshirts have definitely been activated for a narrative shift, and I think we can expect to see more of this in advance of the much-anticipated reboot of the Summer of Love in 2023.
The ‘protestors’ vandalized the NW gate with paint, and the mob shook and climbed on the gate. They also vandalized monuments throughout the DC City State. Reportedly, Macklemore was one of the key figures to incite the violence after speaking to the mob earlier in the day. I don’t know if he used the words ‘Peacefully’ and ‘Patriotically,’ but I’m sure he spoke in coded doublespeak to the violent extremists. Also, everyone now has yet another reason to hate Macklemore.
These events are reminiscent of protest activities during the Trump Administration, and there appears to be no deescalation in sight. With sitting members of Congress giving aid and comfort to the mob, the months ahead promise to be fiery. It’s unclear if they will be mostly peaceful.” —
Another Take: “I believe the tension assailing the Collective Mind is a feature of 'The Plan,' not a bug.
If you're able to leave your emotional reaction to the side and view the Net Effects of the current zeitgeist, the War of Stories is beginning to break through Cognitive Dissonance walls that have stood for years, if not longer.
Consider what we're watching:
American Conservatives are being reminded of how quickly and easily they were led into the original Forever War in the Middle East due to emotional, NeoCon calls for war.
American Liberals are being called anti-semites by their own MSM, Establishment overlords for supporting the Palestinian side of the most contentious sociopolitical and even religious divide in the world.
Both sides are being shown a Narrative Convergence and the resultant Narrative Whiplash of the Ukrainian Proxy War running out of steam as the Uniparty attempts to replace it.
And Trump is being framed as both the Truth-Teller and the Peacemaker in waiting.” —
Zelensky invites Trump to Ukraine and says former president ‘can’t bring peace’ because of Putin
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky invited Donald Trump to visit Ukraine, after the former US president claimed he could end Russia’s war against Ukraine war within 24 hours if he wins reelection next year.
Zelensky questioned Trump’s claim in an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” that aired Sunday, and invited him to visit Ukraine to see the scale of Russia’s invasion himself.
“If he can come here, I will need 24 minutes – yes, 24 minutes… to explain (to) President Trump that he can’t manage this war. He can’t bring peace because of Putin,” Zelensky said.
Zelensky also praised President Joe Biden for visiting Ukraine earlier this year, saying “I think he understood some details which you can understand only being here. So I invite President Trump.”
Trump claimed to CNN in May that the war would not have happened if he’d been president when Russia’s full-scale invasion began, and that he could settle the conflict in a day if he was reelected.
“If I’m president, I will have that war settled in one day, 24 hours,” Trump told CNN. “I’ll meet with Putin. I’ll meet with Zelensky. They both have weaknesses and they both have strengths. And within 24 hours that war will be settled.”
Zelensky’s comments came after Ukraine’s top commander last week warned the war had entered a “stalemate,” and as he is fighting to maintain his hard-won support in a world distracted by conflict in the Middle East, and with US lawmakers divided over whether to continue funding Ukraine’s war effort. — CNN

Western nations ‘changing tune’ on defeating Russia – Putin
Western nations, which previously insisted that Ukraine should defeat Russia on the battlefield, are gradually changing their position, President Vladimir Putin noted on Friday.
“They are changing their tune now, saying different things,” the Russian leader told members of the Civic Chamber, a civil society body tasked with consulting the government on policymaking.
Putin argued that the nation should become stronger in all aspects, including the economy, military, and political stability. Such strength deters hostile actors from trying to isolate Russia, he said.
“They (EU nations) excluded our energy. So what? What is the result? Our GDP will grow [up to] 3% this year, and the leading European economies are shrinking,” he noted.
“They suffer; they have real problems,” Putin added, noting that he was saying this without joy. “This doesn’t mean that we should behave aggressively. It means we must be sovereign in every sense of the word,” he concluded.
The US and its allies have accused Russia of launching an “unprovoked” attack on Ukraine last year and have pledged to support Kiev for “as long as it takes” to defeat Moscow. Washington has stated that its goal in Ukraine is to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia. — RT
Our Take: “Overton's Goalpost is reaching its endpoint in the Western Globalist media, and Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin are making sure they hammer that point home to a slowly-waking American populace.
Ukraine was never going to win 'the war,' because there was no war, just a Special Military Operation meant to purge the Donbas of Deep State Nazis.
Western Sanctions were always going to backfire. Russia's GDP has risen more than any other major nation in the last two years, while the EU and North America continue their slide into recession.
The Military Industrial Complex was always going to attempt a transition from one Proxy War to another, but they usually have a more cohesive Narrative to deploy, and a more fertile Collective Mind to populate with Hegelian warmongering.
The Crisis Cascade has become a Crisis Convergence, and the Collective Mind is being educated on the rot and corruption of the Deep State, but more importantly, on their inherent weakness.
And inevitable defeat.” —
Speaker Johnson Expects Decision On Biden Impeachment Articles 'Very Soon'
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said on Nov. 2 that he expects the House will soon make a decision on whether to file articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden.
“As we stand here today, I’m not predetermined on that," Mr. Johnson said, when asked at a press conference if he thought evidence that had been collected would support such a move. "But I do believe that very soon, we are coming to a point of decision on it.”
The newly elected speaker stressed that the scope and timeline of the investigation should be based on the evidence rather than a partisan political agenda—an approach that he said differed from that taken by Democrats in their impeachments of former President Donald Trump.
“What you’re seeing right now is a deliberate, constitutional process that was envisioned by the founders, the framers of the Constitution,” he said. “This is how they envisioned this to go, not the way the Democrats did it—snap impeachment, sham impeachments, and all the rest.”
Mr. Johnson, a constitutional law attorney, served on both of President Trump’s impeachment defense teams in the House.
Describing impeachment as arguably “the heaviest power” that the House possesses, he emphasized that it shouldn't be wielded as a political tool.
“We have to follow the process and we have to follow the law,” he said. “That means following our obligation under the Constitution and doing appropriate investigations in the right way, at the right pace, so that the evidence comes in and we follow the evidence.
“We’re going to follow the truth where it leads.” — The Epoch Times
Our Take: “When politicians say they are engaging in a nonpartisan process, they embarrass themselves. Everything is political. And the other side of the aisle makes no apologies for political witch hunts. The problem with the Republicans is that they think they look better by gaslighting the people that their process isn’t political. Again, everything is political.
Another embarrassing misstep is the tired line that, ‘We will follow the evidence wherever it leads.’
No one actually believes that. The evidence would lead to way too many of those ‘following’ it. It’s a silly line that is, again, meant to assure the public that this is a super serious process. That ship sailed in 2017.
The Republicans have only had the gavel since January of this year, which means they are on a similar pace as the Democrats with Trump’s first impeachment inquiry. It’s almost as though there is a playbook.” —
Iran foreign minister urges BRICS intervention to stop Israel's war crimes in Gaza
Iran has urged the BRICS group of nations to intervene in an active, constructive and responsible manner to stop the Israeli regime's war crimes against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the demand in separate letters addressed on Sunday to his counterparts in the five member states of the BRICS, including Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.
In those letters, the Iranian top diplomat expressed "deep concern and sorrow" over the Israeli regime's atrocities against the people of Gaza.
Amir-Abdollahian called on BRICS member states to intervene "in an active, constructive and responsible manner" to stop Israel's onslaught against and war crimes in Gaza and "hold the occupying aggressors to account."
The unprecedented Israeli bombardment of Gaza began on October 7, when the Palestinian territory's resistance groups launched Operation al-Aqsa Storm in the occupied territories in response to the regime’s intensified crimes against Palestinians. — Press TV
Our Take: “As we discussed last week, while the Middle East APPEARS to be devolving into the same old story of war to the Collective Mind, there are enough Actuals and Narratives that have been seeded by patriots over the course of the last few years that point to the possibility we're looking at a controlled demolition en route to a restoration there that is and will be mirrored elsewhere.
has been discussing Regions of Responsibility for some time, often discusses the 'evil twin' paradigm and the idea that all nations hold two identities on both an Actual & Narrative level, has been discussing a potential Saudi-brokered pact that could emerge from the Israel chaos, and we've been forwarding the Sovereign Alliance macro theory for some time.Run all of these through the filter we've developed from analyzing the Q Drops and
’s Devolution series, and you begin to see how 'Bad News' to the many can appear to be 'Good News' to the few.” —U.S. Investigating Whether Adams Received Illegal Donations From Turkey
Federal prosecutors and the F.B.I. are conducting a broad public corruption investigation into whether Mayor Eric Adams’s 2021 election campaign conspired with the Turkish government to receive illegal foreign donations, according to a search warrant obtained by The New York Times.
The investigation burst into public view on Thursday when federal agents conducted an early-morning raid at the Brooklyn home of the mayor’s chief fund-raiser, Brianna Suggs. Ms. Suggs is a campaign consultant who is deeply entwined with efforts to advance the mayor’s agenda.
Investigators also sought to learn more about the potential involvement of a Brooklyn construction company with ties to Turkey, as well as a small university in Washington, D.C., that also has ties to the country and to Mr. Adams.
According to the search warrant, investigators were also focused on whether the mayor’s campaign kicked back benefits to the construction company’s officials and employees, and to Turkish officials.
The agents seized three iPhones and two laptop computers, along with papers and other evidence, including something agents identified as “manila folder labeled Eric Adams,” seven “contribution card binders” and other materials, according to the documents. — The New York Times
Our Take: “From Bridgeport, CT to Springfield, MA and now, to NYC, election fraud is back in the news in a BIG way this week.
And for adherents to the 'patriots in control' philosophy (I'm one of you,) isn't it interesting that Donald Trump made election fraud (and its exposure) the key thesis/anchoring point of his speech in Houston last night?
As for a fun theory spinning out of the whole situation, Eric Adams in particular has me thinking that one aspect of 'patriots in control' has to do with the 2020 election 'sting' many of us think was implemented to catch Deep State politicians in the act, thereby compromising them (in a good way, for a change.)
After all, most of the DS figures who've been most cartoonishly corrupt and hypocritical (think Adams and NYC about-face on illegal immigration/border policies,) are now facing questions about various forms of election fraud.
It's almost like those most compromised by said fraud are helping us expose the whole system, narratively AND actually.” —

Iran Warns Americans Will Be "Hit Hard" If Gaza Ceasefire Not Reached, As CIA Director On Secretive Trip In Region
On Monday Iran's foreign minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian claimed that the United States is desperately seeking an end to the fighting to Gaza, despite Israel being nowhere near dismantling and destroying Hamas at the moment, which is Tel Aviv's stated aim.
The foreign minister said that "the Americans sent us a message in the past three days saying they are are seeking a ceasefire," according to state TV.
This could indeed be the behind the scenes messaging now being advanced as Secretary of State Blinken shuttles between capitals in the region, having most recently met with with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday. So far he's on record as seeking a 'humanitarian pause' in the fighting.
More interesting is that the White House has simultaneously dispatched CIA Director William Burns, who arrived in Israel Sunday for top level meetings. Burns will also go to Qatar, and then Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
As with the Ukraine war, Burns is often sent to crisis spots to relay messaging that the US administration doesn't wish to discuss publicly. This could involve further mediation to get the hostages freed, or working toward some kind of serious ceasefire agreement centered on the hostages' freedom. — ZeroHedge
Nashville Police Department Releases Statement Addressing Alleged School Shooter Manifesto
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said Monday the three images alleged to be part of the Christian Covenant School shooter’s manifesto are not “crime scene images.”
Conservative political commentator Steven Crowder posted photographs of three pages which he alleged are part of a manifesto written by the now-deceased Audrey Hale, who killed six people inside the Covenant School with a firearm in Nashville, Tennessee, back in March. An officer killed Hale as she continued opening fire on the second floor of the building.
“The MNPD is in communication with the Metropolitan Department of Law as an investigation, begun this morning, continues into the dissemination of three photographs of writings during an on-line discussion about Covenant School. The photographs are not MNPD crime scene images,” the statement reads.
Authorities confirmed they discovered a manifesto written by Hale in which she had allegedly planned the attack for several weeks. Following the shooting, authorities obtained the manifesto, which is under an ongoing investigation by the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU).
The MNPD told the Daily Caller earlier Monday that they currently “don’t know” whether the three pages are authentic. — The Daily Caller

DO NOT impeach Biden.
The democrats deserve to be tethered to Mr. 81 million votes.
They desperately want to eject Him, so MAKE THEM DO IT 100% under their own steam.
Fart Backpack has a legit point and lest we forget how the installation of resident K.Harris would make us all want to blow our brains out. On a different note, I say impeachment shm-impeachment! I believe resident Biden committed a felony.
Unless I was being led astray, in October 2020, by the WarRoom Pandemic broadcasts, the infamous laptop contained text messages btw Hunter and The Big Guy about Hunter having sex with one or more minors. Supposedly, R. Giuliani and Bernie Kerik took this information to the authorities in Delaware because it was indicative of endangerment and abuse of a minor. (Nothing happened -merely Russian disinformation? Yeah, right.) All adults in Delaware are mandated reporters. The charge for not reporting is serious...a felony. Felons not allowed to run for president. I would think NOT reporting an incident of sex with a minor would strike a chord with ALL parents no matter how they vote. I believe living breathing adults would be disgusted and alarmed to learn this about ANY selected official!!! Look how the powers that be crucufied Penn State's football coaches, and the Athletic Department leadership, and maybe, rightfully so. Are the virtue signaling selected officials going to bring this information, assuming it IS fact, to light???? Time will tell...maybe.
