I’m hoping to God that our soon to be new Prime Minister is taking notes and will make similar, radical changes in our broken and corrupt system. The “foreign aid” spending (aka taking $$ to laundromat) is just as bad in Canada

Good points, Ryan. I am still 100% for Trump. He may need some re-directing here & there as you have pointed out, yet change is always difficult and no one is perfect. He may make some mistakes along the way, but he is also not afraid to change his mind/policy when he’s got it wrong. The narrative takes turns, and remember he throws a head fake now and again. We have to remain calm and wait for his wind to change about some things - keep our eyes on the big prize & trust the plan.

Surveillance will have to be surveilled. By us. Whether we can do anything about it, other than "secure" email (Proton is in Switzerland, therefore I don't "trust" them even though I use them.) browsers like Brave, is yet to be determined. A healthy, vigilant skepticism is never a bad idea.

Thanks Ryan... Westernesse can not and is incapable of understanding anything Near Mid East. Never should anyone from this country (USA) make any sort of decision (judgement) without knowing who Palestine is and was; going back thousands of years... You think Ukraine is a theater with zero kinetic reason being here... Palestine has this in spades. And like you mentioned at the end of your piece... Things are never as they appear and Israel is nothing short of legends in antiquity. How many times has their own YAHWEH turned His back on them - and to this day, Israel is neither Christian nor Orthodox in Judaism. As a nation, they themselves have left both. Where would this put this as a nation. Agnostic? Or worse? And yet post AD 70 a new day has dawned (then and continues too) where all things are new in Christ - how ironic, two "nations out of the original 70" angst towards the other and fighting a ghost that has long left the arena.

Excellent analysis as we readers have come to expect! You’ve actually identified the wholly unacceptable alliance between the globalists’ shadow government of unelected bureaucrats in agencies, the execution and coverup NGOs and their allies….the international corporations….all planned in advance as part of the takeover of America following the Prussian playbook all the way…

God bless you, Ryan.🙏. Thank you!!

Of course Democrats will fight to the death to keep illegals in this country. Most say we have close to 20 million, if they get half of those people to vote the Democrats will stay in power forever and America will become a third world country. So videos of families crying won't affect me even a little. They have to go so we can hang onto our country. THis has been the plan all along, forget cheap labor thats a far second, these are the new voters.

I’ve been trying to give Trump the benefit of the doubt, and the USAID revelations are huge, but what concerns me greatly is his defunding of our National Parks and Forest Service. Our National Parks are an important part of our country’s heritage, they were first created under Teddy Roosevelt, a Conservative. (conservation is at the root of the term conservative) It’s my understanding that this defunding could have drastic impacts on the health of our parks and wild lands. I have a hard time believing that making cuts to this part of our budget will help decrease the deficit, as Park Service workers aren’t paid very much. There are other areas in our government that are way more bloated and deserving of budget cuts. I’m hoping once the dust settles that Trump and DOGE can reallocate some of these funds back, because it’s important. If not, then I will seriously consider withdrawing my support for Team Trump.

Mr. Raven's avatar

Do you have a link for that? Sounds like propaganda to me. There is a big difference between say firing some bureaucrats who may have grifted for drag shows in the parks or whatever, and fully defunding the National Parks permanently.

Expand full comment
GabeReal's avatar

I don’t have a link handy, but it’s everywhere, including all over my social media feeds. I agree that the media and the Left sensationalize and exaggerate everything, but the consequences of these cuts are real (potentially). And apparently it’s a 10% cut, which doesn’t seem like much but the Parks tend to be understaffed and on marginal budgets as it is. From what I’ve read it’s not bureaucratic firings, but seasonal workers and new hires, but I need to verify that. It just seems petty and misguided to me, I am sure there are other government bureaucracies that are much more deserving of budget cuts.

You said, "..concerns me greatly is his *defunding* of our National Parks and Forest Service."

A 10 percent cut is not "defunding" which implies zeroing out a budget

You’re a very unpleasant person, aren’t you? You’re doubling down on calling me a liar, please stop. But perhaps I misspoke about the term “defunding”, to me it meant any type of reduction of funds, but I dues I was wrong. My bad. But I did clarify in the next comment that it was 10%, so I’m not a liar. Just voicing my concerns based on what I’ve read. Many of these Parks and Forest Service budgets, are already very tight for the work needed to be done, so any type of cuts is concerning to me. Time will tell. That is all.

I heard some buzz about cuts to the park and forest services. I take advantage of both, and it concerned me. OTOH, why would I think NPS and USFS have been immune to bloat, corruption, wokeness, and abuse? They are not. And why should MY pet branches be immune to cuts? Well, I guess that's because they're intrinsically good, while USAID, DOE and a lot of the government sucks through and through. At any rate, I doubt Trump will cause hardship to these agencies. Not sure though, we'll see. The new secretary of the interior just said yesterday the NPS is seeking 5000 new seasonal hires, just like any other year heading into the busy season.

I think a lot of national parks used to be state controlled. Valley Forge was taken over. The latest "improvement" is horrible for access to the house where Washington stayed. You have to park far, compared to former days. Big hill to navigate. I just stayed in the little station they renovated and let my guest do the walk down to the house. The park ranger told me to contact the park service. He had heard the same complaint. It was a state park before. There are 2 sides to the story. Let's hear some stories from other states. I don't think it's in the Constitution to have the feds buy land. I think it's a state issue. Please show me where it shows this a duty of the federal gov't.

In my state, Indiana, and most states I've been to, state parks and forests are fine. But national parks and forests are better. I'm happy with what I've seen with both. That said, those departments need to be looked at too. The difference is, especially with parks, their core mission is all good. Unlike most departments where special interests and political agendas constitute most of what they do. The administration and DOGE seem smart enough to recognize there's a lot less waste, fraud, and abuse in the NPS than most of the federal gov't.

I'm all for the feds buying land. I love to hunt, fish, and hike on public land. Ted Turner, Gates, and Zuck won't let me do that on their land. Public land is precious, we need more, not less.

Sandra Levine's avatar

Let's see if there is need to review of how funds are used by the National Park Service. Hope they come out squeaky clean so we can trust them. Let's see if there is an issue between state vs federal ownership. My guess is the Constitution doesn't say it's a function of the federal gov't. Just my own opinion after reading the Constitution. The framework is limited gov't. The rest for the states. But maybe Congress does have the authority. If so, make sure the money passes an audit!

Expand full comment
SteelJ's avatar

Absolutely agree. Just because I'm a fan of the NPS and USFS doesn't mean they're untouchable. Being untouchable guarantees fraud. I don't expect squeaky clean. That said, I really like what I've seen from both services over many decades.

State parks and forests are great. National parks, forests, and Wildlife refuges are a LOT bigger and have more to offer. Most of the public has zero access to land in its natural state, except for public areas. I'll vote for more public land every time. There will never be enough to suit me. In every other area, I believe in always erring on the side of less government, less regulation. Public land is a unique issue IMO.

Having watched the entire Mike Benz video above, he seems concerned that if we don't maintain some form of a Gambino-family-style worldwide protection racket, America could unravel.

He posits DJT's appetite for winning as a possible motivation for maintaining the protection racket style of foreign diplomacy. However, Trump's recent response to a journalist who asked him to comment on the upcoming German election, and his response being simply, "I wish them luck," would seem to indicate that his America First agenda may not include subverting every other country in the world in order to fleece them for American interests.

I couldn't help but think to myself while listening to Benz, "Has someone gotten to him or threatened him in some way?" It almost sounded like a CIA psyop to get the American people corralled back into the paddock of the global regime.
