That’s a real interesting question. I’m sure the cabal controlled him and he was a major puppet. I haven’t looked into that question specifically or come across anything that directly connects Bush to a specific cabal puppet master.

If that’s standard, long-standing practice by our military, it strongly reeks of military property being surreptitiously removed after evacuation, by American military or contractors selling that stuff and pocketing the proceeds or diverting it into a regime slush fund.
Such “evacuations” occurred in Somalia, Libya, and other hotspots regularly during the 1990s and later.
We now know that the intelligence “community” funds its own extra curricular activities eg color revolutions etc via criminal activities like drug trading, human trafficking and I would think embezzling US military equipment would be a natural protocol also.

Not a single American soldier was killed in action for a year in Afghanistan and we were at war.
