Now, onto the news from Tuesday, November 21 …
Both sides appeal ruling that Trump can stay on Colorado ballot despite insurrection finding
Both a liberal group that sought to disqualify Donald Trump and the former president himself on Monday night appealed a Colorado judge’s ruling that Trump “engaged in insurrection” on Jan. 6, 2021 but can stay on the state’s ballot.
The appeals were filed with the Colorado Supreme Court. The ruling by District Court Judge Sarah Wallace on Friday — which said Trump is not covered by the constitution’s ban on insurrectionists holding office — was the latest in a series of defeats for the effort to end Trump’s candidacy with Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
The constitutional provision has only been used a handful of times since the years after the Civil War. It was created to prevent former Confederates from returning to government positions.
The group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, filing on behalf of a group of Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters, argued that Wallace was wrong in ruling that it’s not clear the provision was intended to apply to presidents. Trump, meanwhile, appealed Wallace’s finding that he did engage in insurrection and questioned whether a state court judge like her, rather than Congress, should settle the issue. — 9 News
Our Take: “President Trump has appealed the ruling by Colorado Judge Sarah Wallace, and I’ve never loved the President more.
As we discussed Monday, the ruling rubber stamped the J6 Committee Report and affirmed everything the petitioners said as true. It was a horrible ruling for Truth, and President Trump appears to agree.
And all the beautiful people said this case didn’t matter. The truth matters.
According to the Colorado election timeline, the decision on President Trump’s ability to access the ballot in the state will move quickly through the courts, as the primary ballot must be finalized by December 29. It will be interesting to hear the arguments presented during this appeal.
For the top line issue, accessing the ballot, this ruling was a win. The fact that President Trump is appealing the ruling is proof that there is more going on. It’s going to be a very interesting holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.” —
Another Take: “On Truth Social, a prominent Anon advanced the following theory, which is rather encouraging, and logical.
After all, when the enemy relinquishes a hill on either an Actual or Narrative level, it's because they've been forced out of position.
It's entirely possible the COVID-23 push Anons successfully preempted was Plan A to stealing the 2024 election, which really wasn't a great plan to begin with.
Trump appears to be daring the enemy to attempt the steal again, while key mechanisms of their first heist are blocked. He's passing them through a fissure, and shining a spotlight on the gap.
In the meantime, the Awakening continues en route to the likely ATTEMPTED steal of 2024, and I have a feeling that, as popular as Trump currently is within the Collective Mind of the anti-collectivist, sovereign population, it's going to pale in comparison to how firmly he holds the populist zeitgeist on the eve of the next election.
Retreat is Defeat in the Mind War.
The same holds true in the clandestine Shadow War.
Change isn't the friend of the Finite Player on the game board.” —
China's Share Of The Global Economy Is Shrinking At The Fastest Pace Since The Mao Era
In a historic turn, China’s rise as an economic superpower is reversing. The biggest global story of the past half century may be over.
After stagnating under Mao Zedong in the 1960s and 70s, China opened to the world in the 1980s — and took off in subsequent decades. Its share of the global economy rose nearly tenfold from below 2 per cent in 1990 to 18.4 per cent in 2021. No nation had ever risen so far, so fast.
Then the reversal began. In 2022, China’s share of the world economy shrank a bit. This year it will shrink more significantly, to 17 per cent. That two-year drop of 1.4 per cent is the largest since the 1960s.
These numbers are in “nominal” dollar terms — unadjusted for inflation — the measure that most accurately captures a nation’s relative economic strength. China aims to reclaim the imperial status it held from the 16th to early 19th centuries, when its share of world economic output peaked at one-third, but that goal may be slipping out of reach.
China’s decline could reorder the world. Since the 1990s, the country’s share of global GDP grew mainly at the expense of Europe and Japan, which have seen their shares hold more or less steady over the past two years. The gap left by China has been filled mainly by the US and by other emerging nations.
To put this in perspective, the world economy is expected to grow by $8tn in 2022 and 2023 to $105tn. China will account for none of that gain, the US will account for 45 per cent, and other emerging nations for 50 per cent. Half the gain for emerging nations will come from just five of these countries: India, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil and Poland. That is a striking sign of possible power shifts to come.
Moreover, China’s slipping share of world GDP in nominal terms is not based on independent or foreign sources. The nominal figures are published as part of their official GDP data. So China’s rise is reversing by Beijing’s own account. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “My favorite media deployments tend to be those that can be red Bicamerally.
Regarding news that China's economy is contracting relative to the bullish, anti-western stance they've displayed throughout much of the Globalist era, largely beginning with the Clinton Administration in the 1990s, this one looks good for both us AND them, even if that seems counterintuitive at first blush.
Of course, China's economic world domination plan being diverted in favor of interior stability and job creation at the expense of sustaining production for the American Oligarchy (think Microsoft, Apple, etc.) is good for American nationalism and production.
But it's ALSO good for Chinese nationalism and production.
China's Oligarchy may have gotten fat and wealthy off the glut of Globalism, but its people have suffered tremendously, with low wages and poor quality of life to feed the appetite of western consumerism.
That trend reversing is a sign of rising sovereignty and future trade agreements.” —
Is a NATO Backing a Negotiated Deal Between Ukraine and Russia?
A Tweet from (US Mission to) NATO appears to back a negotiated peace in Ukraine. That was followed hours later by an official denial. What gives?
Please consider this Tweet followed much later by an official denial.
“Ukraine has taken back more than half of its territory seized by Russia’s forces since February 2022. In this tough and dynamic battle, Ukraine’s soldiers are fighting bravely every single day, and they continue to inspire the world with their bravery and courage. We will continue to support them to be in the strongest possible position at the negotiating table when the time comes. We continue to stand #UnitedWithUkraine while they defend their freedom.” — MishTalk.com
Our Take: “We're nearly at the end stage of Overton's Goalpost where it concerns the Ukraine proxy war against the Russian Federation.
If that wasn't obvious enough simply by reading the media and cultural tea leaves (ie: nobody is still talking about Ukraine aside from how embarrassing its continued requests for financial support are in light of the new 'current thing' represented by the Gaza Crisis,) the leads of the Western Globalist hegemon are beginning to put things into rather concrete terms.
What was very recently a 'win at all costs' mentality projected by the collectivist west to their Prussian Proxy has shifted, and is now taking on the posture of a used car negotiation that Putin will end up winning, as many of us predicted from the outset.
"We will continue to support them to be in the strongest possible position at the negotiating table when the time comes," says the US Mission to NATO.
FYI, a negotiating table is not the place you want to go after 3 failed counter-offensives.” —
Best Buy Issues Warning Ahead of Black Friday: 'Consumer Demand Unpredictable and Inconsistent'
Days before Black Friday, one of the busiest shopping days of the year in the US, electronics retailer Best Buy posted weaker-than-expected third-quarter revenue and lowered guidance, warning about a deteriorating macro environment as "consumer demand has been even more uneven and difficult to predict."
Chief Executive Corie Barry said, "We are reporting better-than-expected profitability on slightly softer-than-expected revenue for the third quarter. These results demonstrate our ongoing, strong operational execution as we navigate through the near-term sales pressure our industry has been experiencing for the past several quarters."
However, Barry warned: "In the more recent macro environment, consumer demand has been even more uneven and difficult to predict. Based on the sales trends in Q3 and so far in November, we believe it is prudent to lower our annual revenue outlook. The midpoint of our annual non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance is slightly higher than the midpoint of our original guidance as we entered the year."
She said the electronics retailer is "prepared for a customer who is very deal-focused" this holiday shopping season. Or, as we've noted, "Choiceful."
In the third quarter ending October 28, Best Buy's sales were $9.76 billion, marking a decline of almost 8% from the previous year and falling short of analysts' expectations of $9.9 billion.
Comparable sales, which adjusts for store openings and closings, slid by a steeper-than-expected 6.9%. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “Can we make #RedFriday trend?
When consumers think about Black Friday, they think of sales and shopping for gifts. When corporations think about Black Friday, they see profits. Black Friday historically was the day companies expected their books to turn from ‘in the red’ to ‘in the black.’ It’s all about profit, no matter the multi-million dollar marketing campaigns about great it is for you.
If you’re shopping on Friday, I strongly encourage you to exercise greater discretion with your ever-evaporating, discretionary dollars — and shop local. Keep it in the country. Re-route your dollars to be fully in line with your values this holiday season. Head to your local Main Street, or check out Badlands Marketplace.
Shop America first. The gifts will have greater meaning and higher quality, you’re starving the globalists, and you’ll help us save the country. Maybe even the world.” —
Trump’s Truth Social sues 20 media outlets over financial loss reports
Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform has filed a lawsuit against 20 media organisations for making what it claims to be defamatory statements about the company’s financial losses.
In the lawsuit, filed in the 12th Judicial Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on Monday, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) accuses the “reckless and malicious” outlets of falsely reporting that the company had lost $73m since its launch.
The company claims that the “false reporting” was part of a “seemingly coordinated effort to destroy TMTG and Truth Social”.
“This case is about an unprecedented and seemingly coordinated media campaign, by no less than 20 major media outlets, to attack Trump Media & Technology Group (“TMTG”) and its social media platform, Truth Social, by falsely reporting that TMTG had lost $73 million,” the lawsuit reads.
“This number was an utter fabrication. Each defendant, in apparent coordination, reported the exact same false number within approximately 24 hours of one another, each citing to a public Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) filing, in which the mystery $73 million loss appears nowhere.” — Independent.co.uk
Our Take: “X, Truth Social, Rumble and the State of Texas announced massive defamation and free speech lawsuits against the most subversive, corrupt Narrative projection arms of the Deep State on the same day, exactly one year before the most consequential election in American history ...
And there are people who think there's no plan.
If you are one of these people, you're either on the other side, or you've been duped into doom and endless black pill consumption by those who are.
Wake up, and look at what's right in front of you.
We're winning. Emphatically.” —

At BRICS meeting, Chinese President Xi Jinping calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza
All parties involved in the Israel-Palestinian conflict should immediately ceasefire and suspend hostilities, Chinese President Xi Jinping declared on November 21. At the same meeting of the BRICS group, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar condemned the killing of civilians in the conflict, but stopped short of echoing the Chinese demand for a ceasefire in Gaza.
Addressing the extraordinary virtual meeting of the grouping on the Gaza crisis, Mr. Xi called for safe passage for humanitarian relief and pressed for an end to the forced relocation of the Gaza Strip’s civilian population. The supply of water, energy, and electricity must also be restored in the Palestinian enclave, which has been battered by Israeli bombs, he emphasised.
The Chinese President said that the only way out of the longstanding Israeli-Palestinian crisis is to implement the two-state solution, “restore the legitimate rights of the Palestinian nation”, and establish a sovereign and independent State of Palestine. He cautioned that without a fair solution of the Palestinian question, there can be no lasting peace and stability in West Asia. — The Hindu
Finnish Military Bolsters Border Wall After Charging Russia With Weaponizing Migrants
Border tensions have heightened between Russian and the NATO alliance's newest member Finland. Finland has lately accused Moscow of weaponizing migrants to create a crisis at border crossings.
Russia had vowed "countermeasures" after Finland was admitted into NATO last April. Finland’s Border Guard has since documented what it says is a serious uptick in undocumented migrants showing up at crossings, with most of them having originated in Africa and the Middle East.
The some 830+ mile Russian-Finnish border also serves as the external border of the European Union. EU President Ursula von der Leyen has recently joined Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo in condemning what they called Russia's "instrumentalization of migrants" - with von der Leyen calling it "shameful". — ZeroHedge
Rep. Goldman claims he ‘used the wrong word’ when he called for Trump to be ‘eliminated’
New York Democratic Rep. Dan Goldman apologized on Monday and said he misspoke when he called for former President Donald Trump to be “eliminated” — which some on social media argued could incite violence against the 2024 Republican presidential front-runner.
“Yesterday on TV, I mistakenly used the wrong word to express the importance for America that Donald Trump doesn’t become President again,”Goldman said in X post. “While he must be defeated, I certainly wish no harm to him and do not condone political violence.”
“I apologize for the poor choice of words,” he added.
The New York lawmaker called for Trump, 77, to be “eliminated,” citing his “dangerous” rhetoric, during an interview with former White House press secretary Jen Psaki on MSNBC Sunday.
“His rhetoric is really getting dangerous,” Goldman told Psaki.
“More and more dangerous. We saw what happened on January 6th, when he used his inflammatory rhetoric now, and his recent truth social post is incredibly, incredibly scary for anyone that might be trying to work in government. And it is just unquestionable at this point that man cannot see public office again. He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be eliminated,” the District 10 representative said. — The NY Post

Re: JuliansRum. This is nonsense. The left never abandons a proven technique to cheat. They just add to it. There has not been one correction to the Dominion machines in 4 years. The report in Georgia exposed the glaring vulnerability of the machines but the left suppressed that report for months. Nothing has been done about the remote digital illicit access to the machines changing vote counts before very eyes on TV. Illegal aliens have come into our country in the millions while sanctuary cities are electing to allow some of them to vote. Please don’t kid yourself. There are many arrows in the left’s quiver because we have done NOTHING to remove any one of them. Argentina has shown us the revolutionary method to run elections: PAPER BALLOTS, ONE DAY TO VOTE, AND VOTER ID. THAT will thwart the lefts cheating. And they know it.
