"Twenty GOP state attorneys general joined Wednesday to warn CVS and Walgreens that plans to distribute abortion pills through the mail would violate state and federal law."

I guarantee that one of those AG's is West Virginia's Patrick Morrisey. He has either led the way or joined in on a number of cases. A big one was taking on the EPA and winning at the US Supreme Court.

He once said at a meeting I was attending, "I wake up each morning wondering who I can sue today". On cases with monetary outcomes, he keeps enough for his department to hire outside help, etc. and turns the rest over to the WV Legislature's general funds....unlike his Democrat predecessor.

Our State Treasurer, Riley Moore, has led a coalition of more than 16 fossil fuel states to remove all state funds from financial institutions who act against fossil fuels and to back it up with legislation. Recently he named several, including Black Rock. At least one of them has reversed their policies.

Agree with Justin's take on the Hunter laptop, but there is a very important thing that has just happened here.

The laptop which the Bidens have insisted all along was a 'Russian disinformation plot' is actually Hunter Biden's laptop. That is, Hunter OWNED that laptop (until he defaulted on the repair contract with Mac Isaac.) It was indeed his, and not a Russian disinfo plot. See Jim Hoft's piece here:

Great summary and comment as always. Did you read about the Biden-connected oligarch, Ihor Kolomoisky (who had controlling interests in PrivatBank and Burisma), getting arrested by Zelensky yesterday? Hah! The Biden crime family is desperate now, issuing orders to their running dogs in their vassal state of Ukraine. I wouldn't be surprised to hear soon that the man has died in prison.

CVS and Walgreens are corporations, which are under the control of the so-called Washington government. Currently, Washington is a corporation, not a government (since 1871) That was evident during the Plandemic when lockdowns were ordered and most corporations complied. We really do not have an American united states government per the Constitution...until the time we reclaim it. That is my opinion from my readings for the past fifteen years.

Regarding the Russian Military Special Operations (MSO) that began in February last year, here is an excellent video 26 min. interview by Judge Napolitano with Colonel Douglas MacGregor https://www.youtube.com/embed/cmIKBEiaRyA?rel=0&autoplay=1 Best interview I have seen with this Colonel giving truthful information about the Russian MSO, what the current situation is and what will soon happen...and be sure to listen to the end about Biden's request to send tanks to Zelensky in Ukraine.

As far as Hunter Biden and his ilk, I believe the current far right GOP house members will do thorough investigations into his criminal actions and he will be tried and sentenced accordingly. Or, at least, I hope so...but when these people are threatened, who knows what will happen... Right now, there is a large increase in "shootings" across America as well as Antifa riots about yet another police action against a black man that I am sure is fraudulent for the purpose of causing riots...all engineered by the Deep State. Very predictable. So, stay safe and aware.

During a special session the WV Legislature passed a bill on September 13, 2022. It was signed by Governor Jim Justice signed the bill on September 16, 2022.

After the SCOTUS decision and prior to the WV special session: "That section of the criminal code makes it a felony for any person to cause an abortion. If convicted, a doctor or other person could be sentenced to between three and 10 years in prison. The only exception is for saving the life of the mother or child. The law has been on West Virginia’s books since the founding of the state in 1863, carried over from similar language in Virginia’s criminal code dating back to 1849. That section of state code remained active until 1975, when a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled in Doe v. Charleston Area Medical Center determined that law was unconstitutional."

β€œThe Fourth Circuit’s decision in Doe also does not otherwise prevent the statute’s enforcement today,” Morrisey wrote, quoting from previous court rulings and published works. β€œRather, β€˜the offending provision formally remains on the statute books(at least unless [the legislature] also formally repeals it)."

Following the special session's bill passage and the Governor's signature, Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said his office was ready to defend the law, which β€œreflects the will of the majority of the citizens of the state as relayed by their elected representatives in the State Legislature.”

The state’s abortion ban has exemptions for medical emergencies and for rape and incest victims until eight weeks of pregnancy for adults and 14 weeks for those under the age of 18. Victims must report their assault to law enforcement 48 hours before the procedure. Minors can report to the police or a doctor, who then must tell police.

Only 26% say we’re giving too much to Ukraine? That’s far too low IMO. And 31% say we’re giving the right amount, and 20% say we should be giving more? (who are these 20% idiots anyway?) I’m sorry but I’m pretty disgusted with my fellow citizens, this β€œawakening” is taking far too long....

I contend with migraines and when I was in my late 20s, a doctor gave me a Rx for Ergot. I also had bad dysmenorrhea during monthly cycle which when I took the Ergot, it brought on terrible cramps along with a migraine just about killed me! Turns out "Ergot is used for excessive bleeding during menstrual periods, to expel placenta after childbirth, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses". The doctor later stated that it was used during the middle ages to abort!! Curious if this is the same medicine that Walgreens and CVS want to give out like candy??? https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-431/ergot

Hello !

I don't know what to think about the SCOTUS Brunson Case.

I found this news on WeLoveTrump:

The Brunson case has been scheduled for conference for February 17th.

That's right, the 17th.. "Q" Day!

There is also Q post #3872 that is coming up on the 3 years delta on that same day:

"To be blunt….

GAME OVER.

Q"

Please remember it's the same date Jefferson was elected BY THE HOUSE in 1801 (February 17th ...)

Any link with an other 45-47 President ??
