I think A.I. is inevitable. The question is, how do we protect ourselves from A.I. over-reach? I have a strong suspicion that Bitcoin will play a leading role in cyber defense. Bitcoin is far more than just digital money, folks ...

I know from being in high tech all my life that Artificial Intelligence is inevitable. However, it makes me think of why so fast? Is there really a monetary gain we don't see in our daily lives? At least G5 is to bring more bandwidth to the masses. AI and G5 can become sinister if we allow these platforms to follow the Dimocratz agenda. High Tech along with Big Pharma, AMA, Dentistry, and etc seem to me to be already sinister in nature of late. There was a time when they want to provide a service or product of benefit not one of an agenda. I am leery of most anything presently. This is no longer a trust worthy world we live in but a world willing to lie and spread propaganda to achieve their end goal of world dominance. These one-worlders think they will be at the top of the heap when their agenda is reached. They will probably be executed by people who don't feel they can be trusted because they betrayed their country. I would and do feel that way presently.

Thoughtful.

It occurs to me that humanity seems to experience technological revolutions (the discovery of fire, the invention of the wheel and tools, the printing press, electric power, the internet etc) by first being enslaved by them, and then being freed by them.

That freedom seems to inspire more revolutionary technologies (blockchain, AI).

We must hope these most recent two will have a similar trajectory where human freedom is concerned.

Ryan.... Based upon the players, there certainly is cause for concern, however, whose to say these groups haven’t been infiltrated? God bless the citizen journalists here!🙏

Ryan,

Really Good Piece.

Kissinger, et. al.

I think we should listen to [their] attempts to sound concerned & reasonable, that is, "asking" for regulations.

I suspect such offered regulations will prove minor, although [their] proffered rhetoric may appear hefty.

At such a gathering, let's say before Congress, Congress people should do their homework, listen to the offered advice, then tell [them] what's gonna happen, that is, REAL regulation.

Thank You again.

Now that is spot on. The arrogance, hubris, and false ego that is exhibited at these Conferences is astounding. Looking around at the world we inhabit I can see where that attitude may arise from. That being said it is smart of us to pay attention to what these people talk about as it is pointing to where they want us to go.

We’re living in some scary times for sure. I believe the Bible warned us of these days some 2,000 years ago.

Wow, that iris scanning technology is straight out of the film Blade Runner!

I think from here on out we should rename science-fiction to science-reality...

AI could be called "smart" when is plugged. When is unplugged?! How can somebody smart to rely in something who is useless when is unplugged?

Anytime you read about some "new" game changing technology you can be assured it's already at the end of its useful military career. AI? It was called integrated battlefield data management in the 90s. Today's state of art AI is war-gaming software on quantum mainframes that utilize "total data" and use more energy than a medium sized city. Google/CIAs DeepMind was one such system. Vesuvius in Utah is the military's version. 'Sources say' the military system hacked the Google system and took it off-line. Big-league AI, not ChatGPT toy version AI.

AFWIW this recent AI buzz-narrative was simply a way to pump the Nasdaq to sucker-level highs...
