My thoughts are that Fox News was captured as controlled opposition when Trump won the 2016 election. And what Fox did in the 2020 election by prematurely calling Arizona for Biden was the nail in the coffin for Fox. Many conservatives saw through it all, Fox’s disdain for President Trump. Tucker was the only one left holding up their ratings. So, I for one am glad to see Tucker moving on.
I look forward to seeing Tucker’s next project. He will make a big splash wherever he lands.
By the way, Chuck Schumer called for Tucker to be fired a few weeks ago. Did anyone else see that Tucker’s days at Fox were numbered? Tucker’s ratings meant nothing to Fox because they are also state run media and like the other MSM operations that suck, along with their ratings, someone will have their back$.

When you look at names like Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Megan Kelly, Dan Bongino, and now Tucker, you realize Fox has been dying a slow death for some time. After the 2020 election I even stopped watching Tucker. His denial of election fraud didn’t sit well with me. I was surprised to see him regain his audience as time went on, but I held on to my suspicions about Fox. I’m wondering what is next for Tucker, I hope he takes this opportunity to fully embrace and promote the full truth, real investigative journalism.
IMHO - firing Tucker was likely part and parcel of the settlement agreement. I really only watched Fox for Tucker and now I get to save money by getting rid of cable entirely because Fox was the only reason I kept it. The phrase “Bud-liteing oneself” seems appropriate to describe the Fox situation.
As to the "woke", here is an example of my proxy material to vote as a shareholder in Dow Chemical for the board of directors: Tenure, Gender, Ethnicity, Independence. Further, with each profile they had to state, for example "white/male". Most of the statements had to do w/ their support of LGBQ,,whatever, their support of environmental issues and sustainability. And, boys and girls, those were their qualifications to sit on the board of a CHEMICAL company.
This is an absolute insult to my intelligence and as a shareholder. They should have a board of directors devoted to the Dow Chemical company and things chemical.....NOT counting ethnic, gender and woke beans or the hoax that is global warming.
Needless to say, I kept a list and ended up voting against most of the board candidates. I have done the same w/ every company. Fortunately, Dow had been the only one that far out of line. Another company made it easy for me as they had a leaf symbol beside everyone who was into the climate/sustainability nonsense.....made my list and I voted against them.
