Exactly my point. I don't have the answers except in a general sense: "shorter" and "a lot longer than filling a gas tank" and "much more expensive." So much so that many EVs that get in wrecks have to be totaled, because the batteries are an integral part of the frame. You can't just put it up on the rack and tweak it back into square, like you can with an ICV.
BTW I drive older ICVs, basically keep 'em 'til they quit. No EVs here. Which is why I can't give you exact answers, though of course the actual answers do vary significantly under the circumstances. For one, an EV's range is significantly shorter at cold ambient temperatures. Which is why you'll see more of them in California than in Montana.
