In a federal election you must be a citizen to vote. However the states have been running the elections and you haven't even had to be alive (or ever born) to vote. There are many millions of non-existent people on the voter rolls, and each election most of them vote. That is somebody casts a ballot for them.

NVidia may or may not be fully controlled by the Cabal, yes the symbolism has been there since their logo was first used in a demo in 2003.
What is strange is that NVidia had no problems exporting their GPUs to China during the Trump era, when there were other tariffs and barriers in place on trade with China on strategic goods.
On the other hand Biden wanted more open trade with China in direct opposition to Trump but they have these AI chip restrictions which is kind of strange.
My bet is that NVidia's boss Jensen Huang, wasn't fully involved with the Cabal until only recently, I've been watching his keynote speeches since 2005 when I first started buying NVidia GPUs for gaming, I've noticed over the past 20 years his demeanor and his patterns of speech and public behavior have changed especially since about 2020 during the pandemic, he seems a lot colder and a lot more focused on total dominance over the AI sector than he ever was in the past when NVidia was mostly a gamer focused company, also he's shown signs of somewhat erratic speech which has many techies scratching their heads during his recent keynote speeches.
