In Q post 34: "Rest assured, the safety and well-being of every man, woman, and child of this country is being exhausted in full."
The word "exhausted" is clearly wrong, here, and I'm surprised that nobody pointed it out at the time of posting in Nov. 2017 (or since). I think that "ensured" or "defended" would make more sense in relation to our safety, but perhaps there's a better word that begins with "ex"? (I can't find one so I don't know what Q was thinking.) BTW if you think I'm nitpicking, then I refer you to read Q post #831.
I think “exhausted” in this context meant thoroughly weighing every possible scenario until there were no more plays and then choosing the least harmful to the citizens as possible.
