Discernment. The ability to suss out the truth despite the presence of overwhelming amounts of noise and interference -- propaganda, in a 5GW.

Discernment is the key; I believe that is much of what you are saying especially regarding point #2.

Some call it 'the ability to keep your head while those around you are losing theirs.' For a recent example, how did you feel when you first heard about the events of Oct. 7? Few if any people could claim not to have had amygdala-based initial responses. It is only human, when faced with such horror. The question to ask is, How soon did I get past that and start thinking critically about what was really going on? Who did this, why did they do it, who knew about it and did nothing to stop it?

Asking those sort of questions is key to understanding what is going on below the surface; and that is where the 5GW is fought -- below the surface, inside our thoughts and emotions.

Wow AH, you just outlined all the inner work I’ve been putting myself through for the past ten years! I started with meditation, and that pointed me down the self-initiated paths and exercises of which you speak. This article is the best advice column and self-help “book” I’ve read in ages. Thanks to you I can share it all with others and share I will. Blessings upon you my friend!

I really like the concept self encouragement. Talking to your self is something I have done for much of my life only to have people tease me about it. I have not always been kind to myself when I do it either. I will try be aware that what I say to myself matters and be a better self coach. Thank You for writing this. God Bless.

Great post people need a tool to help them, my two sayings to people to get them in the right mind set is #1 Walk your day in Love or above. then watch for the triggers that pull you down into stress, frustration, and anger. Don't live there get back into love as quickly as possible. God is Love so when you walk your day in Love you put on the full armor of God. #2 When triggered clean and clear the trigger by saying over and over, "Thank You, I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me." Those two will help most people. Your suggestions are great for beginners... Peace..

Brilliant, practical advice. Being hypnotized after he had lost his voice drew out incredible psychic powers that Edgar Cayce displayed with his ability to read the Akashic Chronicle. "The Four Agreements" is a very brief, brilliant spiritual guide. One of the agreements is to not take things personally.
