Given the sharply lowering ethics around the world in the past decade (& a lot longer), there is nothing that man can do that will surprise me. Government-cabal sponsored coups, black dollar drug and human trafficking funding, black torture sites as well as schools to train police forces of installed despots, etc. has been done since shortly after WWII, and the atrocities during WWII and around the world clearly show man’s capabilities in evil.

$862,000,000 divided by 1400 dead equals $615,000 per human life. That is a giant return on investment because it costs little to sell short. The risk is in the stock price going up. But if you know the price will go down there is no risk. So, the incentive to do this evil is great. However, this is so very evil that I just do not buy the story. The idea of pre-meditatively plotting to sit back and profit from the death of a huge number of people seems too cruel for anyone to contemplate.
