Turley Breaks Down ‘Astonishing’ Facts From Fani Willis Case, Reveals Further Actions Judge Could Take
George Washington University law professor and Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley detailed the “astonishing” facts he found within Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and fellow attorney Nathan Wade’s case Sunday and suggested steps the judge could take next.
Turley appeared on “Fox News Sunday” to discuss Willis’ and Wade’s recent testimony during their evidentiary hearing. The duo are facing allegations the DA financially benefited from her romantic relationship with Wade while the two worked together on an election fraud case against former president Donald Trump.
Fox host Shannon Bream questioned Turley on his thoughts regarding the conflicting statements made by the two and if he believes the judge has “seen enough” to disqualify her from the case.
While Turley detailed he believes the judge has “heard enough” based on the statements given, he noted the judge may ask the two to “step aside” due to the “tough position” he is in. Turley continued to question, however, if the judge would refer both Willis and Wade to the bar over their “allegation of false statement being filed,” noting it could be an option the judge may take in addition to requesting a removal. — The Daily Caller
Our Take: “When we left off in Fani’s Follies, the tension was palpable, and we were awaiting the dramatic conclusion of Fani Willis’ cross examination Friday morning. Much to the public’s dismay, Ms. Willis was not recalled by her attorneys. Instead, we heard testimony from a former GA Governor that he was offered the role currently played by Nathan Wade, but he declined for creative reasons. That is, he did not want the attention and spotlight that came with this novel legal/political fever dream. Governor Roy Barnes was a southern gentleman and an antebellum meme.
Then we heard from Fani’s father, John Floyd, who testified that he was aware of Fani’s prior lovers, in particular a DJ, but she hid her relationship with Wade from him. Yikes, and it got even weirder from there.
The bulk of the day was the testimony of Mr. Bradley, who is Wade’s business partner and his lawyer in his divorce. He was questioned by Ashleigh Merchant and the other defense attorneys, and we watched objection after objection on the grounds of legal privilege. When it was time for cross examination, Fani’s attorney Anna Cross sought to impeach Mr. Bradley as a witness — discredit him before the court. This was a puzzling turn of events because he was protecting Wade’s story all day.
Earlier in the hearing, the defense had attempted to admit text messages between Ms. Merchant — the attorney questioning the witness — and Mr. Bradley, the witness. Team Fani objected in privilege, and the judge agreed to review this evidence ‘in camera,’ or in private in chambers, after the hearing. At some point during these proceedings, the Fani Willis team decided to throw Bradley under the bus, and it seems likely that this was that moment — the moment the judge granted the in camera review. Whatever value Mr. Bradley provides the defense, he had to be impeached.
But in attempting to impeach Bradley, Fani’s attorney may have opened the door for Merchant and the defense to make Bradley answer more questions, including those he refused during direct examination, citing privilege. That is, the privilege Bradley claimed may have been forfeited due to Anna Cross’s line of questioning.
Whatever his story, Fani Willis’ lawyers put Mr. Bradley through a public humiliation ritual to impeach him. He was publicly accused of sexual assault during the time he worked with Wade, and they even brought in another witness to testify about ‘going to clubs’ and other shenanigans. It was weird, and that witness was tossed for being irrelevant and in violation of the rules. He had a cool man bun, though.
The court recessed until Friday or sometime next week — TBD as of press time — and this dramatic conclusion can’t come soon enough. What happened in the in camera review, and what is Fani’s fate? Stay tuned…” —
Trump-loving truckers refusing to drive to NYC after his $355 million fraud ruling
Trump-supporting truckers are saying they are refusing to drive to New York City after the former president was slapped with a $355 million fine in his fraud case last week.
A conservative social media influencer and trucker who goes by Chicago Ray posted a video clip in which he claims that some of his colleagues are going to stop making deliveries to New York City to protest the ruling, issued in Manhattan Supreme court on Friday.
“I’ve been on the radio talking to drivers for about the past hour and I’ve talked to about ten drivers … and they’re going to start refusing loads to New York City starting on Monday,” Ray said in the video from inside his truck.
He said he’s already spoken to some drivers that work with him who told their boss they won’t go to The Big Apple.
“I don’t know how far across the country this is or how many truckers are going to start denying loads going to New York City, but I’ll tell you what — you f–k around and find out,” Ray said.— The NY Post
Our Take: “As a Canadian, watching the truckers of Canada stand up against the Globalist tyranny being enacted by Trudeau was one of the most inspiring and patriotic experiences of my life.
I have watched the fallout from that moment in history very carefully and kept tabs on how the opposition has referred to it. Interestingly, I have watched my local Marxist movement process the increasing pushback from blue collar workers against the Globalist elite. Watching them attempt to spin the uprising of workers, such as these truckers defending Trump, to suit their communist narrative is an excellent opportunity for us to frame just how powerful these uprisings truly are.
Here is what Marxist.ca had to say about the Freedom Convoy in Canada (one of the largest organized protests in history):
’… many truck drivers are angry and distrustful of the status quo, and this outrage has allowed a small layer to be won over to the fringe movements like the anti-vax movement. They feel powerless, and the imposition of a vaccine mandate is an easy target to direct their anger at. But in reality, the vaccine has nothing to do with why their lives are so difficult. It has everything to do with their bosses, who greedily keep wages low and working conditions rough.’
Here's what their ideological subversion makes them so blind to, that we ought to celebrate with these truckers defending Trump: this awakening is going so well that middle class workers have a nuanced understanding of lawfare being used as a cover for a larger operation strategically tied to election interference. Every day, working class people have become narrative-breakers.
The awakening sweeping through the middle class is doing exactly what the Neo-Communists are failing to do: identifying the super-bourgeois elites sitting at the top of the world and rejecting their New World Order. Worker-based uprisings to over throw this kind of corruption (what the communists have always dreamed of) are indeed happening around the world, but they're being performed by citizens that are devoutly anti-communist.
What's more, the average working class conservative is now much more adept at understanding the geo-political and cognitive battlefield than the Neo-Marxist revolutionary groups being astroturfed into existence by the likes of George Soros and his NGO buddies.
Remember, the Canadian elite class and their media conglomerate were so afraid of the growing sense of freedom the truckers represented that they constructed a narrative that claimed references to honking were dogwhistles for ‘Hail Hitler.’
They scared. Honk Honk.” —
The Death of Alexey Navalny, Putin’s Most Formidable Opponent
Alexey Navalny spent at least a decade standing up to the Kremlin when it seemed impossible. He was jailed and released. He was poisoned, and survived. He was warned to stay away from Russia and didn’t. He was arrested in front of dozens of cameras, with millions of people watching. In prison, he was defiant and consistently funny. For three years, his jailers put him in solitary confinement, cut off his access to and arrested his lawyers, piled on sentence after sentence, sent him all the way across the world’s largest country to serve out his time in the Arctic, and still, when he appeared on video in court, he laughed at his jailers. Year after year, he faced down the might of one of the world’s cruellest states and the vengeance of one of the world’s cruellest men. His promise was that he would outlive them and lead what he called the Beautiful Russia of the Future. On Friday, they killed him. He was forty-seven years old.
Hours after the news of his death broke, his widow, Yulia Navalnaya, addressed the Munich Security Conference. “I don’t know whether to believe the news, the terrible news, which we are only getting from state-controlled sources in Russia,” she said, from the conference’s main stage. “As you all know, for many years we’ve been unable to believe Putin and his government. They always lie. But, if it is true, I want Putin and everyone around him, his friends and his government, to know that they will be held responsible for what they have done to our country, to my family, and to my husband. The day of reckoning will come very soon.” — The New Yorker
Our Take: “I specifically chose the most outlandish and dramatic summation of the death of Alexey Navalny that I could find in the western globalist media in order to distill a point that—encouragingly—needs distilling to a dwindling number of awakening minds in the Truth Community, and the Collective Mind at large.
When the Media Industrial Complex moves in lock step to forward a coordinated, squeaky clean, emotionally manipulative narrative with immediacy following a totally organic, seemingly random and unpredictable event, the opposite game is often the best place to start.
Hell … look at the title card for this piece of corporatist, globalist, and yes, communist propaganda:
When a black-and-white, Hollywoodesque headshot is being used to comment on the death of a—to be EXCEEDINGLY kind—controversial international figure, you know you’re about to strap in for some pre-planned, 4am talking point-style bullsh*t.
While the western media paints Navalny as a savior and freedom fighter, many Russians assert that he was a fomenter of color revolution, an avowed Nazi sympathizer, and a self-described neo-Marxist globalist bent on transforming Russia into an EU and UN-aligned mirror of the Prussian subversive superstate.
To them, he will not be missed, and the timing of the story of his death is provoking exactly the sort of awakening stories like these are ostensibly meant to quell.” —
Biden Administration Is Said to Slow Early Stage of Shift to Electric Cars
In a concession to automakers and labor unions, the Biden administration intends to relax elements of one of its most ambitious strategies to combat climate change, limits on tailpipe emissions that are designed to get Americans to switch from gas-powered cars to electric vehicles, according to three people familiar with the plan.
Instead of essentially requiring automakers to rapidly ramp up sales of electric vehicles over the next few years, the administration would give car manufacturers more time, with a sharp increase in sales not required until after 2030, these people said. They asked to remain anonymous because the regulation has not been finalized. The administration plans to publish the final rule by early spring.
The change comes as President Biden faces intense crosswinds as he runs for re-election while trying to confront climate change. He is aiming to cut carbon dioxide emissions from gasoline-powered vehicles, which make up the largest single source of greenhouse gases emitted by the United States.
At the same time, Mr. Biden needs cooperation from the auto industry and political support from the unionized auto workers who backed him in 2020 but now worry that an abrupt transition to electric vehicles would cost jobs. Meanwhile, consumer demand has not been what automakers hoped, with potential buyers put off by sticker prices and the relative scarcity of charging stations.
Sensing an opening, former President Donald J. Trump, the Republican front-runner, has seized on electric cars, falsely warning the public that they “don’t work” and telling autoworkers that Mr. Biden’s policies are “lunacy” that he would extinguish on “the first day” of his return to the White House. — The New York Times
Our Take: “On Saturday, Trump was in Michigan speaking to autoworkers about the fate of the industry under communist control. It was classic Trump, high energy, funny, engaging… intelligible, delivered in complete sentences. Quite the contrast to Biden who took the weekend off from destroying our nation and focused solely on colluding with the so-called president of Ukraine.
No amount of campaigning could make Biden electable, so they appear to have returned to the 2020 strategy of pretending that campaigning doesn’t matter. I mean, it really doesn’t for them. Just ask CISA.
In response to Trump’s adoration in the auto industry, Biden is now vowing to destroy their jobs less quickly. While he struggles to compete on message, political favors have always gotten the job done for this stumbly wumbly in chief, so he probably sees the odds in his favor.
But the move to slow the spread of green communism may (read: will) alienate the climate cult, though it appears that trade off weighs in favor of the auto workers. It’s a bold move. Let’s see how it works out for him.” —
Major Victory For Russian Army As Ukraine Forces Flee Eastern City
Following a year that saw little change in control of territory, the Russian army has secured a major victory in its war in Ukraine as Ukrainian forces have retreated from the eastern city of Avdiivka.
Shortly after midnight Saturday in Ukraine, the country's newly-installed top commander, General Oleksandr Syrsky, announced that he had ordered troops to evacuate the city. Surrounded in three directions by the Russian army, Ukrainian soldiers in the city found themselves in a rapidly-tightening noose.
“Based on the operational situation around Avdiivka, in order to avoid encirclement and preserve the lives and health of servicemen, I decided to withdraw our units from the city and move to defense on more favorable lines," said Syrsky in a Facebook post.
[…]
The capture of the city is the most significant triumph for Russia since it took Bakhmut last May. Situated nine miles northwest of the Russian-held city of Donetsk, Avdiivka was was briefly controlled by pro-Russia separatists in 2014 before Ukraine retook the city, which had a pre-war population of 32,000. — ZeroHedge
Our Take: “So, let me get this straight:
Just a week after the most-watched Tucker Carlson interview of all time—and perhaps one of the most-watched interviews of any kind in history, especially since the advent of the internet, goes viral for all the right reasons where it concerns the exposure of the REAL Vladimir Putin, and thus, the real Russia, to awakening western minds who’ve never considered the prospect that it is a real place with a real leader with real end goals that do not include world domination, Putin’s top political opponent ends up dead, the western media industrial complex launches a coordinated narrative op to take advantage, the establishment attempts to use said ‘tragedy’ to fundraise the Ukrainian Proxy War … AND …
Said Proxy War suffers its grandest defeat yet (for globalist interests) with the Russian Federation finalizing a pseudo land bridge from eastern Russia to the Crimean peninsula, solidifying its grasp on the lands it said it wanted to annex when all this madness kicked off two years ago.
Strange. Everything Russia (and Putin) forwarded from the advent of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine appears to be coming true.
Not sure I can say the same for the other guys …” —
Leading Scientific Journal Humiliated After Publishing Fake AI-Generated Paper About Rat With Giant Penis
A leading scientific journal faces humiliation after it published a completely fake paper, purportedly written by Chinese researchers, which contained AI generated images of a rat with a penis bigger than its own body.
The Telegraph reports that the journal Frontiers in Cell and Development Biology published a paper that claimed to show the signalling pathway of sperm stem cells, but depicted a rat sitting upright with a massive dick and four giant testicles.
The illustration was reportedly created by using Midjourney, the AI imaging tool, which added labels to the ridiculous diagram using terms that don’t exist, including “dissilced”, “testtomcels” and “senctolic”.
Another ludicrous image to the right of the rat displays “sterrn cells” in a Petri dish being spooned out.
[…]
Remarkably, the paper found its way into the journal, where it was read by scientists who immediately recognised the images and descriptions were not grounded in “any known biology”.
The journal retracted the paper, issued an apology and announced that it is working to “correct the record”. — Modernity News
Our Take: “The geniuses that populate the peer review system were not able to catch a giant rat dick labelled with literal gibberish, or the fake paper that surrounded it. These are the modern gods being referenced when we are outcast as anti-scientific, white supremacists spreading dangerous disinformation.
I couldn't help but think of Helen Pluckrose, mathematician James Lindsay, and philosopher Peter Boghossian's work infiltrating academia with fake papers when I read this article (better known as the ‘Grievance Studies’ or ‘Sokal Squared.’)
For those of you who don't know, they wrote peer reviewed and published academic papers on intentionally absurd and/or immoral theories such as: a case for guys using dildos to self-penetrate in order to lessen transphobia, a study on the males who frequent ‘breastaurants’ such as Hooters and studies on the prevalence of rape culture among dogs in Portland dog parks.
It was a phenomenal experiment successfully exposing woke academia as moronic and low grade nonsense upheld by no meaningful standards at all.
These operations exposing the false authorities we have been trained to rely on for everything from what to put in our bodies to how to think about our bodies are sorely needed. We have suffered generations of operant conditioning telling us that peer reviewed studies can and should replace our own inner authority and the wisdom gathered from our direct, empirical experiences.
One might argue that this is a win for China, who has been caught infiltrating North American academia on many levels for decades, but the truth is that this class of academia needs to burn. These alleged Chinese agents are performing the same function as people like Pluckrose, Lindsay and Boghossian. We have been gaslit by so called ‘expertise’ to our own detriment for generations.
I'm here for it being destroyed, one dick joke at a time.” —

Certain sex crimes against children could carry death penalty under bill approved by Idaho House
Sex crimes against children could be punishable by death under a new bill that Idaho House Republican legislators passed Tuesday.
House Bill 515 would allow for the death penalty in cases of lewd conduct with children under age 12 with aggravating circumstances. Co-sponsor Rep. Bruce Skaug, R-Nampa, told House lawmakers that the death penalty would be reserved for heinous cases, like repeat offenders.
“There is a deep, dark, dark side in our culture. And it’s our job to protect the children. There are times when things are so wicked that retribution is appropriate,” Skaug said.
Idaho law only allows the death penalty in first-degree murder cases, according to Idaho Reports. The U.S. Supreme Court in 2008 blocked death penalties for child rape in Kennedy v. Louisiana. Florida passed a child rape death penantly law last year.
Responding to concerns that the Idaho bill is unconstitutional, Skaug said he thinks the current Supreme Court would reach a different decision.
“Well there’s constitutional and there’s constitutional. Depends on the court of the day,” Skaug, an attorney, told House lawmakers. — Idaho Capital Sun
State Department Threatens Congress Over Censorship Programs
A year after its censorship programs were exposed, the Global Engagement Center still insists the public has no right to know how it's spending taxpayer money...
The State Department is so unhappy a newspaper published details about where it’s been spending your taxes, it’s threatened to only show a congressional committee its records in camera until it gets a “better understanding of how the Committee will utilize this sensitive information.” Essentially, Tony Blinken is threatening to take his transparency ball home unless details about what censorship programs he’s sponsoring stop appearing in papers like the Washington Examiner:
The State Department tells Congress, which controls its funding, that it will only disclose where it spent our money “in camera”
A year ago the Examiner published “Disinformation, Inc.”, a series by investigative reporter Gabe Kaminsky describing how the State Department was backing a UK-based agency that creates digital blacklists for disfavored media outlets. Your taxes helped fund the Global Disinformation Index, or GDI, which proudly touts among its services an Orwellian horror called the Dynamic Exclusion List, a digital time-out corner where at least 2,000 websites were put on blast as unsuitable for advertising, “thus disrupting the ad-funded disinformation business model.” — Racket News
RFK Jr. Wins Deferred Injunction in Vax Social Media Suit
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won a preliminary injunction against the White House and other federal defendants in his suit alleging government censorship of his statements against vaccines on social media.
The injunction, however, will be stayed until the US Supreme Court rules in a related case brought by Missouri and Louisiana.
An injunction is warranted because Kennedy showed he is likely to succeed on the merits of his claims, Judge Terry A. Doughty of the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana said Wednesday.
The White House defendants, the Surgeon General defendants, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defendants, the Federal Bureau of Investigation defendants, and the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency defendants likely violated the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment, Doughty said.
Kennedy’s class action complaint, brought with health care professional Connie Sampognaro and Kennedy’s nonprofit, Children’s Health Defense, alleges that the federal government, beginning in early 2020, began a campaign to induce Facebook, Google (YouTube), and X, formerly known as Twitter, to censor constitutionally protected speech.
Specifically, Kennedy said, the government suppressed “facts and opinions about the COVID vaccines that might lead people to become ‘hesitant’ about COVID vaccine mandates.”
Kennedy has sufficiently shown that these defendants “jointly participated in the actions of the social media” platforms “by “‘insinuating’ themselves into the social-media companies’ private affairs and blurring the line between public and private action,” Doughty said. — Bloomberg Law

Ask yourself what this Trucker strike means to the present front lines of the Lawfare war against Trump. You mention the Canadian Trucker Strike - which was finally won through another Law-War. But the personal cost to the Truckers was extreme.
And look at the Farmers in Europe. They are saying that they have nothing more to lose. Their strike is for their livelihood against the insane environmental policies of the New World Order. They are saying . . . Let Them Eat . . . nothing. Good for them.
What is New York Strike saying in the NWO/Democrat fight against Trump? If they have the backbone, it will be a shift in the battle lines. The left OWNS the New York Courts. And they have shown that they are willing to use it - the actual law be damned.
Now ask . . . what can the rest of us do. The rest of us who are not Truckers. A boycott of New York is not so easy while sitting in Texas or Florida. I suggest starting with the Entertainment industry. Specifically - all NY based News and Talk Shows. But why stop there. I can see little value in any of the entertainment industry.
I will be a force of one. Who wants to join me?
Happy Monday morning clownshow gallery, featuring the best of the best of the best!
