In Part One of The Schedule F Imperative, I speculated that President Donald Trump and his fellow irregular warriors organized, implemented, and continue to carry out a secret battle plan dubbed “Operation Warp Speed” designed to defeat an Invisible Enemy that has ravaged the world, including individual nation-states, for years and years. The officially recognized Operation Warp Speed, related to the development and dispensation of COVID-19 vaccines, is but a partial reveal of the overall plan.

I further speculated that a primary tool utilized in the broader, secretive Operation Warp Speed, an irregular warfare battle plan which is ongoing, was and remains an initiative favored in Congress by the Freedom Caucus.

Schedule F.

My theory regarding Schedule F maintains it is not just an average, ordinary Congressional policy or course of action. Not at all. For me, it is much more than that. It’s a nuclear weapon in the arsenal of the true Operation Warp Speed, America's top secret battle plan designed to take on the worldwide criminal syndicate of criminal syndicates.

In this edition, I will try to peer through the fog of a battle recently carried out in full view of the American public and explain why Schedule F is so important in the ongoing battle to save our American republic.

FREEDOM CAUCUS / ESTABLISHMENT

For a quick reminder of the internal / external component of the political fight between the base and the Republican Party establishment, and a parallel reminder of the we / them existential fight toward total victory over America’s enemies, foreign and domestic . . . allow me to return to ChatGPT for a quick summary:

The Freedom Caucus is a group of conservative members of the United States House of Representatives who advocate for limited government and fiscal responsibility. They are not a formal part of the Republican Party, but many of their members belong to the party.

The development of the Schedule F employment reform in the federal government was primarily led by the Trump administration in 2020. The reform aimed to make it easier to fire or transfer certain federal employees who are deemed to be involved in policymaking or otherwise considered “political appointees.” It was widely criticized by government employee unions and other critics who argued that it would undermine the merit-based civil service system and politicize the federal workforce.

The Freedom Caucus was supportive of the Schedule F reform and advocated for its implementation. Some members of the caucus wrote a letter to President Trump in August 2020, calling on him to “drain the swamp” and implement the Schedule F reform as part of his efforts to reduce the size and influence of the federal bureaucracy. The caucus argued that the reform would help to remove “deep-state” bureaucrats who were impeding the president's agenda.

However, it's worth noting that the Schedule F reform faced significant opposition from both Democrats and Republicans, as well as government employee unions and other stakeholders. In January 2021, President Biden revoked the Schedule F executive order as one of his first actions in office, citing concerns about its impact on the non-partisan civil service.

I’ve been unable to find a copy of that August 2020 letter, but the point about the Freedom Caucus stands.

The Trumpian, Operation Warp Speed battle plan has the following as one of a series of key components that serve as a prime directive: smoke the bastards out!

Make them stand naked before us!

And do so by way of Trumpian strategery. You know, Sun Tzu and all that shiznit.

But if you have not worked in or around the legislative branch of government, state or federal, it may not occur to you how important it is to closely observe the institutions that literally surround the lawmaking branch of government.

Sun Tzu:

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

This obviously emphasizes the importance of knowing one's enemy and understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and strategies. You can engage this process through various means, including spying, reconnaissance, and close observation of the enemy's actions and behavior. The work-product gained through these efforts allows a strategist to better prepare for any kind of anticipated battle and increase most chances of ultimate success.

Suffice it to say, Team Trump made knowing the legislative branch of government, state and federal, and everything that revolves around its universe as not only the lawmaking body, but the appropriations body, job number one.

Why would that be job number one?

Because it all starts with the legislative branch, ladies and gentlemen.

Literally everything we care about hovers around them.

NOT GOV / GOV

If, however, you’re endeavoring to know your enemy as you continue to clarify what you know of yourself, solid collection of reliable information – intelligence gathering – is of vital importance.

This is where Donald Trump had a tremendous advantage. He has had for years his own, private, intelligence service.

This surely means Donald Trump knew well before announcing for the presidency that if you’re going to successfully smoke the Deep State out, and successfully defeat the criminal syndicate of criminal syndicates that controls them, you must obtain clarity regarding what causes them the utmost concern. In fact, you need to know what objectively scares them.

For me, as a sovereign individual manning his own “intelligence service,” this means, in my honest opinion, occasionally reading the publications favored by the Deep State and watching programs produced by their media-friendly acolytes.

One such publication is Government Executive. Here is a self-description pulled from their “About” page:

Government Executive is government's business news daily and the premier digital destination for senior leaders in the federal government's departments and agencies. Our readers are the high-ranking civilian and military officials who are responsible for defending the nation and carrying out the laws that define the government's role in our economy and society.

If you enter “Schedule F” into the search query on their homepage, as I did recently, you’ll get quite a range of articles. Clearly, Schedule F is a subject of existential interest to our overlords hovering around the federal government.

Side note of interest to me: I performed a similar search on the “Reason” magazine website, an online gathering place for libertarians, a group reportedly deeply interested in “limited government,” etc., and to my genuine surprise, no results for Schedule F were presented. My, my, my.

TRUMP / McCARTHY

This now brings me to current affairs. Namely, the proceedings of the 118th Congress and some exponential strategery intimately associated with the Schedule F Imperative.

What of Kevin McCarthy, my friends?

I like Kevin McCarthy. But, I need not necessarily like him . . . nor does Donald Trump necessarily need to like him. All we needed out of this Californian prior to the organization of the 118th Congress was to verify his aspirations to be Speaker of the House, a certain level of decency and love for America, and a willingness to not shit on the 45th President of the United States.

Check.

He took some lumps in his chase for the Speakership. Serious lumps. Trump tested him through loyal Republican members of the House, Congressional soldiers who proved their mettle with much of the politically-inclined and politically-curious nation watching.

McCarthy passed the man test, the patriot test, and the Speakership test. In order to pass those three tests in the Trumpian Republican Party, he had to fail the Charlie Brown test. Thank God Almighty, a Republican FINALLY failed that test. And then he delivered a magnificent speech to his fellow members of Congress.

I want to highlight an extensive excerpt from McCarthy’s speech for many reasons, but as an African American one reason particularly stands out. He gives particular praise to Abraham Lincoln, and the Negro National Anthem was written in honor of Lincoln. That praise, however, he used to lead into an exposition on a famous painting prominently displayed in our Capitol.

Here’s McCarthy:

It’s of Washington crossing the Delaware. You all know the story. It happened on Christmas 1776.

There was no iPhone to take a picture. People wonder when it was painted. It wasn’t painted by someone who was there. It was painted in 1850 and 1851. He was an immigrant who lived in America, Emmanuel Lenz.

You know why he painted it? Because he knew America was more than a country. America was an idea. He went home to Germany. And he wanted Germany to have a revolution based upon the values and freedoms that we defend every day.

His talent was art. So he believed if he painted this painting, he could inspire his countrymen to rise up. For the idea of freedom. While many historians will tell you he didn’t get it correct. They’ll tell you Washington crossed on a Durham boat.

But he paints it with Washington in a rowboat. You see 13 people, but only twelve faces. You see Washington standing up in a rowboat in the middle of winter, wearing a ceremonial uniform with his hand on his chest. He looks so stoic. You would look at that man, you’d say. I follow him anywhere.

You probably believe that he never lost the battle. But history would tell us at that moment, at that time, he had only lost. We had never won. You see, that was the night of our first victory as a nation, when we surprised the Hessians.

But when you look at that painting, don’t look at Washington. I want you to look at who’s in the boat. You see? The second rower in the beret? He’s Scottish. The person directly across from him, the green rowing in the exact same cadence. It’s an African American.

You come down right to the middle in the red. The person who’s rowing the strongest is a woman. And in the very back is a Native American. I don’t know from a historic fact if they were in the boat that night. But to this young immigrant who had lived in America, that’s who he believed would be in the boat.

The second to last person is a farmer. He could be from Bakersfield, not sure. His hand goes across his face. People debate this part. But what I see?

There’s a hand of the 13th person nobody sees. You see, what I believe Emmanuel is saying is. Here we are. Battling. For the creation of the idea of freedom.

That every individual is equal, not a perfect nation, but striving to be a more perfect union, having lost every battle against the greatest challenge with the strongest nation. Having lost them all, but willing to do it on our holiest of nights. With a hand reached out and asking if you would join us. That’s as true today as it was then. If we let everybody in the boat.

An aspirational goal: a more perfect union.

A world-historic premise: inalienable rights granted by God Almighty.

Battling princes and principalities: on the night we celebrate the birth of Jesus the Christ.

A hand extended, not facially present but pictured . . . and fully present, representative – for believers – not just all of us being in that boat, but so is the spirit of God Almighty: where we go one, we go all.

It was a beautiful speech executed after an exhausting process highlighting the proper utilization of leverage in a world-historic and absolutely unique legislative chamber designed to force legitimate compromise.

It was an absolutely Trumpian moment.

2024 / 2026 / 2028

It remains an absolutely Trumpian moment.

And it was a beautiful sight, totally managed out of view in my honest opinion, by Team Trump as another component of Operation Warp Speed and quite inspired, as is Donald Trump, by principles attributed to Sun Tzu and others.

After all, it is a common saying across many cultures that a steady drip of water will wear a hole in the sturdiest, most resistant type of rock.

Drip, drip, drip.

As we remember and reflect upon the warnings of Yuri Bezmenov, we celebrate in a “Backatcha, bitches!” kind of way the demoralization, destabilization, and chaos Trump is bringing to the enemies of America, internally and externally.

When he says the best is yet to come, we are beginning to comprehend that he and his competent professionals are eventually leading us back to the normalization of the American way.

But we have to do our part through local action in order to secure the victory that has been won.

Now, can you not see how the development of Schedule F, the timing of its implementation at the end of Trump’s first term, the horror it invoked in a wide range of America’s enemies, the litmus-test level of support it created in the MAGA movement, and the way it was championed by the Freedom Caucus all led directly to Team Trump’s ability to leverage the totally American constitutional republic concept of legitimate compromise into a substantive victory – a hidden victory many could not see as they viewed it unfolding before their very eyes – in the fight over the election of Speaker of the House for the 118th session of Congress?

It's all quite related.

Remember, the Freedom Caucus was supportive of Schedule F as a crucial reform of the civil service. They saw it as a much-needed reform if the federal government was ever to be responsive to We The People.

The Freedom Caucus strongly advocated for its implementation, so much so that some members of the caucus wrote a letter to President Trump in August 2020, calling on him to “drain the swamp” and implement the Schedule F reform as part of his efforts to reduce the size and influence of the federal bureaucracy.

From the benefit of hindsight, we can today see the caucus made the obvious argument that the reform would help to remove Deep State bureaucrats who were impeding the president's agenda and, in essence, leading an insurrection against the duly elected chief executive.

Now, through the stealthy application of leverage applied to Congressional rules, the Freedom Caucus sits in a controlling position in the action chamber of the federal legislative branch of government, the House of Representatives.

They are thus in position to force the deliberative chamber of the federal legislative branch of government, the Senate, to address matters of great importance to the MAGA movement and the nation at large.

Such as Schedule F.

It takes merely two years for a transformation of the American Congress to occur, but it takes four to six years for a real transformation in the Senate.

2024.

2026.

2028.

Three election cycles with Schedule F hanging out there – if not passed into law – serves as quite the litmus test for any Republican running for office. A litmus test that has staying power and obvious political importance. A test with practically universal support among Republicans is one hellafied weapon, wouldn’t you say, as we go into political battle after political battle in the coming years?

It puts the Deep State into quite a quandary in these economically uncertain times. Your mileage may vary but I can hear a certain mantra arising across the land. It goes a little something like this:

Bring a recession to Washington, D.C.

Or, how about this?

Bring a depression to Washington, D.C.

Either way, Americans have had enough. Serious change is coming.

TOTAL DEFEAT / TOTAL VICTORY

For my final submission from ChatGPT research, remember these four concepts when you think about my theory of Team Trump’s implementation of Operation Warp Speed:

1. “The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without [physically] fighting.” Trump has cited this quote as evidence of his negotiating skills, suggesting that he uses a similar approach to business and political dealings.

2. “All warfare is based on deception.” Trump has applied this concept to his approach to dealing with the media, suggesting that he intentionally provides misinformation or exaggerates his claims to gain an advantage.

3. “Know thy self, know thy enemy. A thousand battles, a thousand victories.” Trump has emphasized the importance of understanding one's own strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of one's opponents, in order to achieve success in business and politics.

4. “Opportunities multiply as they are seized.” Trump has used this quote to justify his aggressive approach to business and deal-making, suggesting that one should not hesitate to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.

Think about that long and hard. Especially this: opportunities multiply as they are seized.

OPERATION CHOKE POINT / OPERATION WARP SPEED

The stunning collapse of Silicon Valley Bank within the last week sent shock waves around the globe. It also invited incredibly interesting speculation on Twitter about this action being part of a plan, something you might call Operation Choke Point.

The plan:

Step 1: Operation Choke Point.

Step 2: Devastate regional banks, venture capital, stablecoins, and crypto without any chance of bail outs.

Step 3: Chastise the above-mentioned entities for being too risky for retail investors and make examples of them.

Step 4: Introduce CBDCs as the “much needed, risk-free” alternative.

I am predisposed, of course, to favor that kind of speculation. It filters through my healthy skepticism and rings true.

But . . . is it incomplete?

For instance, Silicon Valley Bank is unlike most big banks in the United States in that almost all of its business is dealing with Tech startups and Venture Capital speculators and hustlers. Additionally, close inspection reveals a suspicious factoid: curious connections between useful idiots in Silicon Valley and the Chinese Communist Party (and Russians) through this bank are evident.

According to reports, at least 90% and perhaps upwards of 97% of the deposits at SVB were above the FDIC insured amount of $250,000. That means this was most definitely not a “regular” bank. Further, I’d say this means it was a quite unique tool within the banking system. But was it a knowing tool, I can’t help but wonder, of our invisible enemy – the Corporatist Industrial Complex?

With respect to my operating theory, this collapse presents in full view, somewhat similar to the legitimate 15-vote exercise undertaken to select the Speaker of the House, a rather pregnant question: does Operation Warp Speed have a controlled demolition of certain corporate sectors as a vital component of its battle plan? I know it’s convenient of me to ask this, but I must: does it take advantage of the Operation Choke Point plan in yet another “Backatcha, bitches!” kind of way?

Whatever the case, my friends, stay tuned. As the drip, drip, drip of the political process churns itself slowly forward . . . are there imminent storms on the corporate horizon? Especially within the financial services industry favored by the criminal syndicate of criminal syndicates?

CONCLUSION

There is an exponential curve forthcoming in our social, political, cultural and corporate future. Like most of humanity, the Deep State and their controlling criminal syndicate of criminal syndicates don’t quite understand exponentials. They prefer, and in fact try to insist upon linear thinking only.

Straight lines for all to see, whether ascending or descending.

But when a disruptor comes on the scene, things change. Quite quickly. And as long as the arriving disruptive force truly understands its disruptive nature, most everything going forward in the applicable arena or market (or political culture) can be effectively stage managed.

Whether social, political, cultural, or corporate — who is the best stage manager of our era?

Correct.

Donald Trump is Stage Manager Numero Uno.

Guess who is the only officeholder of our generation who could have countered the longterm communist project of fostering demoralization, destabilization, and the creation of chaos so as to ultimately normalize the introduction of a one world domination process implemented by the New World Order communists?

That’s right, Donald John Trump.

Patriots, are we enjoying the show our 45th President of the United States has engineered? You certainly should be. Not only optimistically enjoying it but resolved to participate in the victory through determined local action.

Patriots, can you feel the PANIC !?!
