We pay for "energy" because we believe we have to. It's programing folks.
That 1960s crystal set did not provide free energy. It merely converted a minuscule part of the energy radiated by a nearby AM radio transmitter from radio frequencies to audio. The technology behind it is called a 'diode detector;' such crystal diodes, commonly made of galena (lead sulfide), were predecessors to today's solid state technology.
None of this means there can't be 'free energy.' In truth, all energy is really free -- the cost comes about in the process of capturing the energy, converting it to a usable form, and delivering it to the point of use.
None of that in turn means that there cannot be much more efficient and less expensive means to harvest the boundless energy of the universe than those we know today.

Yes. The Universe is made up 100% of energy (unless you say it is God, and thus 100% made of love--but that is just another way to look at it, and controversial, and not useful for this purpose). Utterly awesome amounts of energy. So it's a matter of more economic ways to make it flow safely the way you want.
What if there was a crystal which was tuned to the correct frequency of the ether? Each car/ house/ building/ machine would have it's own supply negating the need for the grid. In use as we speak. Think US space force.
Knowing what I know about such things, I don't believe this is likely. The electromagnetic spectrum is well researched. That free energy may well be out there, but from what I have seen to date, harnessing it will not involve conventional electromagnetics, but rather something we (proles) do not yet know about or understand.
Tesla believed it exists, but was never allowed to put his knowledge to work. JP Morgan supported (controlled) both Tesla and Edison, and found Edison's work to be much more profitable. Tesla died a penniless and broken man, but his knowledge and principles may yet prove their worth. Let's just say I would not bet against it.

I've seen videos on YouTube of zero point energy and also by David Wilcox with Dr. Greer on GAIA. Free energy exists, but we won't likely see it until every last dime has been made on oil.

Many many inventions of free energy devices have been invented by creative thinkers for decades…as soon as they file for patents, those patents are bought and shelved. Oxygen at a pressure above atmospheric. It is a known and effective treatment for some conditions, notably significantly increasing the rate of healing of some injuries.

Tesla was discarded back in the day because he apparently found the key (or a portion of) to free energy and you just made that point with the universe. He was not geared to becoming immensely rich and powerful and would have shared all he learned if the support hadn’t been pulled. JP Morgan didn’t have the same good will toward man...so here we are.

Great comment! In Steve Greer’s documentary he talks about the mistake inventors run into…wanting the wealth from their inventions and so they go for the patent and we never hear about their inventions again. The patent process is a trap when it comes to Free Energy ❤️
Of course "free energy" exists. Solar is free. It's the panels, converters, batteries and such that cost money. Tesla's ambient energy is very real (and is still demonstrated today.) However, people who think it will be 'free' are simply naive in understanding that it requires infrastructure to build, maintain and distribute the energy. I hold patents on 2 alternative energy processes and I can verify that the vulture capitalists want to acquire, control and bury them. But a) oil IS renewable and b) there will still be costs in capturing and using thermal, kinetic and even cosmic energy that may reduce energy costs - but they will never be 'free.'

There are recent studies showing that urine can produce energy. When President Trump says “we have liquid gold under our feet” at his rallies......could this be what he is referring (or possible multiple meanings)? What could be more free than our own urine. On another note, it has been proven that our urine can also be used as medicine to heal (or prevent) such afflictions as cancer. See the book titled “Your Own Perfect Medicine”.
Your proof of free energy is focused on the grandest of all cosmological events, the Big Bang. But at the other end of the spectrum, at the nano-particle level, a similar proof was forwarded many years ago, described in the Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra. In that book, he describes the experimental results of high-energy physics that demonstrate that fundamental particles both emerge from and disappear into "nothing." If science drills down experimentally into the nature of our most fundamental physical reality, the line between "existence" and "non-existence" vanishes. The creation of "matter" from nothingness is a direct parallel to the phenomena we call the Big Bang. It is just that the "bang" is smaller.

Knowing what I know about such things, I don't believe this is likely. The electromagnetic spectrum is well researched. I think “free energy” implies a source of unlimited, infinite energy.

I’ve read lately that the ‘source’ about oil being fossil fuel is (surprise) false.....that it is actually a renewable resource.
