Col. House committed fraud by a concealment of material fact from President Wilson which led to his signing into law the Federal Reserve Act.
Senator Nelson Aldridge likely played a role in the fraud by inducing the majority of Congress to leave for home 1 day before the Congressional Session ended in 1913 by giving them a free ticket home for Christmas time IF the left Washington D.C. on December 22, 1913. thereby having the opposition out of the way for a Dec. 23rd vote which only required a majority of those present at the time of the vote for passage of the Act.
