What is going on with this whole scenario of Zelensky coming to Congress? Giving them Patriot missiles indicates that American (take that Stanford U !!) soldiers will be operating them. At what point will this insane nonsense stop? And can someone explain how we are going to feed the hundreds of thousands new illegal immigrants when our food supply is compromised?

It's not just chips -- something I'm intimately familiar with since my company makes electronics gear.

It's also pharmaceuticals. I think it was Tucker last night, with Dr Marc Siegel, talking about the US supply of antibiotics, acetaminophen (tylenol), ibuprofen (advil) -- all critically dependent on China. Which are now as a result of failed CCP management of C19, in short supply in China itself.

If the CCP has to choose between meeting the needs of its own citizens or keeping Costco's shelves full of cheap stuff, what do you think will happen? (You can actually argue this both ways, but the consequences of loss of supply as even a possibility make this issue critically important.)

Time to re-home pharma manufacture. And I'm not talking about C19 vaccines and the 'seen on TV' 10K/month patent stuff, but real, proven and inexpensive OTC and off-patent meds vitally needed here. Might cost more (so will the chips), but sovereign manufacture of critical materials, maybe not 100% but enough to meet critical baseline requirements, should be imperative.
